This is a cool little casino. The staff on the floor an in the players club were friendly. An the few slots that I visited were loose . The Restaurant should just close. I would give restaurant a two as the service a one . Go to one of other restaurants in town for food. The food was fine the service , well bad and slow . Over one and a half hour dining experience. I will go back but four go the restaurant. Spent most of my time in the restaurant instead of on the casino floor.

Each time we went the atmosphere and food were great! The staff were very friendly. We also enjoyed the view of the river!

Been here a few times when I visit in the south. Magnolia Bluffs used to be called the Idle of Capri and it was on a boat docked in Natchez, MS on the Mississippi River. Magnolia Bluffs now is in a building on the Mississippi Riverfront. Magnolia is nice but they offer old school slot machine games. There are very few new slot machine games. If they update machines, they may draw a larger crowd. I only saw about eight newer games one of which I played and won a small jackpot. They used to have a buffet and live music especially on the weekends but the pandemic took that away. I saw a sign advertising food dishes on the weekend only. There is a small souvenir/snack area and there is a bar which was open. They do offer a few table games. Overall its a nice place to visit for a few hours. Other casinos nearby are about 1- 1/2 hrs away.

Small casino. If you're young and never been to one. This would a great starter. It's small. No player card required. Tons of penny slots. Only issue was how loud it is. Because it's 1 large room.

I was pleasing surprised at how loose the machines were when betting at least a dollar on the penny machines.

The staff is nice, but the cocktails don't ever come around to see if anyone needs anything to drink. The games pay off some times.. but love to be able to sit and play time to time.

A joke not good service.. order a drink never get it. Been playing there a good while seems the more I play the less free play I get. I literally had no free play I've never had that happen. As far as the restaurant and the food awesome but the gambling part I wouldn't recommend anyone just stay home save your money..

I was told that this casino would just take my money and that they don't pay out. I've had plenty of experience in casinos in my time and begged to differ. I played a handful of games and as I suspected the source that had told me this may have had a bitter experience. I can't say I had the best luck but I had fun. Played some slots that I had never seen before. All-in-all I had a great time but I had to dock a star for lack of service. Not that it wasn't there it just needs to be a little more attentive to the customers looking for service.

We were in town for an event for my Birthday and booked this hotel. Very nice staff, just super sweet and accommodating. The room was a bit dim and outdated but our overall stay was great. Breakfast was nice. Staff there was very pleasant as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The machines were very very tight when they open at 10am. They starting let you play a little after 12 noon. We didn't win anything but at least the money we had to lose we got back and slowly loss it back afterward. But overall a nice small Casino

The bathroom is in need of toilet seats. There weren't any paper towels to dry your hands. The xasino floor looked nice. I didn't ask for any drinks. The gambling machines seemed fully functional.

Heads up it’s a non smoking casino but it was very fun. Everyone seemed very nice and they had a live band! The workers seemed friendly for the most part. I probably wouldn’t drive the 3 hours back here just for the casino but the city itself offers a lot more to do.

The location is always a treat in itself. The driveway leading to the building is a downward slope in which you go under a small bridge and emerge to a view of the Mississippi River. The Playmaker Cafe has some good choices, the food and drinks are great. As far as the games, I like some of them.. The amount services buttons are annoying though because sometimes they don't work.

Mark is awesome. He is definitely the life of the party and made our dining experience great. The food was hot and tasted amazing.

It's okay if you want mostly old school machines. Not very lively but it is clean and smoke free. Staff is friendly and has a shuttle so you don't have to drive if you don't want to.

Nice very small casino. Free drinks while playing. Free round trip shuttle from our campground. Shuttle driver, Roosevelt was awesome!

If yall would look at the payout, it's $2.00 and it was on max bet, seven of the nine lines should have paid out that was on max bet. So I would advise nobody to go to this casino because their slots must be rigged. I even showed the slot machine supervisor the picture and explained everything, and still they wouldn't do anything g because they said I should have called for them soon as it happened. However I did push the service button and it still took them 30 minutes to come to me.

Nice location; free parking. I had not tried the food, but I'm told it's good eating. A lot of the machines are old versions. They have a black jack table.

I enjoyed my stay at Magnolia. The staff is beyond incredible! Tynesha specifically went out of her way! The reason I gave 4 out 5 is due to the bar inside the hotel was always closed during my stay. There are some drinks available in the snack bar though. Thanks Magnolia! I'll be back!

We had a blast at this casino on the river! Fairly small but plenty of slots, table games, and off track betting to keep you occupied. On Saturday night they had a DJ and the dance floor was hopping! I mean, it was a one legged man on the dance floor by himself, but he was hopping! The drinks are a little pricy so make sure you are on a game before ordering a drink.

I feel like the machines are rigged can't win no matter how much you bet. And if you go in a bonus you may get $50 on a maximum bet.

The staff... ALL of the staff were awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt like we were part of their family! So easy to talk to and they were never too busy to help if we needed it. I will not be staying at any other hotel when I go back to Natchez.

Very clean casino with clean restrooms. Would've given 5 stars but had to leave my machine to go get my own drinks from the bar. Which was very annoying. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves didn't win any but that's all part of gambling...

We do not consider ourselves as gamblers but this casino also has a restaurant. As their prices are moderate we chose to have the fish and chips. A good portion of cod which also goes for the chips that were well done made our dinner a good one. Nice waitress too!

Large place to enjoy slots and have a few drinks free. Place to meet friends and family for lunch or dinner. I like it, relax and enjoying myself.

Got permission after spending some time in casino to park overnight in empty lot . At least 4 security guards were aware of my staying and a couple even stopped by before locking gate to make sure Iwas ok. Later in the evening another guard came over and told me I could not stay. Forced me out. Sad, I'm 72 and don't do well with night driving 😞

Great place to just chill and meet new ppl. First time going and it was awesome the live band was taking request and really creates a vibe. Bartenders were sweethearts and the food was great like nachos but with domino's. Drinks are well made one of the fun places of natchez if if you don't gamble the vibes are great.

We booked our trip with an agency. When we arrived at the hotel, we did not have a room in our name. We insisted with the receptionists to whom we explained that the problem did not come from us. Despite this, they were contemptuous to the point of openly mocking. We had the agency call the hotel and the problem was quickly resolved. However, we deplore the absolutely unprofessional attitude of your employees who continued to make fun. Yes, we find this scandalous and we will have very bad memories of this unpleasant experience as regular travelers around the world. We will ensure that we no longer reserve rooms in your chain and we will obviously refrain from advising those around us to do so.
