My college-aged daughter, who has had Type 1 diabetes since she was 6 and who has a history of depression manifesting in neglect of her medical care, was kicked out of Dr. Yanna Jiang's practice with no warning for cancelling an appointment and then "no showing" another. The irony was that my daughter believed she had cancelled on the website the week before. She was never told she was in danger of violating a policy and ran out of insulin; the clinic would not return her call for a refill, and then she received a certified letter the next day that she was "dismissed from the practice". She was out of insulin for 2 days, but thank God for Vanderbilt getting her in!! Through all the real craziness of her teenage struggles with diabetes, they never gave up on her, but she had switched clinics for insurance. Too bad it didn't work out, because the nurse practitioners at St. Thomas were her favorite providers she's ever had. 😕

THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN PRACTICE. They surprise you with policies that are NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE. Sounds like a great reason to get sued. They will not see you if you miss an appointment because THEY messed up their intake process. They won’t see you promptly for acute pain. They make you wait minimum 2 months even if your problem is urgent. They’re an ABSOLUTE JOKE. NEVER book Dr. Willers. She refuses to see patients EVER AGAIN who miss an appointment for ANY REASON even if it was an emergency. STAY. AWAY. They shouldn’t be in healthcare here. They don’t care. Period.

My mom has been waiting at Quest Diagnostic for over an hour to give blood !! Only to be told they only have one technician doing it!!! Why did the 9 doctors on the 9th floor tell the Nurses to send patients down to the 4th floor Quest !!! Pretty Sorry and Poor Service! St.Thomas has gone down hill!!!!

Trying to get set up with a primary care physician through St. Thomas was a frustrating and disheartening experience. I call and get an operator and request to be transferred to a specific doctor's office. They say they're doing so and I get put on hold. After 10-15 minutes of waiting on hold, the same operator answers and I have to tell them to connect me again. I get transferred and instantly someone picks up - it's the wrong extension. I ask to get transferred to the right office only to end up back at the start. At this point, I feel like I'm in a comedy sketch. I get sent to the realm of on-hold for the third time. I wait for 10 minutes until the call disconnects. Repeat similar process for entire week. Funny thing is, when I eventually got to the office I was trying to get to, the pre-recorded options didn't include anything for new patients, so I could either choose a dishonest option and probably get sent back to on-hold purgatory or leave a message that I know will not get returned. I genuinely don't understand how a business can operate like this.

This place has gone down hill, I used to like this place. The Dr’s here don’t care they lie to your face, say they work with you but won’t. We was told to be here at by 10am and then by 12pm prep for surgery and 330 pm was the surgery. That was not the case there not going to started anything. The appointment was for 10am!!!

So I’ve experienced complex problems for YEARS to include a recent DKA episode that almost killed me. Per ER staff I was 12 hours from dying. I was referred to Dr Jiang who is a true gem! She is not only kind with an exceptional bedside manner but more importantly she’s incredibly knowledgeable & thorough. She’s since diagnosed me with Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency. Started me on meds, ordered me an MRI of my brain with sedation as I’m extremely claustrophobic, has scheduled detailed labs, FaceTimed me with results & scheduled follow up appointments with more labs to be completed! Dr Jiang took the initiative to ultrasound my thyroid & I wasn’t even seeing her for thyroid issues but she found mine was enlarged with a nodule. She reassured me it’s ok & she will monitor it. I’ve searched my entire (I’m almost 50) for a dr like her! Seeing her is like winning the Dr lotto! She hasn’t once made me feel rushed, bothersome or dumb! Trust me when I say I have numerous conditions/symptoms that are extremely exhausting & overwhelming. She’s so sweet she referred to me as “a special case” & has done everything within her expertise to solve the mysteries that are my life/health! I’ve never been more reassured in my care & ive seen drs (100s) in my lifetime. From the front desk staff who are incredibly personable & welcoming to her nurse who is also a dream & had me laughing non stop my entire experience has been more than incredible! I finally feel like I have diagnosis that will be treated & I could potentially have a quality of life back that I’ve never experienced! To me, this is completely an answered dream. I’ve never been more hopeful & looked FORWARD to a drs appt EVER! If you have ANYTHING endocrinology related PLEASE do yourself a giant favor & see Dr Jiang. She’s one in a million & I thank my lucky stars daily that she was who my PCP referred me too. I live in Clarksville & she’s in Nashville but I’d drive for 5 days to see her. I’m not even remotely kidding! I genuinely adore this practice! I think anyone would be as lucky! Dr Jiang for president!! Ha!

I have used Dr. Schwaber and Nashville ENT who are both awesome, but the billing department at this place, specifically Kristen is awful. I have never been spoken to by someone in a professional office before, the way I was by her. I disagreed with what she said and an attitude came out.

I found her office staff more than pleasant and, in fact, they were very friendly and caring in a professional, competent fashion! They were also easy to get in touch with for timely matters. Dr. Seymour was gentle and caring. I was not able to continue seeing her due to her move to the Grassland/Franklin area which would have been inconvenient for me regarding travel time, but enjoyed the time she was my PCP.

This hospital must be run by an actual bag of rocks... Who ever designed these hospitals needs to be fired and lose everything they own.. theres no instructions on anything or anyone to help you find anything. There are numbers i n the room to call for food but NO PHONES ARE SUPPLIED AND THE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK ON A REGULAR PHONE. My question is, HOW are they doing this to people? Shut this place down.

Front staff was very unprofessional. My 2hour appt could have been told to me over the phone. Will not return.

Called to possibly make a pulmonary appointment and first girl who answered the phone was rude then transferred me to a second girl even more rude than the first. Pretty bad when your potential customers are dropping before they even make it in. Perhaps their parents should have done a better job teaching these girls some manners. They should quit because this line of work is certainly not their calling.

It’s unfair to arrive early to your appointment, check in as instructed, watch someone walk in without an appointment for the same reason you’re there, and then be seen after a walk in. What’s the point of an appointment? Why are employees of the business standing around in the lobby talking while I continue to wait. Unfortunately, this is the third time this has happened and I do not see how it’s being rectified.

Hello, I rarely leave reviews ESPECIALLY negative ones. The visit with this doctor was astonishing. Complete lack of empathy.. Chief complaint was lack of energy. His response? ‘Why do you need to get out of bed?’ Really? How this young man is still in business? Perhaps I was his last client and he was tired? Never an excuse for rude behavior! Total lack of integrity and regard! From now on I will have my recorder on when I go to new doctor or other supposed professional offices. I’m still in shock I can’t understand how or why someone would say something that degrading. Honestly? I’ve never been spoken to like that in a professional office or elsewhere.

The girl who answers the calls is very rude. She answers the phone and seems to be in a bad mood because she hangs up on the call. If she suspects that you are not native she treats you badly. They don't have interpreters. Terrible service
