As far as dog parts Co the place is nice and big, very well maintained, and right close to the bathroom, which is very important to some of it hahaha. Where this park starts to really stand out is location, just like in real estate location location location. The View and the feel of the park with the damn right next to it and the water rushing through is just incredible. So if this is your first visit here whether you are planning on staying a long time or not you need to make sure you have enough time!! Because you're going to be here a while hahaha

The dog park is ok, though it's obvious people don't clean up after their dogs. Dog feces all around. There was broken glass in a few spots around the trail (paved). Overall it's a pretty peaceful walk, and quite scenic.

It's a good park. There are always lots of dogs, but with that come the fun and responsibilities that come with lots of dogs. Sometimes there are scuffles, but most usually they are stopped quickly, and everyone can get back to the fun. there are bag stations and trash cans so you can clean up after they poop. I really appreciate the fountain to help keep all our pals cool. The only wish is that there was more shade during those brutal Nashville summers.

Nice area. Plenary of room for dogs to roam. Very nice when the damn is pushing water down river.

The dog park was a great place to stop with our pup on our long drive. There were water fountains and restrooms tight out front and water for the dogs inside. It was clean and had grass, rocks, and cement for the dogs to run on. Plenty of space and a number of spots to sit (for humans). Shade was a bit lacking though.

Gates and water fountain not well maintained. Little shade for those hotter days. Great bathrooms for people. All dogs (regardless of size) are off leash together in a fully gated area. I have a larger dog so it wasn't a big deal to me, but your smaller dogs might not be happy campers.

This is a very well done park - easy to get to, lots of room, and very clean. Several seating areas and a long concrete walkway through the middle make for an appealing setting and invite socializing.

Our son Ceasar loves playing at the stones river Dog park! Plenty of places to sniff around and even more friends to play with! They have a watering hole, plenty of balls to chase after and benches for mommy and daddy to sit on to watch me play. We come here every week! Definitely a great spot

This is a wonderful park. It is large, provides water access and baggies. The people and dogs are friendly. 11 minutes from Seven Points campground.

Large fenced in area with several benches, some underneath small shelters. Central water fountain, water is turned off during the winter. Two gates, one opens to the parking lot & the other to the head of the hiking trail.

Love this park! Me and my 3 bassets go here almost daily. There are typically really nice people and all different types of cute fur babies. Prefect size and beautiful location!

Mid-sized dog park that has an accessible walk way with River views. There tend to be toys left at the park for your dog to enjoy. Feel free to bring your own. Also keep bags nearby, there are only two dog waste bins — one at the front of the park and one on the right. It can get muddy here so be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty as other paw friends may want to play. During warm seasons, pet parents may bring a dog pool for our furry friends to cool off. Great community.

Male Pit bull viscously attacked a female yellow lab today. The pitbull owner said " he never done dis befo". Luckily for him the lab owner was very timid and remarked that it's all in how you train a dog. I quickly let her know pitbulls, German Shepard and Rottweilers make up 75% of all dog bites. Protect your best friends and be vigilant folks

Bathroom are just for looks. They're never unlocked. Dog Park is nice and big with very little flooding.

The park is well maintained and the dogs and humans are well socialized. Bathrooms and portables. Drinking fountains. Right on the Greenway, a huge field you can tromp, and the dam bullwark is a great run up and down. Other side of Bell Road has a cultivated shoreline. Great tromps for kids. And a visitors center with Priest Lake and Dam history. A bit East of the park on Bell Rd there's a nice parking area with sidewalks down to the lake. And usually some old timers fishing who live dogs and kids. Closeby restaurants and shops. It's Hermitage so don't expect Franklin Willlllllyumson Counnnteee. You can expect to be very welcomed around the whole area.

What I enjoy most about this dog park is that the Greenway and River are right there. So you can let your dog play for a bit, and then go on a walk. Also, it's great if you are trying to socialize your dog around other people. I like the location, but it does get muddy sometimes. I avoid this dog park on rainy days and even a few days after it rains. It always has water, I've never been there when the doggy fountain is not working. Which is great because so many other parks don't have a workable fountain.

My dog loves this park! Safe and plenty of water for your best friend. Since Covid started there’s no more poop bags so bring your own. Hopefully that will change soon.

I absolutely love this area. I have come to this trail a few times over the years. The dog park looks very nice and attracts a good amount of people and their lovely pets. Absolutely love the scenery.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! People do not pick up after their dogs. The scenery is beautiful. Unfortunately, this is not a dog park we will be back to because of the nastiness.

Huge park for dogs to run around and play or even just explore if your pup is more of a loner. They provide poop bags in case you forget yours. There's a water fountain for both humans and dogs. It does get wet around the fountain, but if you want your pup to dry before getting in the car their is a gorgeous walking trail right outside the double gated door.

I love this place. The trail here is peaceful and beautiful, hidden in the trees it's like walking in the first in the middle of the city.

👍👍 It is a decent-sized park with a lot of room for your dogs to run! There isn't a lot of shade and there is no walking trail around the outside. There are also a lot of biological landmines so it would appear that a lot of people here don't follow the sign that tells them to pick up, it's their Duty!...
