    I stayed in the drive thru for 35 minutes and to get to the window employees standing around laughing and than they get your money no thank u or napkins. I know our young generation need jobs but they need to be trained how to work. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING..

    A whole star is just too much to even give this place if I could rate a half star that would be the most suitable rating; We arrived here 30 minutes after opening and sat in line awaiting to order for about 5 minutes. I began to re-check my phone to make sure it said they should have been open.... in doing so someone finally came on the speaker to take my order we pulled around, paid for our food and were then told to pull up....mind you they were not busy, no one was dining in, and no one was in the parking lot however we followed what we were asked to do and pulled up; The food came out after about 10 minutes of waiting burgers were cold, fries appeared as if they had been cooked the night before; The beverages were the only thing fitting. Please save yourself the disappointment and keep drivin' right on pass this Burger King.

    Would leave a 0…. but not an option. Horrible. Guy smoking in the bathroom. 45 minute wait for our order while the staff visited with other customers and seemed to care less about the rest of the customers. Never again.

    I'll never visit another BK. This place is utter trash. The entire exsperience. From giving an order, waiting for the order( guy went and smoked and took a phonecall while my food waited at counter then said sorry, offered cookie) I literally watched him bc I had to pull up along with 5 other furious customers. Then everything I ordered was wrong except the fris and nuggets BUT those were OLD and literally you couldn't eat them. Waisted money and time. BK THEY MESS UP ALL DAY!! **For the topper MEAT WAS RAW YALL** People literally have died from this at fast food restaurants and to see how much they don't care is a slap in the face. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

    I was told to pull up after paying for order. Waited 30 minutes, no food. Banged on door to get employees attention because lobby was closed and doors locked. Employees standing around doing nothing. My order wasn’t even prepared. Asked for refund and was told they had to call a manager to get approved. Worst service ever. Did not deserve one star.

    Worst Service ever! Seems like a bunch of kids working in the back behind the counter took over an hour to get 3 burgers and fries , I got tired of waiting to place my order so I went and set in the car while the party I was with waited inside for their food! The young Lady working the register kept going to the back cutting up with the guys in the back making burgers while we stood there for over 20mins just waiting to place an order. Once receiving their food one of the orders was incorrect but they wouldn't dare go back in and wait for any longer to get it fixed. What we thought was gonna be a short stop along our trip took over an hour! Very Disappointing needs to focus more on their customers and getting orders out then maybe talk and cut up with each other.

    Doesn't even deserve a star! Waiting in a line of 4 vehicles for 30 minutes,was told to wait at the 1st window to get a dollar in change took 10 minutes and then got the food fries extremely salty and burgers were cold! I do not recommend getting food here!

    Very bad slow slow slow service will have you wait 25 -30 minutes to get your meal while you're drink is watering down, management is poor. Don't see how this place is still open.

    All other reviews are correct and just to clarify there was no one eating inside except 1 family of 2 people. We waited way too long. 25 minutes to get to the intercom, then we sat there 6 minutes before they even acknowledged us there. Immediately after paying they tell us to pull up behind the already waiting car where we sat waiting another 15 minutes before THEY got their food. We ended up waiting another 10 minutes after they left for our food! This is ridiculous. Never again. We could have and will next time just go out to a real restaurant because there was absolutely no convenient moment here and it was stressful. At least the food was hot

    Stopped while traveling. Horrible experience. It should have been a red flag when the two cars in front of us left without their orders. Order was completely wrong, drinks all flat and terrible customer. Employee taking order was extremely rude and made mean faces and was not helpful at all. We travel through a natchez a lot but will NEVER stop here again. I dont know how they stay in business treating customers like that.

    The people working were not rude just not very friendly, helpful, polite or nice. The ice machine was broken so all drinks were warm. And the dining area really really needs a deep cleaning.

    No stars from me. I ordered medium fries and got maybe a small lady tells me I need to check my bag I look in the bag and nothings there I got no receipt (as usual) wait time was HORRIBLE Natchez Burger King needs to get right quick.

    Not the cold food. Not the waiting in line while drive-thru, front counter, and shift leaders talk about random non sense. Not the fact that the people working are rude. That’s not the biggest issue here. The biggest issue is why are you refrying food and not expediting the whole order?? I can’t get the food I paid for!?

    This place either needs new management or to be shut down completely. They are always out of items and have horribly slow service. I was told to pull forward because I was "on their timer" while I was trying to make sure my order was correct. I do not recommend going to this establishment.

    One of the most horrible experiences i ever had in a fast food restaurant.. i would always wonder, y mcdonalds stays full right down the street, and Burger King had literally NOONE.. well tht jus explained it.. cold food after 36 mins.. then when u ask about your food u payed for 30 mins ago.. they have an attitude w u, like u did somethn wrong.. thats crazy.. i never seen tht before

    The food is usually good when you finally get it. Drive through is super slow. Inside is a little faster, not by much. At least it is usually clean eating area.

    Sat in drive thru at the speaker for almost 10 minutes for them to take my order. One car in front of me has ordered and gone 5 minutes before I pulled to the speaker

    Waited 40 min in drive thru to wait another 10 once I get to the Intercom! And then I get parked. Once I receive my food they for get my sauce smh! Don’t stop here if your on a timely schedule. I will never come here again. Order wasn’t even complete.

    Of all Burger Kings in the world, this place has the worst service, the worst burger, the worst staff, and the longest line. How you gonna have people waiting for more than 10 mns when there is only 2 cars in the drive-thru. And then, you gonna close your door like there is some sort of monkey business taking place inside while customers are waiting? Don't go there!

    Waited an hour for our food . When we got our order , it was wrong . The car line came and went several times before we got our food.The staff seemed clueless. There was food all over the floor in staff area . Please send in a secret shopper or someone that cares about the customer.

    Burger king is so slow I stood at thee register for 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order finally someone did then it took20 mins just to get a whopper and fries and they weren't that busy so my experience was aggravating

    Didnt have any napkins out anywhere and didnt put any in the bag. Burgers are juicy and good but really gets sloppy without napkins. Also drink machine out of Dr. Pepper.

    Awful Not one item good here. 20 min wait. Coke=flat onion rings=old no sauce burger=cold and made wrong. The answer to Burger King coming back is the opposite of everything that happened here. Quality accuracy and speed not fancy commercial jingles and movie themed meals. Honestly I feel like I should get my money back. 12 bucks and 20 minutes to get a bag of trash

    It’s like they don’t understand you. I had to repeat the order 5 times to come to the drive Thur window an day it again they made it seem my order was done in I seen it on the screen why did I have to repeat 6 times. It was not a hard order also to say after you make the order they stop u not to come to the window waited 10 mins. Not fast food.

    I only placed one star because I couldn’t rate this location a zero. They are so unorganized at this location and they have the worst attitudes. I made a purchase and the cashier swiped my card twice and I was charged double. I talked to a manager and a the general manager neither tried to fix the problem and they were very unconcerned because it wasn’t their money. So now I will never go to this location again because the workers are not honest people, they lack professionalism, and they have no integrity and the food was not that great for me to have to pay double the value.
