I
added
a
note.
I
think
it
will
make
the
state
of
the
gym
more
clear.
During
the
coronavirus
pandemic,
I
thought
we
were
able
to
manage
risks
and
the
number
of
program
participants
well,
but
recently,
the
level
of
tyranny
has
been
noticeable,
and
I
feel
that
we
are
not
putting
our
members
first
at
all.
To
participate
in
the
program
you
need
a
ticket,
but
to
get
one
you
have
to
prepare
early
and
line
up
(Photo:
The
area
in
front
of
the
front
desk
is
no
longer
accessible).
Some
people
wait
in
line
for
more
than
an
hour
for
popular
programs.
Is
there
any
point
in
doing
this?
You
can
do
a
variety
of
training
in
just
one
hour.
I
just
think
it's
taking
away
members'
time.
Why
can't
they
hand
out
tickets
in
the
order
they
arrive?
I
think
you
should
explain
why.
one
more.
The
program
has
changed
a
lot
over
the
past
few
months.
Badminton
has
been
reduced
from
a
total
of
two
units
per
week
to
one.
Human
behavior
is
something
that
becomes
a
habit
by
following
a
rhythm
every
day,
but
if
you
keep
changing
it
like
this,
you
won't
be
able
to
form
a
rhythm.
Maybe
they're
doing
it
because
of
the
opinions
posted
in
the
suggestion
box
inside
the
gym.
However,
it
is
not
a
good
idea
to
make
decisions
based
only
on
the
opinions
of
those
who
posted
or
those
who
stand
out.
This
is
because
there
are
many
people
who
have
opinions
but
do
not
post
because
they
feel
sorry
for
putting
a
burden
on
the
management.
Therefore,
when
changing
the
program,
I
would
like
to
make
a
fair
decision
based
on
factors
such
as
the
number
of
participants.
Children's
programs
started
in
April,
but
perhaps
as
a
result
of
this,
some
adult
programs
have
been
shortened
by
15
minutes.
The
monthly
membership
fee
was
raised
this
January,
and
there
are
only
negative
factors.
If
possible,
I
would
like
to
return
to
the
original
time
so
that
we
can
enjoy
it
even
as
the
number
of
members
increases.
I
understand
that
it
is
difficult
to
operate
the
organization
fairly,
but
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
will
do
so
in
an
understandable
manner.

Thank
you
for
your
continued
patronage
of
Sports
Club
Bell
Fitness.
Thank
you
for
your
evaluation.
We
have
received
various
opinions
regarding
the
program's
ticket
system,
but
there
are
approximately
20
lessons
a
day
in
the
Studio
Arena
alone,
and
distributing
them
in
the
morning
may
cause
confusion.
Please
note
that
we
will
make
adjustments
to
the
schedule
of
each
instructor,
the
number
of
participants,
etc.
so
that
as
many
people
as
possible
can
enjoy
the
program.
We
will
continue
to
create
facilities
that
are
loved
by
the
local
community,
and
we
appreciate
your
continued
support.

Thank
you
for
your
evaluation.
You
are
giving
a
negative
rating!
Writing
according
to
the
manual
will
be
seen
as
disrespectful
to
the
other
party.
That's
not
good.

Wouldn't
it
be
better
to
distribute
them
at
the
time
the
previous
lesson
started?
There
may
be
some
that
do,
but
I
think
there
are
many
that
don't.
For
lessons
held
after
6:00
pm
on
weekdays
and
4:00
pm
on
Sundays,
tickets
will
only
be
distributed
30
minutes
in
advance,
even
though
the
previous
lesson
has
already
started.
Wouldn't
it
cause
any
confusion
if
this
was
distributed
earlier?
Or
maybe
there's
a
reason
for
lining
up
members.
This
is
to
increase
the
added
value
of
myzone
and
increase
the
number
of
subscribers.
If
you
join
myzone,
you
will
have
the
benefit
of
being
able
to
reserve
lessons
without
having
to
wait
in
line.
Subscribers
can
attend
lessons
while
watching
other
members
stand
in
line
for
up
to
10
minutes.
This
is
the
real
purpose
of
lining
them
up.
However,
many
members
feel
very
uncomfortable
with
this
system
that
gives
preferential
treatment
to
members
who
spend
money.
That's
a
big
disadvantage
for
the
gym.
If
I
don't
understand
this
as
a
manager,
I
will
never
say
that
I
am
a
gym
that
listens
to
many
people
again.
I
don't
want
you
to
write
it.
This
is
a
gym
that
gives
preferential
treatment
to
members
who
spend
money!
I
think
myzone
is
a
good
tool
for
people
who
are
managing
their
exercise
as
a
tool
to
understand
their
own
condition
during
exercise.
However,
I
would
like
you
to
stop
pandering
to
people
with
more
perks
than
that.
I'm
sure
there
are
many
people
who
don't
care
about
their
heart
rate,
but
say,
``I
can
participate
in
lessons
without
having
to
line
up.I
joined
because
I
can
guarantee
a
reservation.''
