The menu options were straightforward, focusing on burgers, fries, and drinks.While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The burgers were flavorful. The fries were good, but they were too salty. One issue I encountered was the pricing. The cost seemed a bit higher than what I’d expect for a fast-food burger joint, considering the overall experience and if you compare it with my favorite burger joint In-N-out burger. Overall, Five Guys Houston NASA provides a convenient option if you’re craving a classic burger and fries combo. While the food is decent, it didn’t fully meet my expectations, and the value for the price wasn’t exceptional.

The place was disappointed. The floor was slippery because greasy mop they use. The table and chairs are dirty, sticky, old, and rusty. The condiment area was dirty. For the prices I paid on our meal was not worth it to come back. Too expensive and the burger/patties are like Wendy's hamburger. How they bag fries and hamburgers are like thrash. They just put together damp in one bag. My husband and I paid $38.00 in our meal last Monday evening. I was not happy about the service and atmosphere. For sure we will recommended and not coming back!

Went there after Space Center.. Burgers are quite big and the fries were superb. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, well it's a fast food place so we didn't expect something else. Was Ok for a quick lunch.

These people are always upbeat and friendly everywhere I go. I love this place and they always give me too many fries!

Custom made burgers. We got 2 cheeseburgers, small fries and 1 drink and it was about $30, which is too much. The burger doesn't have enough meat to charge this high. Our fries were covered in sugar, which they fixed but then smothered in salt. This location doesn't have the custom drink machine that's at other 5guys.

I went with 2 other people, we each got a cheeseburger, a drink and we shared a medium French fry and the total was $70.00. That's insane! The food was good but not $70.00 good. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

Always so damn good. The quality of ingredients and the service are both top notch for a fast-casual place. We split the fries between 4 people (2 toddlers) and there were still too many.

I gave it 4 stars because the price of these $15 hamburgers is ridiculous! This place is price gouging to the max! Just remember it is a hamburger for $15 dollars that they nickle and dime you for! There are other places in Houston that charge you $24-28 for a hamburger but you get a pound of hamburger. Whataburger, has bigger burgers than this place for less money. I guess, It's just the unnecessary price gouging that upsets me so!

Great place. Always a pleasure to come and eat here. It was very clean, and each employee was very respectful. Highly recommended. The food was so good. We only order 1 fry for two people because the order is so big, and we finish every bite!

Staff was joyful and smiling! Young kids on a Friday night but having fun at work. They made some great burgers and Cajun fries. Even followed up to see how we liked them. What a great experience and the food was great, served hot and freshly made. I had stopped eating at Five Guys because so many other locations across the nation had disappointing results. I think this might have adjusted that for me. Great job NASA Five Guys!

Ordered my usual, cheeseburger with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and grilled onions. It hits the spot every single time, super delicious. All staff were super kind and attentive.

For the price I was hoping for a much better meal. The burger was ok the fries WAY to much seasoning. But now I know where not to go for a burger, so thanks 😁

Was supposed to get a door dash delivery in 30 minutes. An hour later no food. DoorDash said you were out of bacon cheeseburgers. You said. Two drivers tried to pick up the order. All lies
