Such a rude behaviour and worst experience ever. We had enquired and booked 2 rooms a week before. We were told 1500 per each room. On the day of arrival, When we called and informed We will be there by 9pm, manager asked us to eat outside and come as food will not be provided post 8pm , but when we reached here at 9.45 we saw people still having dinner and staff serving. Also the manager said there is only 5bedded room and not separate ones as we requested. Then we had to start searching rooms outside which caused lot of inconvenience for us travelling with 2 early toddlers I personally don't recommend this stay.

Rooms price will be 600₹ per day. Cleanliness of the room is Average. Nearby temple west gate. No bed sheets will be provided so ensure to carry those. NO hot water too. Thanks for the manager for quick response over a call and allotment of the room. 3km distance from Bus station and Railway station.

Budget friendly rooms available, They charge Rs.300/person for not A/C and Rs.400 for A/C rooms with food during afternoon and night ( not sure about the morning). They have a parking facility also. The food is Andhra style and the taste is good.

It is affordable compared to other hotels. They provide ok food 3 times in a day. Very near to Temple.you have car parking only for max 5 cars. For one or two days you can stay here.

Good community guest house. Cost is 900 for us for non AC double bed room in OCT22. Annadana is done for lunch and night tiffin. No hot water available in this satram.

The good place for vysyas and donors searching for good accommodation. Also food is ok. The location is near to temple with all facilities nearby. Overall experience is good.

Rooms are very spacious with 3 individual cots in it.. They provide Matts and extra beds too inside the room which can easily accommodate 6 members of a family with full comfort that too in a low cost. Food is Ok. Service and response of the staff is very Good. In a Walkable distance (500m) from Back entrance of the temple..

It's a Arya vysya community room. Per person they will charge 300 rupees. Which includes room, afternoon lunch and dinner. Food that they serve is quite simple but it's tasty. It's like home food. Cost is very economical. Staff are quite arrogant but it's still the best option to stay.

Worst experience, The Satram care taker Mr. Narasimha is a fraud person. He is very much money orientated person. Before coming, he confirmed on the booking, he said no need of any confirmation number, just come. After coming to the place , he says he never confirmed.he gave it to someone for more money. I myself is from Arya Vysya community, i have used many of the aryavysya facilities at different pilgrimage centres. This place is managed by a fraudster for room booking's. Arya Vysya Management kindly don't spoil the reputation of the community by hiring this type of money orientated cheaters and fraudsters. .

Room is okay but no provision for hot water. Also, they don't provide bedspread for the extra bed and no bed sheets.

Very bad experience.... food is very bad they are thinking dat they are offering food with their own money... paid 1300 for ac room .. for half day they charged amount but no receipt...in lunch half spoon cabbage talimpu one spoon lemon ric and dal is very spicy butter milk instead of curd rice is only 80% cooked....i visited every vyaya bavan in tirupati shiridi kalahasti tirumula varanasi so many places this is the worst experience i my life..

The attitude of care taker/manager needs improvement. He is not customer focussed . No flexibility

Satram is near by to temple.walkable distance. Its opposite to post office. Difficult to find if your using g.maps. ask people around for location. Parking is there but congested. Rooms are average..as its a satram not hotel.

Rooms are not not century painting, old furniture, smell is not good in rooms, when compare through out india our arya vysya satrams it is very very worst....

Rooms were clean and neat.. location is accessible easily, it's in same line as West gate/gopuram of temple..

AC room which we had booked had water leaking problem from AC in Bathroom and living room. Bathroom didn't have working light which was a problem during night. Lunch taste was not up to the mark

Rooms are neat. Food comparatively is not so great. The Caretaker Mr Seshaiah is doing a good job. His subbordinate Mr Narasimha just forget him

Rooms are neat and clean...and the Temple is 200meters near from the Room.. According to the time and request food will be provided by them...car parking lot available
