The order-taker was very nice and helped me use the app on my phone to pull up my offers. The Whataburger and patty melt had plenty of toppings on them.

This is the absolute slowest "fast food" place that I've ever been to. We ordered over 30 minutes ago and still no food. It's like they don't even pay attention to the dine-in orders.

If I could give it no stars I would. Walked in at 10pm. I had to order on the kiosk because no one came out at all and it took well over 30 minutes to receive 1 meal. Ridiculous. Manager nowhere to be found. Staff had to go to the parking lot to get the manager out of their car.. terrible experience at a Whataburger.

Great service. Fresh fries. The sandwich was perfect. First time eating at a Whataburger outside of Texas, and I was quite pleased .

Ran out of: french fries, onion rings, avacados, cups, soap, toilet paper, and more as the meal progressed - charged same prices though- poor planning during the City of Lights time of year. Angry customers all in that store

Waited for almost 1 hour through drive thru. Was on the right side lane and kept seeing cars pass through the left side getting their order. A line of cars behind me and the person at the window would just stare at us. I decide to go inside only to find out that we should've moved to the left side lane. The person that took our order never said anything. There was chaos inside too. A bunch of people just standing there waiting for their orders. Others sitting down with no order. I asked for a manager and they had no clue what my order was. It's a complete mess, extremely unorganized, and no customer service at all. Don't go there. You will be wasting your time.

Made a mobile order. And it was suppose to be ready at 6:04pm. And my daughter was there at 6:10pm and it’s now 6:54pm and still haven’t gotten our food. Mind you she has groceries in the car. Whataburger is a joke. They need better managers and workers. We called the store and the person who answer just said hello. Didn’t even say that it was whataburger. I’m now on. The phone with the home office and have been on hold for more than 10 minutes hhhmmmm seems like it starts at the office. I will no longer eat at any whataburger restaurant. This is absolutely horrible

Ordered a number one combo, unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Old very salty and hard fries, the burger had too much mustard, I should have went to Wendy’s instead, definitely this place is not an option anymore.
