    This is not a boutique - it's an outlet. Only a couple pieces in the entire store were "Chico's worthy". The rest were Walmart quality. I didn't give less stars because everyone in the store was cordial and they can't help it the clothes were junk.

    Drive two and half hours to get to Chico’s in opry mills mall in Nashville Tennessee and the store was shut up with no explanation just store hours of operation which was suppose to be open. Even google says they were open!!!

    I went in here because I had just moved and couldn’t find my work clothes. Found a cute top on sale. Teresa helped me out and even called me after I left my shopping bag in the store. Thank you Terry for helping me out that day! Your kindness meant so much to me! ☺️

    4 stars for the service. Love this location, but last visit was a bit disappointing. Store wasn't busy, but customers didn't seem to be the focus on the staff. Staff always changing, so hopefully an isolated incident. I'll be back.
