Rooms are big and very nice! I really liked this hotel. Only thing is the location is not the best.

we’ll attend EBS show so we want to stay your hotel. I have sent 5 emails and called more than 20 times to make reservation, but no one pick up my phone call. Very sad!

I stayed in this hotel in the beginning of December 2022. I booked an apartment for 1 week, but i had to leave in a 3 days. So, i asked staff if i could get a refund of 3 nights. I wrote a statement to get a refund, i also communicated with hotel staff by email when i left. They told me that i’ll receive money in about 2 weeks, if something will go wrong, i will have to send them my bank account statements and i’ll get money within 2 month. I sent to them this statement, and now its almost April 2023, i haven’t gotten the money. They doesn’t respond to my emails.

Good sized rooms. But poor service. Check in was slow, and the breakfast staff made things awkward by following you to the exit repeatedly mentioning to pay for Cappuccino (free breakfast excludes many items). Ideally, you could charge the room or mention it to the guest at the exit. Charged $$ for the bottles but never left them by the door as requested. Valet parking experience was awful. Reception lied saying car is being pulled out. Really bad service makes such a nice hotel appear worse than it should be.

The hotel is new and the room are really nice. I stayed in this hotel several nights on different rooms. The first room I stayed in was really great and comfy. The second time I came tho this hotel I was in room where I found cucarachas … please see pictures. And today I was offered a room with hair in the toilettes … Honestly for being such a new hotel, it’s not acceptable to find hairs when you go to the toilettes….

Excellent service and was really modern and nice. Booked through hotel and got free made to order breakfast. Only negative is not good for walking anywhere.

Nice place for accommodation. The reception here is friendly. Breakfast service is good as well.

Worst hotel ever!! Room was 30°C despite complaining twice but no action was taken...ignorant staff!!

Absolutely great choice. Nice staff at reception. Just need the Netflix. Definitely recommend to all:)

Servis for refrigerator in room don't active, restaurant personal can not speaking english
