This place is in the heart of an Urban community, My community. I was disappointed to see the level of carelessness, lack of organization and empty shelves I found throughout the store. The most disappointing was the woman’s dressing room. I was just sad to see how no body takes the time to Organize the store and use almost all of the women dressing rooms as storage. Dirty floors and shortage of staff. I wouldn’t want to work in this dirty store either. So sad! Please make sure someone does something and organizes this store.

I like the products they offer prices range from "wow that's a deal" to "mmeh seems the same " the lines here are pretty long ,but I was assisted by a friendly cashier.usually they look fed up with the amount of people! I can't blame them much because woah the crowd at this store is always scandalous , rude. So I can see why the staff might be doing their best with what their customer can be like! The space is my biggest issue here It was soo tiny and so crowded you can only have 1 person per isle and trust me they wont move even after a polite "excuse me" so the carts seem to of no use sense it's really tough to go through the whole store. THE WHOLE STORE IS A LONG LINE basically! Regardless there is some steals so come in without the kids and with time to spare and you can get some good stuff for cheaper prices!!

My go to place everytime i need something for home and for my doggy . They have great deals compared to other stores. Im actually surprised that coming in at 6:30pm, aisles were kept clean and stuffs were organized. Even the line to pay wasnt bad at all. I guess i will start going here around this time.

I love that the selection is so good. I was super excited to find things in san diego. Im from fresno county, not the same selection volume

This is the most jam-packed Ross I have ever visited! So many items and lots of clearance items! You'll definitely need a few hours to shop every department. There was a loss prevention associate greeting everyone as they walked in the store too! She had so much energy and could be heard across the store. The checkout line was rather long, but it moved fast! I am definitely coming back to this location.

This store has good variety of products and great prices. It is a bit disorganized but that is not a fault from the staff, more like the people going through the merchandise and leaving everything out of place.

First Ross that I visited that has more than 4 cashiers open, less waiting time on line = happy customer.

Great shopping selection! Clean but crowded in order to give a better selection. Could use some overhead signs so that layout is easier to distinguish. Helpful associates and enough cashiers. Security at door seconds as a greeter which is an enourmous help. Stop by and you'll be sure to find something cool.

Depending on what time you go, it may be crowded. The selection and variety of clothing is quite nice. They have shoes for all occasions so if you’re looking for a new pair, definitely check them out.

I forgot to take pictures. I love this store. I actually purchased several things as I always do there. Ross is so interesting because it's inventory is constantly changing. Priced right every time. Bargains galore.

Very good selection of items. Not very busy during visit which was helpful in not having to wait to check out. Tuesdays are Senior Club Day.

found the purse of my dreams!!! Not too flashy not too shiny..blackest black...and Roomy.. Goes with everything.. Hardly feel I'm carrying it ..Also picked up these two cute little girl outfits.

This is a great store for good savings, as long as you are not looking for something specific. This is a discount store that I think almost counts as an outlet store. But I shop here and always find good items for my home and even my self. Recently bought some work pants, air mattress and even some kitchen items.

Store is d dirty. And if you ever try to return clothes to them. You better make sure that you have all the tags and that you didn't even try it on. And don't buy none of their dirty clothes that you might find on the ground. Because they won't even return it and they won't even give you a discount. Bad. Customer service 🤨

The customer service friendly. Difficult to maneuver the carts into the small aisles. But always good deals and plenty of nice clothing options to chose from. The women's shoe aisles are full of shoes on the floor, oddly place aisles, And the women's 10 to 11 aisles pushed against the wall of slippers. They have fitting rooms and bathrooms available.
