The
food
here
is
pretty
good.
I've
only
eaten
here
once
before,
and
this
may
be
my
last
time.
The
service
leaves
a
little
too
be
desired.
The
employee
I
spoke
with
seemed
a
little
cold.
I
placed
a
to
go
order
for
lunch
and
accidentally
clicked
order
ASAP
instead
of
the
time.
The
time
projected
that
the
order
would
be
placed
between
1:22-1:32.
I
called
the
restaurant
and
the
guy
who
answered
just
seemed
bothered
by
the
whole
situation.
I
explained
that
I
accidentally
placed
the
order
for
immediately
instead
of
selecting
a
time.
He
cut
me
off
and
said
it
was
already
made.
I
said,
oh,
the
time
reflected
that
it
would
take
longer
than
that,
and
I
don't
have
lunch
until
2.
He
insisted
that
the
time
did
not
say
that.
He
also
asked
me
why
I
placed
the
order
for
ASAP
if
I
did
not
have
lunch
until
two.
A
question
he
would
have
had
the
answer
to
had
he
not
cut
me
off.
I
explained
that
it
was
an
accident.
He
stated
that
it
was
already
made
and
there
was
nothing
he
could
do
about
it.
They
did
not
offer
to
remake
the
order
so
that
I
could
have
it
fresh
when
I
arrived,
nor
did
he
tell
me
that
they
could
not
remake
the
order.
I
understand
if
it
is
against
policy,
however,
I
feel
some
sort
of
empathy
could
have
been
employed
in
his
explanation.
Like,
"I'm
sorry,
but
it's
not
our
policy
to
remake
food.
Just
please
try
to
be
a
little
more
mindful
while
placing
your
order
next
time."
Anything
less
rude
than
this
encounter
would
have
been
an
improvement.
