I went to this nail salon a few weeks ago not my usual at all but I wanted to give it a try when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I wanted I wanted a Pedicure and Full set. I chose my color and asked if they had white powder and was told it would be $40 dollars so I decided not to but he insisted that I do that and he couldnā€™t do regular paint. While doing my nails he was very rough and cut my finger while filing the sides after the service I was told it would be $60 just for the nails!!! I canceled my Pedi, I was very disappointed in the service that they offer. My first and last time ever going there again. Save your money and go else where please!

I went for a mani pedi and the lady that started my pedi was really rough on my feet. I told her she left nail polish on a couple of my toes and she used the "drimmel" to remove it and she made my pinky toe bleed. She got offended when I told her she hurt me so another lady finished my pedi. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my mani (I should have left). I asked for an ombre pink and white polish. She put the powder on so thick I could have used it as a brick to pave a road. Needless to say I won't be going back EVER.

I got acrylics for the first time here, and the woman who did my nails was very gentle. The nails turned out how I wanted, and the transaction went over very smoothly.

I honestly donā€™t know why this place is still in business given the terrible reviews which echo my recent experience. I should have read the reviews before going. Not only do my nails look like my husband did them but they were also ridiculously stingy with the lotion at the end. So I left the salon feeling rushed, dry, and disappointed. Save your money and your energy and go anywhere else.

i really do wish i could give less than one star. i never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but i have truly never had a worse experience at a nail salon. i was cut with the nail drill so many times that i cried. i told the nail tech that my fingers were burning and his solution was to paint over my fingers with acetone? my finger was bleeding from being cut so their response was to spray it with alcohol without asking me first and putting neosporin on it. i would highly recommend you go anywhere else.

Went to Adore Nails last week to get a pedicure. As the lady started polishing my toes the polish started chipping and coming off. She had to do three repairs before I left. I go back today to get the repairs fixed and they wanted to charge me $20 plus question me on why I waited a week. Maā€™am I work for a living!! I donā€™t have to answer to you about my schedule. Then Of course the person that did my feet was off. I requested they call her. Nope..they couldnā€™t do that either. Will not be going back.

I walked in and me and my friend wanted to get our nails done. We were greeted then told to have a seat. 15-20 mins later we were seated at our chairs and I told them I wanted gel nails. He kept insisting that I got acrylic (Iā€™m assuming because theyā€™re more expensive. $35) but I assured him a wanted gel. The woman who was going to do my nails, started soaking my nails in a bowl with some liquid.(I had only gotten gel once and they didnā€™t soak my nails the previous time) so I assumed maybe they normally soak the nails and the other place didnā€™t. Then she clips my cuticles which they also didnā€™t do the previous time. She gets done doing my nails and the man says ā€œ$35ā€ I responded with ā€œit says $25 on the signā€ they processed talking in whatever language they speak and he says ā€œshe did manicure and gel. $35) I did not ask for a manicure. I didnā€™t realize that the soaking and clipping of my cuticles was a full manicure. I ended up paying for gel and a manicure which was the same price as a full set acrylic. Wonā€™t be going back.

I went to get my nails filled and get new polish. I had one of the guys and he was very rough and was fast when doing them. He cut my finger twice and didnā€™t say anything about it. He had an attitude when i told him i wanted coffin shape and a little bit short. They ended up not even being the shape I wanted. He did not speak to me until it was time to pay and he was only worried about his tip. I will definitely not be back. Not a friendly environment
