    TERRIBLE drive through experience. I'm usually very polite and use manners,so when I was placing my order through the speaker,the young Hispanic guy had the worst attitude ever! The tone of his voice was more like "I don't want to be here and your bugging me"....he kept rushing me before I could finally say "I'm not done yet"...please allow people to fully complete their order before rushing them to pull up..also no mention of my total and they didn't get my order correct (4 nuggets instead of 6,and had made two frosties instead of 1)..had he listened instead of rushing,he perhaps could have gotten it correct. Just MY experience,hope yours is better. Also the fries were over cooked🤢🤦‍♀️

    Wendy's was nice. The store appeared to either be bew or remodeled. We ordered from a giant touch screen. My kid did all the ordering. They also have a coca cola machine with a bunch of different flavor drinks in it. The store smelled good and was clean. We ordered a bowl of chili and baked potatoes. Both were hot and yummy.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I fo not leave reviews, this is a first. By far the worse customer experience in the world from the night shift. Guy taking the order is beyond rude and so was the guy handing me my food. This is not the first time either. Not to mention the way i was being looked at and you smell nothing but pot thru the window. Two burgers were still frozen in the center. There is no way the night numbers are great, everytime i pass by there is noone in line, should have been my sign. Entire night staff should be replaced

    Drive-through order: Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combo 11.89. I requested to be done fresh, as I know Wendy’s pre-cooks the chicken, which is placed under a heating element. I was asked to move forward to wait. The Wendy’s employees came out within a minute, so I asked “Is it fresh” The employee said “Yes”. I should’ve known better and gotten my money back right there and then. When I got home, the chicken was lukewarm at best. The chicken looked hard and dry, as it had been sitting there for a long time. I called the number online, no answer. I drove back to Wendy's to get my money back. The manager at the front counter and the employees weren't surprised to see me as they knew that I requested for it to be fresh. When I was giving my money back, the amount was short a dollar. I requested the dollar back, and the young lady proceeded to open and close the register forcefully, which was pretty loud over what was rightfully mine. I don’t appreciate the attitude and having to drive back. It is a waste of time and money. I don’t think anyone on earth should pay almost $13 for a carton-tasting meal.

    God bless the young man who gifted me a med frosty. It was so hot today. I needed to cool down after a day of delivering mail in this heat. I was shocked yet pleasantly surprised. God bless the young man.

    Very unprofessional and ghetto. Was about to witness a fight between worker and customer over about female worker. Was rudely told by female employee and I guess brother that the lobby area was closed but was left unlocked. Very unprofessional.

    My least favorite Wendy’s location,, whoever is in charge of inventory needs to be replaced. They Never have anything .. “sorry we don’t have any ice , sorry we don’t have any sodas , sorry we don’t have any fry’s, sorry we don’t have any salad..” sucks they don’t ever have anything bc I love spending money at Wendy’s

    went to pick up a doordash order, and they close at 1am but i got there at 12:30am and they told me they were closed. they have a habit of closing early i’ve noticed in other reviews

    Around 9pm on 09/29/23 ordered through the app. Was sent to a parking space to wait for the order to finish. There were two separate orders that I was picking up. They had to substitute two drinks because they were out of everything. We were missing items. One employee walked away while we were explaining what was missing. Went back into the drive thru to tell them what we didn't get. One lady wanted to argue about one of the FOUR missing items. We found one in with the other order. Two of the missing items were give to us after bringing it to their attention and the last they were out of and chose to just forget it was ordered. This isn't the first incident here. I won't be returning.

    Orders 2 meals. Drive-thru. Had to repeat 3 times to place an order. Went to pick up the window to pay and get food. #1 ERROR - Rang up as two separate orders #2 ERROR - had to ask for drink carriers 5 times #3 ERROR - at the window had to verify my order at least 4 times, they kept interrupting #4 ERROR - Asked for The Manager several times; the kid at the window was very cocky and claimed to be The Manager. #4 ERROR - A Hispanic lady (very hard to understand) kept trying to, in a pushy manner, thrust drinks individually ... and then the food. #6 ERROR - She also said she was The Manager. #7 ERROR - had asked for a classic mozzarella chicken. STILL got a SPICY. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. IF I COULD, THEY WOULD RECEIVE A - 7 RATING! I TOLD THEM BOTH POOR POOR SERVICE. ALL THEY DID, AS IF I WAS JOKING, WAS SAY " HAVE A GREAT DAY ... HAVE A GREAT DAY ....'! FOOD WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR QUALITY! Over $26 bucks for simply 2 orders!

    Ordered southwest avacodo salad and they didn't have the dressing. Then it is supposed to have bacon and there was no bacon. My salad was not what they said. I will never eat at another Wendy's. Disappointed every time. And they did not give me the receipt.

    We had a little confusion while ordering and whomever is assigned to the drive thru should be trained better to alleviate the situation instead expressing an attitude. If he can’t handle providing some info to help the customer then maybe he should be back in the grill area away from the general public. It’s not that hard. Other than that the food was consistent.

    The cashier was great. He got our order correct. The problem came when the order arrived. They didn't give us half the order and looked confused when we went back to let them know it was missing/wrong. Then they tried to give the rest of order to the drive thru window. They have no condiments out or napkins for dining in.
