The hotel staff are great. Everything else is simply disappointing. We wanted a nicer place to stay and picked the "best" suite at this hotel. Described as a suite with courtyard view balcony, the "courtyard" is some raw rooftop and a bit of unmaintained wasteland. The "restaurant" is a high priced, morning only event. I foolishly thought from the description that the hotel has a restaurant. It doesn't. The bed is well used and too soft. The rooms are also well used and tired, albeit clean. There is a bar in the room, but it's not even stocked with bottled water. This is one of those places where you pay more and get less. Don't believe the descriptions.

The staff here were beyond rude. I showed up after requesting a pack n’ play for my 10 week old son, and when i came back down because they hadn’t put one in my room, they huffed as if it was my fault and I was causing them an imposition, when it was 9pm at night and I was just trying to put my son to sleep and I had requested it on the app hours before I got there. It took them an hour to get the pack n’ play to the room! The food wasn’t great, as I ordered a bacon, egg, potato & cheese burrito. I got an egg burrito…nothing else. Then I accidentally left my MacBook charger in the room, and when I called back and showed up later, they said they didn’t find anything. The charger didn’t just grow legs and walk away! I filed a police report with the Natick PD. Terrible hotel and terrible staff. Stay at the Residence Inn a half mile away. Newer with nicer staff.

I am a travel consultant and a preferred member of the Marriott Travel Agent program and will make sure that my clients never stay here. I was there for an extended stay. I had 3 rooms booked. There weren't any services provided to any of the rooms. There was no cleaning service provided. Upon check in, I requested that the room be cleaned, the bed made and fresh towels provided. Nothing was followed through. They no longer offer cookies and coffee in the lobby due to Covid. The prices at their counter, not a restaurant, are very expensive. There was no manager on site and although a message was left for the manager to contact me upon their return, months later I haven't received a call or credit. The area of Natick has many hotels and I would opt for any other one. This hotel shouldn't be permitted to be part of the Marriott group. If you stay here, at least you have been warned. Since this review, IMMEDIATE attention was given by the General Manager. He offered his apology multiple times and has made good on his offer immediately. He is aa kind and honest gentleman. Unfortunately he hadn"t received my request to speak with him. I appreciate his attention to all of my concerns and would certainly not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They refuse to provide housekeeping services daily even when asked, and are hiding behind a false pretext of "COVID." On this trip I have stayed in a half dozen other hotels, all of which cost less than this place, and every one of them managed to do daily housekeeping. If they are not going to provide even a Motel 6 level of service it needs to be clearly stated in bold red text before you book the room. If you want to spend $200+ a night to come back to a room with no towels and a full garbage can every night then this is for you. Otherwise stay elsewhere.

This is one of the better Courtyards I've stayed at. The woman with the black curly hair at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I forgot a toothbrush and she gave me one. That was a lifesaver. The room had a faint odor but it wasn't as bad as other hotels I've stayed at. I'd stay here again.

Room was very clean, comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Loved having the small refrigerator. Would've been nice to find a microwave but I didn't need it for this stay. Even though hotel is on a main road with a lot of traffic, I rarely heard it. I liked having the extra chair that was more comfortable. Check in staff was very nice & helpful. The only complaint was there was no maid service on a 2 night stay. Since I didn't get back to the hotel until late, I didn't know. Not a huge deal for me but surprised it didn't happen & wasn't advised ahead of time. Others I know also stayed for the same family event mentioned the same issue. So staffing seems to still be a problem.

My stay was great here. Hotel room was nice and clean, what you'd expect from a Marriott. However, what made my stay exceptional was the bartender. I believe her name was Stephanie (??I could be mistaken) she made the best margarita I've ever had. She even remembered an order I made the night before and let me know the meal I was requesting the second night had meat in it since my previous meal I asked for no meat. She went above and beyond when serving me each night. Wonderful to have met her!

We stayed here due proximity to the Framingham Logan Express , as we had an early flight out of Boston the next morning. Convenient to the mall and restaurants as well as the mass pike. The hotel itself is standard Marriott. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit outdated.

Comfortable place, rooms were nice, a bit dated. Elevator is super slow. Decent coffee shop in the lobby which is a plus

WHAT A DELIGHTFUL STAY!! the young man that checked me late late at night was so sweet and polite. Very professional. The hotel was quiet. Sounded like I was the only one there! You could even hear the hustle and bustle outside. I had wonderful sleep. This may sound ridiculous but Marriott pillows are above the rest. With my chronic neck pain, this truly makes a world of difference. Great job team :)

The room had a little bit of a mold smell and when turning on the heat for at least 5 minutes it smelled like something was burning. I guess a few minor upgrades is need. Everything else was great though. Staff and location were excellent.

The room was incredibly damp, and I woke up in the morning with my clothes feeling and smelling damp. The carpet was outdated, and the smell of mold filled both the hallway and the room. I would NEVER stay at this location again. The only positive about the whole experience was being served by Max when I had breakfast. He was polite, well informed, and was a pleasure to be around :) Go Max!

I stayed there a little while ago during a hiking trip. Happy to see Courtyard keeps their standards. Located in a nice place in Natick, very beautiful scenes around, fresh air. The entrance is beautiful, the reception ladies were super helpful. I arrived very early and they checked me right in. The room was fabulous. Very clean and quiet. The balcony was lovely. Fridge works well. Bathroom was extra clean and the coffee and coffee machine were awesome. The TV in the room is pretty large and has many channels and also you can use your own streaming services. Breakfast is a little pricy but high quality. You go to the counter to put an order for breakfast. The bistro as far as I noticed was not open in the afternoon but the bar was open. There are not many restaurants around, so it’ll be helpful if you have a car. There is one Mexican restaurant down the street on the right. They serve good food. I got housekeeping everyday. Also, the business center was helpful and the gym was pretty well-equipped; dumbbells, treadmills and two stationary bikes. Towels were changed as I was there, so I can say for sure it was well-maintained. The internet worked well for me. I had to do a lot of work online and it was overall, convenient. I think pretty much in Massachusetts, this is one of the best and cutest places to stay.

What a fantastic stay! I came to stay a couple days while visiting my daughter for Christmas. My stay here started with a warm greeting from Ted. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, even comping Starbucks coffee. Next was Kim, who was also incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Maritza from the restaurant went out of her way to help me, as well! Lynn, the manager was also amazing and made sure everything was top notch. Everybody was so helpful and made my hectic Christmas stay wonderful! They even had a wrapping station! Can you believe it? They had everything necessary to wrap several gifts ( with a wide assortment of wrapping paper). Absolutely wonderful! I was able to wrap my daughter’s presents in a very convenient location and festive atmosphere. Thank you, Ted. Kim, Maritza and Lynn for being so hospitable and absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here whenever I come visit my daughter!

The room was outdated and worn-out, the sheets on the bed full of wrinkles (not ironed), the breakfast quality and taste disappointing. Overall, the hotel is OK, the rooms clean, WiFi stable.

I stayed here twice and have had amazing service here both times. The bartender, Stephanie, is great. She's super friendly and great to talk to. She made my visits better.

Reasonably priced right off the Mass Pike. Plenty of food choices in the area. Good sized room, very clean. Great place for an early dash into Boston before the traffic starts.

Had a great stay! We want to thank Kim on the front desk for all her help. Kim was awesome. This is our third trip here for Women's Beantown Classic Hockey and Camp. Hotel is close to tons of amenities, 25 mins to downtown Boston, 23 mins to New England Sports Centre. And 7 mins to Boston Skating Institute. We had a king room for x 3. The pull out couch and room slept three comfortably. Very clean. If you want to shop, hit the grocery store (Aldi) amazing beer/wine/spirits store (Total Wines) or go for a walk it was very safe. The new addition of the situp bar was appreciated. Stephanie was a rock star! Thank you for all your help in giving us local sites to see. The Quincy Market is a must see in Boston. Parking was awesome and tons of room for a truck and trailer and our team Bus. My only comment is the kitchen needs a kick in the pants to get orders ready. I would shrink it to a simpler menu to keep people in house. Also an alll day coffee bar complimentary would be appreciated. For any extras definitely charge extra for specialized coffee . See you again in 2024! JM

Where to start. While waiting to check in a door dash delivery driver showed up and said he was dropping off food. The woman at the front desk barely looked at him and told him to take it to the room. It shouldn’t be that easy to access the hotel and guest rooms. The hotel itself is old and that can be seen everywhere from the old picked apart leather desk chair to the warped wooden dresser. The carpet and heater/air conditioning are well last their prime. The bed was comfortable and the location is great, but for the price I paid I expected more.

Facility is old, and not clean. Staff not as friendly compared to other Marriott hotels. Much to be improved.

This hotel was ok. The hotel room was really clean, although the shower was a bit weird. It looked like it was dirty from some sort of drain backup, but it was fine. There is nothing to rave about here other than its proximity to the downtown area.

Yes the place is overall a bit old but our room was perfect. Satisfied overall, I would go back. Didn't try breakfast.

Rooms are ok but worn out. Laundry room is old and smells. Fitness center is a room with 3 ellipticals, a treadmill, and some free weights. Restaurant and bar are rarely open and weeknight female bartender is rude and lazy. Breakfast is decent but pricy. No microwaves in rooms. Will not stay here next time I'm in town.

This property is worn down and I would consider it to be unsafe. The property is located in a busy location, yet the back door to the hotel from the rear parking lit does not lock despite there being a keypad as if it should be able to lock. The parking areas are dark and not well lit. The hotel, overall, is not clean, and does not make a good impression. Even the carpet in the elevators is threadbare. The guest room was below average, nonetheless, the housekeeping staff did their best with what there was. Although there were no envelopes in the guest room, I folded a piece of paper and left a tip. There was a cracked toilet lever, the towels were like sandpaper, the water temperature in the shower was barely hot, and the water pressure in the shower was insufficient. The most disappointing part of the stay was the lackluster response from the front desk staff/management when I reported about the unlocked door to the back parking lot. No one cared enough to make me think that my concern would be taken seriously. If I had noticed the inability to lock the back door on the first day, I would have insisted that the reservation be rebooked at another property.

Shame that Marriott allows such low standard. I am a Marriott loyalist and have never ever seen a courtyard in such poor condition. Filthy, smelly, dirty bathtub disgusting smell in the room of some bug repelling chemical, dirty carpets, poor lights in the bathroom, I can’t believe this is a Cortyard. Till this day I have sworn by Marriotts but this is a sad day indeed. Staff is useless l, food options after 7 pm terrible and facility is super old and horrible all around. Dirty elevator. Yuck. Will not be coming back here. Please, Marriott management, don’t lower your standards.

This Courtyard could do with some renovations in the rooms. Front desk clerk acted like she had better places to be. Bar was not open during my stay. Fitness center was a bit neglected (no wipes, mats were dirty). Tip: If you're visiting for the first time and navigation has you approaching on the opposite side of the street, be careful. The back lot entry is obscured, so you can easily end up in the adjacent parking lot of a storage facility. If you miss the left turn into the back lot altogether, you'll be pressed to choose between making an illegal U-turn to get to the front lot, or overshooting the hotel by half a mile. Good luck.
