I feel pity for such lovely brand .. today is Saturday, lots of people are inside , it’s very hot … problem is not A.C only … problem is management .. jinko yeh pata nhi h ki agar apne AC off rakhne h to km se km fans jada laga lo halls me … or fresh air dalwao sbhi floor me .. sath me exhaust dalwao … It’s becoming very hard to breathe inside … they will loose customer like this .. please look into the matter .. it’s very serious problem not only in Kangra branch but same in palampur branch …

Very disappointed with the way customers are treated. If by mistake you buy a wrong product, then comes the policies. I bought table cloth and wanted to exchange it as it was of cloth rather than plastic, after half an hour I went to exchange the product and I was told that it's not in return policy. So you people better send your policies to customer's phone rather than sending sending unnecessary offers and other things. So others don't get mislead by your policies like I have been this time. Poor poor stuff.

Worst service i ever have been saw fake product offer in product stall and different in cash counter pricing totally fraud never go to vishal mega mart kangra buy product in outside shop its better than vishal mega mart and gate keeper behave like owner of mega mart not even pack your product in carry bag.please don't go there its totally fraud.

The affordable price is a nice place even now after renovation it's quite a change.

Floor Staff needs to be more helpful. Sufficient trollies should be made available in grocery section. Area in front of Exit door of Lift should not be blocked by piles of stuff.

Today I went shopping, everything was fine, the offers are also good. Teach some people the manners of talking, especially the cashier girl, ask them to leave their ego at home and come to duty.
