1st
of
all,
we
went
during
Comic
Con,
so
even
though
the
rooms
were
overpriced,
every
hotel
in
SD
is
overpriced
during
this
time.
-Room
The
room
itself
was
what
I
would've
expected.
I'd
describe
it
as
"upper
roadside
motel"
vibe.
It
was
clean,
but
the
shower
was
slow
to
drain.
There
was
rust
in
the
tub.
Something
I
wouldn't
expect
from
a
better
hotel.
-
Service
First
of
all,
we
had
reserved
a
room
with
double
beds,
when
we
got
to
the
room,
it
was
a
king.
I
went
back
down
stairs
and
told
the
front
desk.
They
said
they
didn't
have
any
double
rooms
available,
but
they
would
send
a
cot
up.
They
did,
and
we
made
it
work,
but
it's
still
not
what
we
reserved.
Housekeeping
was
kind
of
a
struggle,
of
all
things
with
towels.
Every
time
they
would
clean,
we
would
have
to
ask
the
front
desk
for
towels.
Why?
I
don't
know...but
they
would
bring
them
up
once
we
requested
them.
We
did
have
a
highlight
during
our
6
day
stay
though.
We
ate
at
the
little
restaurant
downstairs.
Chris
that
was
working
the
bar
was
phenomenal!
I
hope
this
gets
back
to
him,
but
he
made
us
feel
welcome,
and
was
all
together
a
genuinely
nice
person.
-Location
Had
I
known
a
little
more
about
this
location,
I
would
have
probably
gotten
a
room
somewhere
else.
I
traveled
with
a
11
year
old
boy
and
a
6
year
old
girl.
There
are
always,
what
I
am
assuming,
"ladies
of
the
night"
around
this
hotel.
I
know
that
is
not
the
hotel's
fault.
But
I
do
feel
it's
relevant
information.
There
were
a
couple
ladies
we
saw
that
left
very
little
(and
by
that
I
mean
NOTHiNG)
to
the
imagination.
