Sept2022: 4⭐: I stopped by this location to shop a specific store but I found a few more to round out my visit to this area. I didn't see standing trash blowing around the area. The area seemingly was well maintained when I visited the location. I had an issue trying to get to the parking areas from the main road. The lot featured plenty of handicap parking spaces and regular parking spaces.

Nice Shopping Plaza.I like all stores here..Five guys stake was good.Panera Bread is open 6am to 9pm.Orders online to. You can grab your coffee before go to work early mornings.Their bread and. soups are delicious.

Stop and Shop, 5 guys, the Pet store, Dunkin, and the UPS store-plenty of parking and easy access to Route 9 and 27. This place has always been great.

Good price, have more business , Has the massage place hand and stone, also the F45 time do exercise, I miss orange leaf.

Typical plaza with medium to moderate traffic

I remember this place growing up in Natick Ma it was called Sherwood plaza back in the day

Very nice strip mall. You can grocery shop, get a hair cut or color, have a bite to eat for lunch(many places in this outside strip mall, or dinner. You can get car parts, pet supplies, drop off packages at UPS store and on the way out stop by Dollar tree and don't forget Dunkin for on the go coffee. Can't beat all these shops

Clean, well maintained, workers were helpful, and even received a ( Thank you for shopping have a great day). I believe that always makes you feel good when the cashier and or staff Thank you for your business and have a great day. I went to the ups store and had great service. As well as the dollar tree store in the same shopping plaza. Great selection at dollar tree and it's a huge store compared to their other locations

Always busy, but plenty of parking, love stop&shop, and panera.

Decent service, had an oil change and was talked into an interior filter replacement. It was needed. Prices are much higher than my regular mechanic but I needed instant service because of an emergency trip. This was a review for Valvoline at 9 and 27; google messed up the location.

This plaza has truly transformed over the years. I recall when it was basically just a Building 19 and a Stop & Shop! Now there are so many different options for food and shopping. You can’t go wrong with Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza by the way! And chipotle, Five Guys, Panera, and Dunkin will always please you at some level. The parking lot layout for traffic flow is a little weird but it’s also at the junction of route 9 and route 27, so we can sympathize! Enjoy!

It is a real good place to go to if you have to find the store you might be able to find it I mainly go over there sometimes for a haircut because there's a good barber in there and also stop & shop which is pretty reasonable on their prices and very good products there's also stables and a few other more stores I can't name all of them because then I would have to go from store to store and that is sometimes impossible especially if you have to do different things

A large clean supermarket, a Staples, an auto parts store and a pet care store are just some of offerings of this fairly large shopping plaza. Navigating the parking lot can be a little tight due to its slightly odd shape and a complete repaving would be a great upgrade. Conveniently located at the intersections of routes 9 and 27 in Natick, MA with the parking lot entrance on 27, the lot can sometimes be tricky to get in and out of during traffic hours. Overall, this is a better then average shopping plaza.

A place for a quick lunch off the highway. Clean restrooms.

Stop n shop needs more product I know there's a shortage food wise

Slightly un organized last time there. I was recognized but not served. First time that happened. I will go back, hoping just off day

I can't give 5 stars to a plaza. Anthony's Coal fired pizza deserves 5, and Staples deserves at least 4. five guys gets a 3 at best and I can't rate anywhere else in the place except the Stop And Shop which goes to 0 stars during this epidemic.

This little small plaza is like an Oasis. It has many stores to shop in and choices of restaurants to eat at. Great location to spend a few hours

Great shopping center has a lot of great stores great for last minute presents or anything you need for a great price.

I like a few stores in this mall. It's local so that's a bonus too. Then hit Dunkin's on the way out. Just perfect.

We went to the Dollar store and the supermarket. I did however find out that many stop & shops are can't even get their own brand out.
