I love this place! I've always felt nervous going into medspa's because they seemed so "uppity". This business has the warmest staff and they are SO easy to talk to. They're a breath of fresh air especially when these days we're surrounded by terrible customer service experiences. It definitely adds to the fact that the services are great too. Melissa always listens to my questions thoughtfully and delivers on recommendations. STOKED for a facial asap. Lovely people, top notch service!

Go somewhere else. Do your research. All I will say is do not let Amanda near you with a laser. I have so many regrets going to Ona and I don’t want anyone else to experience that. I started seeing Michelle at Ona for Botox earlier this year. She always delivers. I recently added filler in my lips and cheeks and I’m very happy with the results. Ona continues to guide me in the best direction for my skin and cosmetic needs, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I’ve been going to Ona for laser hair removal and it’s been amazing - they have the best technology of any place I’ve been and I have been to various places in the past and they have the strongest / best laser. I see much longer lasting / better results and therefore need to go less frequently. They are awesome and have the best laser tech!

The facial was fine - it def was not 75 minutes like it described. I would have liked to be a bit more dewy at the end but that could have been bc of the facial I chose and the massage part lacked. I love the location and everyone was nice.
