    Just heard that a wonderful, committed, 8 year employee, Ashley, was wrongfully let go. What in the world was so bad that you would let go one of your best long term employees? Ashley is the only reason we even go to Petco. Knowledgeable, friendly and always extremely helpful no matter what questions I have. I'm extremely disappointed. Will not be back.

    The store manager is absolutely abhorrent. They also wrongfully terminated a wonderful employee, Ashley, who held the store together for over 7 years. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, made coming into the store a wonderful experience for customers and their pets. The new management of the store has made the atmosphere extremely hostile and unpleasant. I will no longer be a customer, no would I recommend anyone to bring their pets there.

    This Petco has lost our business, we won't shop there anymore due to how they treated a fantastic employee. My family has loved going to this Petco because of the love & care we received from a particular employee, Ashley. We recently found out that she has been unfairly let go. Ashley made every Petco experience special. She would love on our dogs, make sure we knew about deals going on, and just go above and beyond for us. Ashely even took the time to help me over the phone when our dog was sprayed by a skunk. She also did a fantastic job training my mom's dog several years ago. Our hearts are hurting for the way this establishment treated such a wonderful person.

    I only ever shopped here because Ashley was working. She was so sweet, attentive, and helpful. It really made paying the extra price worth it. But, now that she's gone there's no reason to go really. The store lacks and kind of shine...I'll just stick to Nashville Pet Products.

    I was so disappointed to learn that Ashley was terminated. My family and pets all love her. She has been the one constant in that store. She knew my dogs by name, and always went above and beyond for us. Petco, you are letting the new manager, Krys, run that store into the ground. She has run off several good employees. I will be taking my business across the street to Pet Smart until Krys is gone.

    So terribly disappointed in this place. We brought our dog in for a cut and he spent 4 hours here and this is how he looked. This is animal mistreatment and I’m appalled that anyone would do this to a dog. I called them, they have no record of us despite our dog literally being there all day. He has patches of missing hair all over him. I have never had someone cut him down to his skin leaving him looking anything like this. Alyssa cut his hair, I would not recommend you leave your loving pets in her care. Truly so upset by this.

    i brought my dog here on two separate occasions to have them trim and buff her nails which is a $20 service. the first time i took her, as she is an anxious dog, she was a bit scared and they were just forceful and rough with her instead of trying to comfort her even in the slightest and just completely dismissed me when i tried to offer some way to help her calm down. and this last time i took her, they were a bit more gentle with her however now a month later i have noticed my dogs paw bothering her.. and when i took a look at it, i saw one of her nails hadn’t been cut in so long it was curled all the way to her paw about to start growing into her paw. would give 0 stars if i could, do not take your animals here if you care about them getting proper care & services.

    It was my first time using Petco grooming and Cassie did an excellent job. I could tell my dog was well cared for and her groom looked great! Will be going back.

    Ordered online things were damaged and open and covered in a white residue. Even the packaging slip was dirty. Not as advertised...packaged with care, where?

    Took my french Bulldog Coco for a nail trim...so courteous and professional...in and out quickly and it was my first time there...I will be returning soon!

    I took my 8 month puppy to this Petco Grooming location for the first time. I was so nervous and was afraid of what he would look like. But I highly recommend their grooming services. Kassy asked me how I wanted him to be cut. I showed her a few pictures of what I liked. And when I picked him up he looked exactly how I wanted. I had the most positive experience and took great care of my pup! Plus, their prices are incredibly affordable compared to all the other groomers I looked at in Nashville. In Nashville, minimum $100 for a groom. I have a doodle and my total didn’t even hit $100. Way below. Again, I highly recommend this Petco grooming location and team of groomers. They’re fantastic!!

    MY DOG HAD TO UNDERGO AMPUTATION AS A RESULT OF THEIR GROOMING. Really wish I could give this negative stars. My dog is well-behaved and has 4 yrs of groomers praising his training. He’s gone to multiple training classes and I groom him at home regularly and he sits still. The entire team at this petco was absolutely & ridiculously undertrained and underprepared to handle the situation when their groomer (Sara Eagle) cut off my dog’s back paw’s dewclaw. I was told they by Cat/Kat (you’ll learn later) that they don’t have a General Manager I can discuss this with. Jay called me 2 hours after I dropped my dog off with 0 information - likely because he wasn’t given any information himself. Jay told me they were taking him to a Blue Pearl in Franklin and after I informed them there was a closer one, they said they couldn’t take him there because it was not available (I heard a back and forth speaker convo between Jay and Cat/Kat trying to figure out why she hadn’t looked into the nearer hospital). I drove over half an hour to the Franklin Blue Pearl immediately only to learn from the Blue Pearl team after 10-15 minutes that Petco had decided to take him to the Blue Pearl I informed them of (nobody called me from petco to tell me this). I called petco and after a brief hold, Jay answered and told me he did not know where they were, and after calling Cat/Kat (again I hear their back and forth over the speaker) he was informed for what seemed to be the first time that I was to drive 30+ minutes back to the Blue Pearl they were actually at. When I got there a woman who I had never met or talked to was sitting there texting on her phone (I learned her name is Cat/Kat after asking but she refused to give me her last name “I don’t have to give you my last name” is what she said when I asked for a business card). She informed that they were more than willing to give me a FREE BAG OF DOG FOOD to make up for this incident. Before I had even seen my dog. Before I was even sure he was well. That’s the level of training they have. Cat/Kat also informed they have no official list of nearby emergency vets and she simply looked up blue pearls on her phone and she had only seen the one in Franklin AND THAT WAS WHY she didn’t think to go to the one nearby. And it was me informing them that made her realize where she was to go. She had 0 compassion, 0 kindness or understanding, 0 willingness to support me. And yet she informed me that she was the only person I could talk to about this incident. It was disgusting to sit in here and hear Cat/Kat offer me a free grooming with a different groomer to make up for it. With no information as to what would happen to prevent this from happening again. I am appalled at the way they have treated the most precious thing in my entire life. I urge you to never take your dog there ever. Injuries happen and I first responded with understanding and grace, but it’s the way they handled the injury that is absolutely distasteful and broke my heart. BY THE WAY THE BLUE PEARL TEAM INFORMED ME that Cat/Kat’s excuse as to why they hurt my dog is because they “didn’t know the dewclaw was there”. The Blue Pearl team was appalled that someone who should be trained on a dog’s anatomy could even say that and that I was offered a free bag of dog food for my troubles. My dog’s entire dewclaw was amputated as a result of this incident. Please, please, don’t take your dog anywhere near this place. I’m begging you. There was no thought into what they would do to make sure this never happened again. They don’t even have a printed paper of nearby emergency hospitals. They aren’t doing the bare minimum to care of your baby. And if this happened to you here, I urge you to leave a review so that people won’t have a similar experience.

    Came in to pick up a 75 gal fishtank and decided to get a stand aswell, auston helped me at checkout and with his knowledge of the deals I could get with a vital care account and first time buyers discount he ended up saving me over 100$ excellent service even helped me load them into my car

    Helpful staff , wasn't annoyed by my questions even the irrelevant ones.. double checked inventory they thought they was out of and found exactly what I needed.. I came in 15 mind to closing. So I was probably the worst customer but they gave me the best service.

    Always a little less excited to be here than PetSmart. The lighting and the floor make it feel really dated and tired. Needs a renovation

    Our Roxie is a poodle mix and was beginning to mat, even with daily brushing. We had her groomed at Petco and we discussed what we wanted with the groomer. We wanted our girl to be comfortable. That was the goal. I wasn't going to be mad if she couldn't be cute because of where the mats were. But, to my surprise and joy, our groomer was able to get rid of ALL of her mats AND make her look adorable. She is a super happy pupper! And we are super happy, as well. We will be going back for future grooms.

    Now this is what I expected to find at Petco. If you saw my review of the Petco in Franklin you might have thought they were all that shorty NOT THIS LOCATION This was well stocked. The staff was very attentive and wanted to help No dead fish in tanks here It smelled clean and was clean I went here today to adopt a dog from a rescue organization that held an event here and left with a new family member I stocked up on supplies while here and this location had everything I needed and more It is a bit far from my home but I will return here and grab a few a few months supplies at a time If my next visit goes as well as today i will upgrade my number of stars

    The two that was working there were GREAT!!!! I came in but my order had not come through yet but as soon as it did they were on it. I told them I could come back because I had to go get my mom from chemo but jumped on quick. Thank you guys so very much.

    We adopted a dog inside Petco. We bought several items for him and they had a great assortment. The staff at Petco were so nice and very helpful. We adopted our dog from Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue and they are so good. This Petco lets them bring the adopted pets into their store every Saturday which I appreciated.
