Such a great hotel. View was excellent from our room. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We were only here one night but we will definitely stay here again. Worth the price for sure.

Hotel is close to Southern Broadway where everything happens, but not too close where you hear the noise. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. Location The area is nice and quiet but two streets over, it's lively. There is an internal path through the conference area to get you right to the food and shops area. Overall a very convenient location. Rooms Hotel room is nice but equipment starting to show its age. Mattress has a detectable valley, the sofa and chairs are not comfortable, the washroom lacks ventilation and the water in the tub does not drain well. The room does have all the features of a nice hotel, big tv, large mirror... Etc. For similar price, will try other hotels next time.

We just returned from 4 nights staying at the Renaissance Nashville, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is beautiful, the decor and furnishings are beautiful and very creative. The room was very comfortable and spacious, it had a fridge and a coffee maker and the bathroom was well supplied. I noted the closet doors were slow-close, which was a nice surprise! I found it to be quiet, considering it being very busy with various conferences, usually I am disturbed at night by other guests in the hall, slamming doors, etc. But I didn't experience very much of that here. Location is good to walk to a lot of places on Broadway, and the hotel is conveniently connected to many places for a quick bite, which then can take you outside easily. We had dinner one night at nearby Sixty Vines and it was awesome, I highly recommend it!! I wish the pool had been open, I was disappointed to hear that it was closed for maintenance. Thanks for the great time!

Highly recommend this hotel! Right near Broadway, but quiet enough you don't get bothered by the noise. Walking distance from great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are immaculate. Shower was 10/10 for super hot temperature and amazingly strong water pressure. Beds are comfortable and house-cleaning tidied up daily. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here!

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Clean. Status or paying for club level will get you access to the concierge lounge which has been phenomenal. Absolutely recommend taking advantage of this amenity. Housekeeping daily (becoming rarer and rarer) and the employees have all been fantastic. Truly. We did mobile check in and our room was ready early. Always a plus. The property is near assembly food hall which was very convenient and also very much recommended. I’m only knocking off one star because the pool was closed for renovations during our stay. And while I appreciate that they have to remodel occasionally, they chose not to inform us of the closure until basically the last minute by email. Our stay was during a very busy week so re-booking at that point elsewhere for a decent rate would not have been feasible. We picked this hotel specially for this amenity (kids) and it was really disappointing that despite booking well in advance, they didn’t let us know until it was too late to make a change. Otherwise, excellent property.

We chose Renaissance Nashville for two reasons: 1. It has very good location. It's very close to Broadway. Very easily return after your fun night life. 2. We are Marriott members, so we can enjoy a lot of upgrades. There are things worth mentioning.... Although it's close to Broadway, it's still very quiet. It won't bother your rest/sleep. The lounge provides many sections of snack/cookie, soft drink, coffee till 10pm. Their breakfast is also fresh and of a lot of choices. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. Valet parking is recommended if your group is 4+ people. Basically, I am pretty satisfied with this time experience!! Recommended!!

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. My experience was exceptional during my stay! From the staff at the Little Fib on site bar to front desk, bell attendants to the small store there. I would definitely come back & recommend it to anyone heading to Nashville. Chris Stewart, Asst Front Office Mngr was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel in Downtown Nashville. The Staff here is FANTASTIC! This location is very close and within walking distance of Broadway. The rooms were great, and the shower made the stay worth it. I will return to this location in the future.

Located just off Broadway you will find this excellent full service Marriott hotel. The lobby is nicely appointed and an excellent place to meet others for drinks. The rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable. The large flatscreen TV is very nice. The bathroom is large and the shower has excellent water pressure The entire staff is warm, friendly and helpful. As a lifetime Titanium Elite Member of Marriott, I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nashville for business or pleasure

Arrived after booking and paying for a king city view room to be told that there are no king rooms available and we end up with a view of the restaurant. The person who checked us in gave zero information about what the hotel offered and our room had no door signs to ask for privacy/room clean service or menus. We had our car brought up the first morning we were there by the valet service to find this "mysterious" white powder all over the front passenger dash. It is located very conveniently so that earned it back a few points. Will not stay here again.

I don't usually take the time to comment on hotel experiences, but my recent stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville has compelled me to change that habit. As someone who has had positive experiences with European branches of Renaissance Hotels, I was looking forward to a similarly comfortable stay in Nashville, especially since the event we attended was held in the same building. We even opted for a two-bedroom despite only needing one bed, as it was the only available option. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standard we'd expected. Our room had a carpet in dire need of cleaning, featured plastic cups instead of glassware, and even had a coffee machine devoid of coffee. The ice machine in the hallway was also noisily intrusive, affecting our sleep quality. There were also lapses in housekeeping services – twice plastic cups were taken away without being replaced, and we ran out of paper tissues three days before our departure, an issue that was never addressed. The windows in our room were noticeably dirty compared to those facing Commerce Street in our colleagues' rooms. Additionally, the separate $9-per-day charge for Internet service felt out of touch in today's world, where Internet access is almost universally regarded as a basic amenity. All of these minor issues compounded into a significantly dissatisfying overall experience, one we certainly did not anticipate from a Renaissance Hotel.

Great experience here at the Renaissance Nashville. It was convenient to everything. The Assembly Food Hall that is attached was awesome! Rooms were nice.

While the Renaissance is certainly not inexpensive, the splurge is well worth it in every way. The front desk staff were some of the most helpful professionals we have found at any Marriott property. We loved the downstairs bar with great bartenders and a lively atmosphere

Excellent stay for a few days. Perfect location. Food and drinks are double the cost of anywhere else, but atmosphere is good.

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. The warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel is a beautiful architectural masterpiece, with a modern design and elegant decor. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The comfortable beds provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Nashville. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service from the hotel staff, especially Randa. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had an unforgettable stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made her truly exceptional. The hotel's location is worth mentioning too. Situated in downtown Nashville, it's conveniently close to popular attractions, music venues, and delicious restaurants. The hotel's prime location allowed me to immerse myself effortlessly in the local culture. Overall, my stay at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel was superb. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this vibrant city. It exceeded all my expectations, from the elegant rooms and exceptional service to the prime location and fantastic amenities. I want to express my gratitude to Randa and the entire staff for making my stay truly memorable.

Room was nice and clean although a very basic room with dated bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel was able to honor my feather free room request which was a huge plus. Connected to 5th and Broadway so there are plenty of dining options before you get your day started or for an evening meal. Prime location walkable to quite a bit in downtown. Would stay again.

Room was basic. Towels rough. Need updating. Shower curtain stained. Carpet next to bed stained. Coffee and frig in rm was convenient. No room cleaning. Hotel staff very helpful with local info. Good valet service. Great location. Mercantile was handy. Overall good stay.

We spent 2 very pleasant nights here. The hotel is half a block from Ryman Auditorium and one block from Broadway--in other words, a perfect location with virtually everything within walking distance. (We Ubered to and from the airport--no need for a rental car.) Staff at check-in were efficient and very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is a staffed snack shop in the lobby open 24/7--greatly appreciated. If you don't want to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant, there are several good breakfast places nearby. This is now our go-to place to stay in Nashville.

I stayed here for work. It was ok, but I’ve stayed at better. The Bonvoy app lets you use your phone to check-in / out, plus use the app as your door key. GREAT! Now for the downers (hand on head). When you get into your room the door doesn’t have a security latch and I wasn’t comfortable with the so called bolt lock. I was in an accessible needs room, which in my opinion wasn’t ADA friendly at all. Ports/plugs were minimal and in weird places. The only usb ports was on a clock and the plugs were protruding cords that stuck out towards the bed on either side of the nightstand. If you weren’t careful at night, your charging brick would come out because the mattress shifted the cord. Can someone please explain the refrigerator in the nightstand next to the bed? Yeah, you’re not sleeping on that side of the bed. Apparently, my room was apart of a suite, but again, the lock had no additional latch. Lastly, don’t expect a quiet nights sleep. You can hear everything outside and I was on the 15th floor. Not to forget the over inebriated folks that didn’t understand how to use their indoor voice. The room did what it needed to, but I wouldn’t make this location my first choice. Who knows, maybe the rooms are better that aren’t accessible needs but this visit left me excited to go home.

This is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Nashville. Just off of Broadway. There are many food options available to you both inside the hotel and outside. The proximity to live music is the reason I picked this place. It's very convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the decor was just a little gaudy for my taste, and not as high end as I feel like the price should reflect. Didn’t totally match the aesthetic of the lobby which felt a lot more high-end. I was there for a conference, and it was nice to have the options of two bars, and an eating area, and the connection to the food court. Lack of a pool or other comfortable gathering spaces would give it one star off in my book for the price and the proximity of other similarly priced hotels that included those options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which is always a plus!

Great location, nice rooms but not worth $300 a night, there was also an increase in price we weren't told about ... occupancy ?? And price doesn't include breakfast. Ted and the boys out front were always friendly and helpful.

Perfection. Location. Cleanliness. Ease of parking. Size of room not super large but floor to ceiling windows make it feel plenty roomy. Most importantly: comfortable beds & fantastic pillows! Also, nice amenities inside the building..well appointed lobby & common areas, cool bar with comfy couches. Again, perfection

I'm not the person who usually notice these things but I was here for a conference and noticed that the elevators were very fast and I barely had to wait despite the higher traffic. They must have upgraded recently as they were very smooth... The smoothest elevator ride I've ever had! Otherwise, rooms are pretty standard with various charger cables and fridge. The higher floors have a nice view of the area.

  • 5/5 Amy G. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely loved this hotel!!! Great food and service, modern finishes. 5 elevators so pretty good waiting time for most part. Attached conference areas far beyond my expectations! The only part that was not above and beyond was my room. There was some major staining on the mattress cover pad visible when I looked on the side of the bed, the shower curtain kept billowing in the shower and so water got on the floor despite best efforts...plus hot and cold were reversed.

A great hotel in an ideal location for Broadway. The reception area is all great with polite professional staff. Housekeeping was not the best but improved towards the last couple of days. Not much options for vegetarians but you have so many restaurants all within walking distance with plenty of options. Thankyou everyone for making our holiday a great one.

  • 4/5 Rhonda W. 2 years ago on Google
The shower head was so strong that the tub couldn't drain fast enough. It was good though my feet got a good soaking too! Rooms would be even better with a small microwave. I was there for 4 days and that would have helped some. Everything else was GREAT!!! I did not request room service during my stay. The staff were busy enough without having to do what I could do for myself. I know they can't do anything about traffic and parking but the valets were great when taking and bringing my vehicle. Very nice and helpful with me. We had a business conference there and we were very pleased.

Great experience except had to leave one day early. Informed the desk at 9 am however they insisted on charging me for that day despite checkout was at noon and maid service hadn't started. Advised it was a new policy initiated in November. However manager was eventually kind enough to make an exception. Staff was very nice and hotel in perfect location. Change the policy and it would be a definitive 5 rating.

  • 5/5 Claire T. 1 year ago on Google
Our stay here was awesome. The hotel is clean and the rooms are renovated. They gave us a room with a bath tub, daily maid service, and later check out. They also held our bags for us. Top class service and excellent location right by the strip. The rooms were very quiet despite being so close to the strip. Our room had a fridge and there was an ice machine on the floor as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

  • 5/5 Jennifer J. 1 year ago on Google
We got there early for check in straight from my son's sports tournament. Since our room wasn't ready yet, the front desk lady gave us access to the gym so that he could shower and change. She and the other people working the front desk continued to bend over backwards to assist us and were the nicest, most accommodating hotel staff I ever remember dealing with! The hotel is really nice and the views spectacular! The location is in walking distance to everything on Broadway! Would definitely book again!

Really great conference center and friendly staff. Food and amenities are top notch. The fitness center is pretty good too. Free weights and a couple machines allow for a great workout! Plus, they have plenty of treadmills. The rooms are fine, nothing special. The beds are comfy. Not a bunch of channels on the TV, but that’s fine.

  • 4/5 Tatsianochka 2 years ago on Google
Great hotel. Service is attentive and friendly. Rooms are a bit small and I don’t like the bathroom design( the separate sink and mirror from the rest of the bathroom). Other than that- great hotel, stylish as majority of Renaissance’s, location is also amazing. I’d say however that over $400 per night is a bit of a stretch. 200$ is more of a fair price. At the same time the prices were over the roof anywhere we checked at that time , so fair game. Would stay again.

  • 5/5 Rory A. 2 years ago on Google
Great location, very nice hotel. Comfortable beds and hotel is really clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was one minor issue with the room, but they handled it quickly and that is all that I could ask for.
