⚠️Warning for those who will come to this resort. This review is based on our experience with this resort. So far, this is the WORST resort I’ve ever been to. First, the reception is not even welcoming, and I think the air conditioning is not working as it is hot in there. Second, we asked for a mineral water gallon (the one that has a faucet), and they gave us a round water container that must be used with a dispenser. Note that their presidential suite doesn't have a water dispenser, so imagine the hassle that we've been through just to drink water. The room's telephone lines were also broken. We had our dinner at their restaurant (Berna Bistro), and their service was so disappointing. We had trouble communicating with the waiter, as she didn't know what seafood was included with the seafood platter we were asking for. Most of their waiters were just sitting in the corner, not being attentive to their customers in case they needed something. The food was not even warm! Overall, their food is not good. The saddest part is that the beach is so full of trash that it smells so bad that you won't even dare to take a swim. I advise you to look for another resort that will cater to your basic needs well so that you can enjoy your vacation stress-free.

We got scammed by this restaurant. We didn't stay at the hotel, we just tried to eat at Berna Bistro. They served our meal almost 30 minutes of waiting and sad to say the Bulalo is not hot like it was left over. The seafood kare kare was so sweet and the Sinalob (or whatever it is called) was not enough for 700 worth of food. The worst part was when we bill out, the prices suddenly changed vs on the menu they had given to us. The cashier said the waiter gave us old menu with old prices. We felt like we got scam because there was an additional 700.00 to the price that we knew. If the menu was outdated then why was it still sitting in the counter? Why did they not bother to tell us about it while we are waiting in our food? Clearly, they wanted to scam people so they can get more. They did not issue any receipt and I didn't bother to get one because we are all tired and exhausted. We just wanted to get out of that place.

It's really the best picture of expectation vs. reality. In pictures its so clean but in person there's trash everywhere. We booked for the resort because my father and his brotherhoods will celeb for their anniversary event. The resort accepted the booking knowing that we're almost 150 pax. When we got to the resort guard said there are no available parking since the overnight customer will be out by 2pm and we got there early at 6am. After the very hassle parking we go inside the resort and it shows us how very poor the maintenance is. No available trash bins near the cottages. Clogged toilet. They only have 3 toilet room and 3 shower room for all of the customers on that resort. Yet only 1 toilet and 1 shower room works. There's showers outside but others also not working. There's trash everywhere and smells like rot foods or fishy. There's a 100 pesos fee for the grilling. Also the event hall they said it can accommodate 100 pax but in reality it can only accommodate 50 pax. The pool is okay even tho it looks dirty as well. But the beach reallyyy for the 270 pesos entrance for adults and 150 for kids, it's not worth it. The beach's sand full of garbage everywhere. The resort and staff seems like doesn't care. Nobody cleans the beach area, toilet and shower rooms. This resort has a very poor service and amenities. We will really not recommend this to anyone and will not go back to this resort again.

Went here to spend Black Friday with my family. Reserved our Cabana Hut thru online and thier staff was very accommodating. No hidden fees, what you see in their page is what you will pay when you have reached the resort. Very affordable price. For a resort with beach and pool, 270 entrance fee for adult and 170 for children is worth it. Our Cabana for 15pax was only for 1500. Guests with more companions can get bigger kubo or rooms for accommodation. The beach here was just ok. It has fine black sand but the ocean bed of its shore is not rocky and is suitable for children to swim. Water is shallow but kids still needs supervision from adults because of boats and vessels going in and out. We expected the large volume of people since it is the holy week so we did not really enjoy dipping in the beach. The pool inside the resort was also ok. They have two big pools with kiddie pools on the side. We stayed longer in their pools since the beach was so busy. They also have pool table and table tennis area. Guests can also rent videoke for those who would want to sing. Guests can also eat in the resorts cafe which we have not tried since we brought out own food. Only downside of the resort was their comfort rooms. Male CR and shower area smells and could use a lot of maintenance. All in all it was a fun experience. A holiday well spent.

This is a nice place to chill. This has 2 wide pools which is really nice since they have a lot of rooms. They also have budget friendly nipa huts. The beautiful sunset is really visible in this resort. If you are looking for a white sand beach, this is not for you but if you just want to feel the waves and watch the sunset, you will enjoy it here.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic now it seems deteriorating. Water heater not working. Door lock on shower broken. Double lock on main door damaged. Oh, and thetr is a Gap on the main door where you can somewhat see what is inside if you are peeking from the outside

The pool should be warm water so that kids can stay longer in the pool.

A nice place for a family and friends get away without the need to go far. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They don't have a big parking area but we managed to get one. Thanks to the parking attendance/aide. The facilities/amenities were okay, including dining area and grill areas, except the maintenance of the common shower room and toilets. Our companions were complaining of the uncleaned and dirty CR. We hope the admin look into it.
