    Growing up in National City, I've always known this place as Frank Toyota. As a matter of fact, I bought my first Tundra here in '03; which is still running today @ 293K+. Came here the morning of 12/27 for my '20 4R. Brakes were squeaking really bad. I needed to go back home to Vegas tonight. Angela J. fit me in for a brake job. A few hours later; time to pick up my vehicle, and it was a few minutes after closing time and Angela still helped check me out; even when off the clock! Keep up the great work Dalton Toyota!! The name may have changed but the excellent customer service is still the same!!!

    I took my car in for a recall and also a 5000 miles maintenance service. The environment of this dealership was amazingly clean, quiet, fresh-air, and cozy. I was sitting on a couch and drinking their complimentary mocha. While I was watching Judge Judy on my phone, the service staff approached me and told me the car was ready.😀 It was only 1.5 hours of waiting instead of a 3 hours waiting. I really appreciate for their fast, neat, and promising services! Furthermore, their staffs are so friendly! They treat you like valuable customers. They treat you like they respect you.👍👍👍

    Recently serviced my truck for the first time since purchase, overall satisfied with service. A warm welcome by outside employees and service advisor assisted within minutes. Great communication on service needed and even scheduled next service appointment. I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this dealer but they exceeded my expectations with my visit and will consider them next time for my vehicle purchase.

    I had to ask my husband to take my car to get the service done. I called a head to make sure that was OK, they were very kind and helpful on the phone. When my husband came back he told me that everyone there was very kind,friendly and attentive. My husband said he felt very comfortable. Thank you Dalton Toyota!

    Mike is amazing. He works so hard and is so nice and very knowledgeable. Serena is nice and funny. It was a pleasure being greeted by her. Both Mike and Serena's professionalism and personality made my visit to the service station nice. I did however notice that whoever steam cleaned my engine did a VERY BAD JOB. There is still residue left on my engine. Wish I would have checked before I left👎 other then that everything else was great.

    The staff is always courteous and helpful. Setting up appointments for service is easy and flexible . They explain everything that was done to my car. Before I left they explain to me the next type of maintenance it will need and approx cost ,I give them 5 stars!!

    Knowledgeable, and friendly service manager Mike Bailes. People don’t realize that the little extra time it takes to say hello or how’s the family is one of the reasons people happy. Time may mean money to some, but time well spent makes for return customers

    Service maintenance is moderate. Advisor did not seem to consider the time of clients as it took him more than an hour to order a lyft ride. The very reason that I scheduled the earliest time is to maximize the time I had for the day. Good service is always expected of you to make clients happy. Aside from we are paying for you to provide exemplary service.

    Called on a part and they gave me a price, looked on their website and was a cheaper price, $20 difference. Drove down there and they gave me a third completely different price. I asked if they could give me their website price, Parts guy said they couldn’t cause the part was kept in a different department in a separate building( which is a lie) this was the second time this had happened. Parts manager Sal, didn’t want to help and said he was in a meeting and would be awhile before I could discuss this with him. The first time this happened they said they would honor the website price. By that time I already found it cheaper shipped in from a dealer out of state. Either way I didn’t wait and drove to the next dealer and got it for that price. I take 3 of my Toyotas to Dalton for service, I will no longer take them there cause they are deceptive in their pricing. All other dealers I checked have the same stated price for their parts online and when I call. Good bye Dalton Toyota National City, I will make sure I inform my friends and family.

    I just bought my corolla hatchback from this toyota dealership!! I was having trouble finding the car I wanted do to the chip shortage but I manage to reserve my corolla without any problems and after a week of waiting it arrived. As a first time car buyer I got to say Efren helped me out a lot, not just making my choice but also guiding me through the process. It can be pretty intimidating doing this but Efren helped me ask question I didn't even know to ask. He knew how important it was for me to buy my first car and walked me through it all patiently. He never tried to sell me on anything I wasn't interested in and went out of his way to point out the things I probably didn't need and the ones I might. Overall everyone at Dalton toyota was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely think of you guys next time I need a new set of wheels! Again thanks a lot Efren!!

    The staff at Dalton Toyota are great. Even after the change from Frank to Dalton, all of the staff and people there are just as friendly and professional as before, if not even more. I take my car there every time it needs it's routine maintenance, and I always have an excellent experience.

    Everyone was so nice and outgoing. I met one of the janitors her name is Maria short hispanic lady. Let me tell you she is very sweet and caring. She deserves recognition. Keeps areas very clean and sanitized. I know she’s been working there for a while now. My son bought a car from Toyota maybe 4 years ago but never got her name. I might have to come back!

    Everyone here is awesome! I bought my 2022 Tacoma here and the person who helped me reserve it was named Amalia (she was awesome). She was so friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman was named Efren. He also was very friendly and knowledgeable. They both made my buying experience very pleasant. I just brought it in for my first service and the service guys name was Mike. He got me in and out very quickly, was very informative and smiling the whole time. Dalton Toyota is definitely the place to buy or service your Toyota.

    We received wonderful service from Garrett Mercer and Ibrahim Ibrahim at Frank Toyota when leasing our new Toyota Corolla Cross. They were very helpful and worked very hard to give us the best deal they could. They are very customer oriented and definitely aim to please.

    My recent purchase from Frank Toyota was without a doubt, the best all around quality experience I have ever had buying a new car. Germaine was on point throughout the entire process keeping me up to date on all matters up to my final delivery of my new car. I am sold on Frank Toyota and have already referred a few people to Germaine for future business. Best in service second to none. Great job!!!

    The staff was welcoming and prompt. Their assistance started even before I entered the lot A tow truck was blocking the entrance and an employee noticed and directed me to the exit and insured it's clearance . I was greeted by a service advisor and checked in. A great first lmpression!

    I had a situation where I needed a car ASAP a few months ago and had a friend who recommended Frank Toyota. The employees here were all SO amazing! I have poor credit due to my situation, and they were able to place me in a beautiful jeep quickly (legit SAME day) with a reasonable monthly car payment and not an insane down payment. My new jeep is great and everyone made the process so amazing. Furthermore, as a woman, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of here of screwed over. They really explained everything and really gave me the best deal possible. Thank you all for your help!

    Frank Toyota staff has always been extra friendly and professional. I've been servicing my vehicles with them since 2018 and it's always been great. The servicing process is very efficient, you're in and out pretty quick and they keep you updated throughout the day and even go above and beyond to assist you with a rental if your vehicle needs to stay longer.

    Service was quick a little less than 2hrs w/ an appointment & I went right around opening. Taking a star off because they do not provide a lyft service for an oil change, when I’ve been to other dealers who provide it as long as it’s a 10mi radius. Luckily the service was quick because if it had been more than 2hrs I def could have made better use of my time.

    I called Frank Toyota when my battery went dead, they picked up on the first ring, service department staff knew exactly what the problem was after I explained dash messages, letting me know they would open an appointment that afternoon for as soon as I could get there using my roadside assistance. My car was repaired within 30 minutes of arriving at the service department, getting me back to my day. I received top-notch, expert service and I still love my Toyota Highlander I purchased from Frank Toyota!
