Store very clean. The young man who greeted me was very friendly and warm. There are no long lines this time. I stopped in to see how I could get my strap fix, and the young lady gave me price and instructions. I chose not to get fixed because it would be more than what I paid for the bag, and I really love it.

This is the worst location ever. The customer service is horrible. I wanted to purchase an item and all three on the shelf were damaged with either make up or scratches on it and when I asked to please get another one not damaged the response was “we don’t sell from the back” I asked for an item not damaged. The workers get attitudes when asking about products. They never answer the phone. Very unorganized. Avoid this location.

We went in for a pickup today around 2:30pm. I ordered an anniversary gift for my partner and it was very convenient to just pick it up. There were 3 gentlemen standing at the front, who did not greet us or even acknowledge us as we walked in. The young lady at the counter was not very welcoming also. I greeted her with no response. I told her I was there for a pickup and she barely made eye contact and said can I see your ID. She went to retrieve the item and handed it to me. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because of the young lady Aliza who actually gave us a warm farewell and thanked us for shopping there. I work in customer service and it means everything. This was my first experience at this location and will probably be my last.

The store had a good selection of items. The staff, however, were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They stood behind the check out counter staring at my family and passing comments about us between themselves. I asked for a shoe size that they did not have on the shelf which they brought. However, that one did not fit and so asked for a smaller size. The ladies behind the counter told me that I could only get a smaller size if I packed the first pair back in the box the same way I found it, otherwise I couldn’t try a new size. All this while they continued to stare and didn’t offer any assistance. They also passed comments about us messing up the shelf that should be clean. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes but the experience was the worst I’ve had so far from any coach store around the world. I just wants to leave the store.

Went on black Friday I waited for 15 minutes outside in the line, I had a 2 year old with me, I asked the man at the door if I could go to the bathroom and come back in to just pay the items I wanted he said no and that I had to get in line again to enter the store, I had a 2 year old with me and you wanted me to wait outside in the cold ??? I left the store and went to the bathroom my wife stayed inside while I was outside the man at the door did not want to let me in so my wife was talking to the manager(Rodney) while I was outside with my kid, the manager just walked off and went to the register without even saying anything and left her talking alone he then came back 10 minutes later to just give her a card so I could contact someone about my issue, why was it so hard to just let me in and let me pay for the things I needed and wanted, we walked out of the store disappointed in the service left everything I was buying, I will never be shopping there again the costumer service is absolutely devastating and let’s not talk about the management! Definitely need to change managers and they need to change their attitude!!

The customer service here is so bad I’d rather drive an hour away to another coach outlet location just so I won’t have to deal with unpleasant unfriendly attitudes from employees. I felt anxiety entering the store a second time because of the poor customer service and interaction from a previous visit. I called beforehand to ask a question about an item I was interested in purchasing online but no one answered the phone. From the moment you walk in no smile, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance from anyone. The are a lot of employees standing around and the lines are always long. When asking a question your met with an attitude. Don’t come to this location.

Had to wait for the PRIDE RELEASE. Jason was Fabulous and so helpful. The choices! I can not explain but the wife has waited for years....kept being sold out so we made rhe trip on release day! Thank you Jason.

Good experience, we were there to return an item that we ordered online. However, we were not happy with that purchase. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and courteous, hehandled our return in an efficient manner. Kudos to this Coach location.
