Main Seafood City in San Diego in my opinion since the Philipino Comunity is the biggest in National City. Fresh local and international fish varieties available and lots of true pinoy items. Grill City is located inside to right and you can get lots of traditional philipino foods like Lechón pampano, bangos kare kare dinuguan and many more.

Hard to explain 😊...for me it was an amazing place to sight see 😂 so much in one supermarket. I was treated to lunch so all pictures I took was the food court. Totally gonna have to come back to the supermarket when I visit again and stay longer in San Diego

One star in their cooked food area. I got four lumpias, 5 shrimp, and some calamari. All of those items had no taste. The lumpias were saggy. No salt, no pepper? Really?

Stopped here for a quick bite before heading back to Arizona! Wish we had this where we lived! Awesome place to shop like always and food is always excellent!

The good: I'm so greatful for this place being open at 8 am. This place looks 100 times better than the last time. It's clean in here and super organized. The fresh cooked food looked amaizing. Very mpressed.

This is my most reliable, best Filipino meals whether it be breakfast on the go (best pento box selections), Filipino groceries, Filipino eucalyptus oil, or my incessant habit of giving my office mates a feast. Most recommended are their chicken and pork barbecue. Grilled Chicken tocino, adobo, grilled liempo and pancit. my colleagues rave about. The exotic vegetable mix in coconut stew is awesome topped on rice. Its not only us who loves ube desserts, the best sans rival ube cake, ube ice cream topped on halo-halo. even the breakfast warm taho soy bean with bobba drink after some walks and "food for the Gods" chunks. Yes, we Filipinos can be so proud of our cuisine and the food speaks for themselves. I celebrate with family and mostly non-filipino colleagues our Filipino traditions many times and they never fail.. The best customer service is a highlight which makes me nostalgic of home everytime I walk in there.

Newly renovated as of a year ago with a large grill City and a small attached bakery. Great prices on pork.

You have to be careful with the special ones that they provide, because the limits only set 2 per person, like in tilapia or other products, but when you buy a lot they don't set a limit if the pounds are always 3 dollars or more and other products of the store. Also the staff, they act like they don't know anything, just what is there, and if you ask to speak to their manager, they get upset.

Super nice, super clean & organized asian supermarket. It’s like a smaller, neater version of Ranch 99. I’m knocking off 1 star only because they didn’t have the fresh basil I was looking for.

Great place with great fish, sea food & meats. There vegetables seem to be very fresh & natural. I didn't remember the last time an onion made my eyes tear until I got an onion from sea food city & let me tell you this you can tell the difference when you eat it, much much better. I made a commitment to shop at sea food city to buy my sea food & vegetables here for now on. Oh yeah I also recommend buying there Chinese sausage 😋 my goodness it's so good with some white rice, green onions & sirracha

My daughter loves to go to different stores where she can find food from different cultures. Seafood City is one of them, which we like to frequent because of the good variety of nutritional balanced, good taste, and reasonable price meals. The store is clean, organized, and we'll maintained with fresh food. You can find a lot of choices if you like to cook or, maybe try to learn how to cook a new dish. There is ample parking, although it's pretty busy. I'll add some pics, soon.

This place is great for buying filipino, Asians and. American grocery they have food court with tons of awesome filipino foods specially the Pork BBQ and overload Halo-halo. The downside of all seafood city supermarkets this chain has a huge store but the toilet is terrible only one at a time for male and female. This is how terrible this establishment and the toilet is not as clean as you expect. Hope the owner expand the size of their toilets or the california make this big establishment to allocate mar and female toilets separately with at least two person at a time to use.

We stopped in unexpectedly at the National City location because my 2 cousins I was with hadn't been to a Seafood City. Glad this location was their first one to visit. This is the 5th one I visited and it's by far the cleanest and most organized Seafood City I've been to - I've also been to the one in Waipahu, Vallejo, Sacramento, and Seattle. I also loved that I was able to find Tanduay Rum here, and of course tons of ube products. Kudos to whomever owns/manages this store!

This place is absolutely wonderful. It's one of those places you just have to go and see for yourself. Awesome market with an incredible hot food selection. Tables a chairs to sit down and enjoy your food there. The whole market is incredibly clean.

I don’t know what it is about this location but the people who work here are just specially nicer and happier than other Seafood City locations I’ve been to. Employees are personable and engaged when making a conversation with you. Only been here twice in this location and the employees’ attitude are surprisingly consistent

this Seafood City has most filipino food goods you want including cooked meals. I recommend doing your groceries during weekdays so it is less crowded.

Very clean. Great price on seafood and produce. They have ready made food for take out with a variety of options. I'm Hispanic and loved walking through the isles of this store looking for snacks and other goodies.

First time visit was very enjoyable. I typically go to 99 Ranch, but I’d heard about Seafood City often enough to check it out. It’s more Filipino oriented compared to 99 Ranch, but the selections are great! Seems very busy, but I went during lunchtime. It did take a while at checkout due to the amount of registers open vs customers.
