Everything about my experience was exceptional. You were accommodating to me which set a great impression for a first time customer like myself. The woman who waxed me, Tya, was very personable and engaging. I enjoyed our conversation, and the waxing she did was one of the best I've ever had. I was very pleased with the result. And last but not least, Ashley at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and was the one who set the tone when I first arrived and that was which led me down the path to having such a great experience all around! I love coming here! Everyone is super nice, the studio is clean and welcoming, and the wax is nearly painless! This is one of the rare places that offers hard wax instead of strip waxing, which I prefer. Definitely recommend, I just wish there were more locations!

I had a great experience per usual. I have been going to Traci for my eyebrow off and on for years now. I moved into Boston and still find the care I receive worth driving back to Natick for. Cannot recommend waxing the city enough!

Michaella did my waxing and she was awesome. During the service she made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. The hard wax that they used was quick and painless for me. Traci is my usual provider but when life happens and I cannot see Traci, I have no problem seeing any of the other staff. They also provide the excellent service I expect to recieve. I have been coming to wax the city for a good year now and have enjoyed my experience every time. Especially my first time which can be intimidating! The front staff is always welcoming and eventually you know them by name. It’s a pleasant experience from start to finish. I also want to say that Tracy, the owner, is very proactive if needed to resolving any issues and is super kind. Best place to go if you’re nearby, hands down!
