Participated in a Christian service in La Casa Del Pan. Wonderful church and facilities.

Even though it is in an industrial area the access to.main routes is not the best

Worst place ever don't stay here the heating and cooling does not work all you hear is road noise all night long and I mean all night unbelievable

This hotel is comfy on the inside, but it's impossible to block out the outside noise. You are literally surrounded by mega highways, so the noise is absolutely nonstop. I'm surprised that there is little to no mention of this in other reviews, since if I'd read this, I would never have stayed here. Nightmare!!

Very good service, very comfortable beds, delicious upscale dinner, delicious breakfast buffet.

This is a really really nice hotel for the price. Starbucks coffee at the bar, breakfast was great. Staff are great. Standard rooms are very big. Gym is actually really good for a smallish hotel. Had to get an Uber in to Mexico City everyday but it’s all good.

The hotel is very good, rooms are big, great bed, huge tv. The service was excelent, everybody made me fell Very confortable. The only problem was the location. All room face the speed way. Att least 10 roads and in México people do use their horns ALL the time. But If you don't mind the noise, great place to stay. Well, O HAD to get back to say that tonight was the worst of all nights. There was a concert Bear the hotel and it was SO LOUD that It seamed tô be in my room. It lasted until 4 AM. Still a good hotel,but if you mind the noise the noise as I do, don't come.

Great service, good food, I also received my invoice at my door before I checked out, my card failed once but it wasn't a big deal they activated it quickly. The room was equipped with everything you need for a work meeting.

Enjoyed my stay

Excellent service, high hygiene standards, in a very safe zone of Mexico City. Food is fantastic, and their restaurant is very accomodating.

The service in there is good. I spend a very good night and everything looks very clean, but the service was slow when I first came to register my arrive. I enjoyed my experience there.

AC in rooms do not work properly and you can hear all outside noises filtering through windows in the rooms. They do not offer any complimentary breakfast for guests
