I
am
a
travel
consultant
and
a
preferred
member
of
the
Marriott
Travel
Agent
program
and
will
make
sure
that
my
clients
never
stay
here.
I
was
there
for
an
extended
stay.
I
had
3
rooms
booked.
There
weren't
any
services
provided
to
any
of
the
rooms.
There
was
no
cleaning
service
provided.
Upon
check
in,
I
requested
that
the
room
be
cleaned,
the
bed
made
and
fresh
towels
provided.
Nothing
was
followed
through.
They
no
longer
offer
cookies
and
coffee
in
the
lobby
due
to
Covid.
The
prices
at
their
counter,
not
a
restaurant,
are
very
expensive.
There
was
no
manager
on
site
and
although
a
message
was
left
for
the
manager
to
contact
me
upon
their
return,
months
later
I
haven't
received
a
call
or
credit.
The
area
of
Natick
has
many
hotels
and
I
would
opt
for
any
other
one.
This
hotel
shouldn't
be
permitted
to
be
part
of
the
Marriott
group.
If
you
stay
here,
at
least
you
have
been
warned.
Since
this
review,
IMMEDIATE
attention
was
given
by
the
General
Manager.
He
offered
his
apology
multiple
times
and
has
made
good
on
his
offer
immediately.
He
is
aa
kind
and
honest
gentleman.
Unfortunately
he
hadn"t
received
my
request
to
speak
with
him.
I
appreciate
his
attention
to
all
of
my
concerns
and
would
certainly
not
hesitate
to
stay
here
again
in
the
future.
