The trail itself is not really muddy during rains. You will be treated with a slightly inclined trail early into the climb. Then viola! you will see expanse of grassland reminescent of the dell in that famous Windows XP background screen. Here you can camp indefinitely in this vast expanse of pasteur land as there is a nearby spring limited only by the amount of food you brought up with. There are stores you can buy supplies such as instant noodles, coffee, milk etc. Others are available upon request. The summit is less than an hour of relaxed assault. The nearby summit is reacheable too in a little longer assault. Here is a camper's haven. Yet it offers a superb view of below from the either summit.

Not as grand as its neighbor Mt Batulao but its summit views are simply amazing. It has a picturesque grassland too. For newbies, Mt Talamitam is prefect for you.

Quite a hike - some you have to be on your fours, but my fave is the crossing in between where you are the 2 mountains (we did them both!) and it’s all flat, 360 degrees view of the world. The magnitude of the whole view you can take in from the flat side wideness - as always I wasn’t crazy over the peak as it was quite busy (the guide who was quite rude didn’t help) but it’s always about the hike. Buy the fresh buko on the way back - always worth it. Imagine they bring it all the way up for you, together with the horses! Worth the beautiful experience, made me remember why it’s always worth hiking around Philippines. Good for: adventure-seekers, prior experienced- hikers, free-spirited souls. Not for: beginner hikers

Good for beginners. Overnight camping is recommended if you just want have a chill night with friends overlooking the city lights - good for quick getaway from the Metro. But, the campsite is on open grassland and on a direct sunlight - so the heat is a bit uncomfortable especially during summer. There are very few trees at the campsite - but there are kubo near sari-sari store at the campsite.

Three payments that we did during out hike to Mt. Talamitam Guide fee is 500 but i dont know for how many people would that be. Registration Fee is 50/person at the houses near the road Enviroment fee which is 20/person 5 minutes along the road going to the mountain View is great, trail is actually easy to track. there's a spot where you can swim, just ask the guide so they can bring you there before you leave the place.

Guide isa required : 700 Php (good for max 7 pax) Environmental Fee: 20 per pax Amazing view with lots of animals, cows, horses, cats and dògs (met Alexa). Good for beginners. Lots of stores to buy drinks such as buko juice and also some has halohalo. Better to start early around 5am.

Mt Talamitam in Batangas is like a hill. It is beginner- friendly, there are no rock formations to climb nor rivers to cross. I suggest you bring umbrella with you when you climb because there are no trees to shade you from the sun when traversing the hill towards the summit. Be careful as there are cows grazing the field. The trek will take you 1-2 hours depending on your speed. It is suggested for those who want to have a quick break from the stress of the city. There are stores where you can buy your food but bringing your own meal is okay. Just keep your trash with you to keep the cleanliness of the area. There are buses from Metro Manila going to Batangas.

Been here twice, like what everyone is saying it is good for beginners. Its better to hike it early during summer time since you have no cover once you're on the grasslands. We hiked it 2 weeks ago, it was raining and it was great. You can reach the campsite max of 2hrs.

Our go to mountain in Batangas when we just want to chill and enjoy the view. 1.5hr hike with 3 stations.

We hiked this for 3.5 hours and it had its share of challenging inclines and steady plains. The wind was cool on a March morning. Gave us a nice view of the sunrise.

The trail is quite challenging for beginners but Mt Talamitam offers the best view 360 view of Nasugbu. It is very windy and be sure to bring enough clothing for overnight camping because it is very cold here. The trail is steep and dry but there are guides to help you.

This is a good experience for those who are about to start mountaineering. After the climb, try to take a bath in the bodies of water coming from the mountain. ❤❤❤❤❤🌠

We were caught under the pouring rain but the tindahan owner at the top let us in in their spare kubo. We were saved at the middle of the storm
