Nice jewelry store with a decent selection of woman’s jewelry.

My girls love love love this beautiful shop. We visited during Christmas so the shop was decorated beautifully. Found several unusual gifts that were perfect. Was fun to watch jewelry being made on the premises by very talented artist. Judith helped my girls, she is so kind and genuine.

Great local jewelry spot. My boyfriend gifted me a bracelet and a necklace and I love both. Unfortunately, I am rough on my jewelry and in a few years time broke both. However, I brought them into the 12 south location for repair and was very impressed with the customer service. They fixed the necklace the same day. The bracelet repair took longer but when I got it back, it looked brand spankin’ new! I’m honestly not sure if it was repaired and cleaned or if they just gave me a new bracelet- that’s how good it looks. This is a store that clearly stands by their product.

Such a cute little store, really friendly staff and great merchandise. I found a ring that I really wanted but I didn’t have it in my size, so the young lady took it to this wonderful lady in the back and she made it my size right then and there. So accommodating. I love the ring so much my daughter ended up getting one just like it. Thank you for the great experience.

The most beautiful and unique jewelry in Nashville. This is one of our cities treasures. I love to get gifts for others and myself here. All price points are available. Each piece feels special and the packaging and presentation is lovely.

This place was pretty ok. We were getting a lower-cost engagement ring (bc I'm going to wear just the band) and the store wasn't super easy to work with: they were closed one day without any signs on the door, the phone often wasn't picked up, the resize took way longer than we were told, and then the new ring is uncomfortable and doesn't look nearly as neat or carefully made as the first ring (I assume because it was already bought). We almost asked for our money back on two occasions. Won't be buying here again but, given the price, I'm content enough with the ring. Definitely is more for fast-fashion or birthday gifts than what we went here for. UPDATE: Been wearing the ring for less than a month and the "gold" is already chipping off

Took a recent trip to Nashville and met a new local friend that suggested I check out Judith Bright jewelry. I was able to visit the 12 South store and the store at L&L Market and found some fun pieces! The jewelry is unique and beautiful, and is reasonably priced for the quality of the handcrafted items I bought. I am a silver and platinum kind of girl but I wanted to begin a gold collection since gold jewelry and mixed metals seems to be on trend right now. Personally, I was looking to add to my unique jewelry collection from artisans all over the United States and Judith Bright did not disappoint. In addition, the customer service in both stores was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Check them out y’all, it’s worth a look both in store and online!

Got a ring a month ago. It's gorgeous but the gold is already rubbing off-- I can see the brass underneath. Contacted them about it and they just said "no the gold won't rub off." As if I'm just lying about it?

I discovered Judith Bright while on a trip to Nashville. I love that the pieces are hand-made with a personal touch and I like how elegant the style is. I bought three bracelets to stack and several stacking rings, that have fallen off and gotten lost over time, sadly. I now want to replace my pieces, but I have one small issue keeping me from pulling the trigger again: Since my bracelets got caught on various things that caused them to get lost, I have a hard time paying full price for a replacement. I REALLY hate that any discounts offered are only on specific items and never the ones I want. Just some advice- if offering even a 10% discount is still profitable and would increase purchase volume, why not offer it on all items (like 10% today only on all orders) on special occasions to increase overall purchases, rather than limiting it to certain items that aren’t appealing to most? Maybe this tactic is part of your strategy, and discounts wouldn’t increase overall profit in higher volumes, but if not the case, you’re missing out on a lot of sales I’m sure because people pull the trigger when they get a deal. I would have already replaced all my bracelets and rings and also probably bought a necklace to match had there been any discount available in the last year, but instead I’m shopping other products while I wait. It’s hard to pay full price to replace jewelry, even if I love it, while seeing discount after discount offered on “heart shaped jewelry”, for instance. I’m just waiting for any reason to pull the trigger on my purchase...
