Wir
waren
hier
anlässlich
eines
Urlaubs
am
Edersee.
Die
Gaststätte,
ein
ehemaliger
Bahnhof,
liegt
unmittelbar
am
Ederseebahn-Radweg
und
lädt
auf
einer
Fahrrad-Tour
zu
einer
Pause
ein.
Für
Kinder
gab
es
einen
kleinen
Spielplatz.
Der
Außenbereich
war
gepflegt.
Stühle
und
Tische
waren
sauber.
Die
Tische
waren
regulär
mit
4
Stühlen
ausgetattet,
zur
Beschattung
gab
es
Schirme.
Die
Fahrräder
konnten
wir
direkt
am
Tisch
abstellen.
Die
Speisekarte
bot
-
dem
Namen
der
Gaststätte
folgend
-
Pfannkuchen
in
herzhaften
und
süßen
Varianten.
Die
Bennenung
erfolgt
mit
Begriffen,
die
einen
Bezug
zum
Thema
Eisenbahn
haben.
Die
Pfannkuchen
haben
die
Größe
einer
großen
(28
cm)
oder
kleinen
Pizza
(20
cm).
Die
Pfannkuchen
waren
gut
belegt
und
entsprachen
auch
optisch
unseren
Vorstellungen.
Bei
manchen
Pfannkuchen
gibt
es
noch
einen
Klecks
Schmand
hinzu.
Die
Geschmäcker
sind
bekanntlich
ja
unterschiedlich.
Uns
hatte
es
sehr
gut
geschmeckt.
Zum
Preis:
Dem
Kunden
muss
bewusst
sein,
dass
die
Pfannkuchen
alleiniger
Inhalt
des
Gaststättenbetriebs
sind.
Die
Preise
der
herzhaften
Pfannkuchen
um
die
11
bis
13
Euro
sehe
ich
-
insbesondere
zur
heutigen
Zeit
-
als
gerade
noch
okay
an.
Selbstverständlich
kann
man
einen
Pfannkuchen
zu
Hause
günstiger
herstellen.
Dies
gilt
in
der
Regel
aber
auch
für
andere
Speisen.
Es
gilt
immer
und
überall:
zunächst
die
Speisekarte
sichten,
dann
bestellen.
Selbst
herstellen
oder
herstellen
lassen,
sind
immer
zwei
unterschiedliche
Dinge.
Was
ich
nicht
mehr
für
okay
finde,
sind
die
Preise
für
die
kleinen
Pfannkuchen
mit
einem
Umfang
von
20
cm.
Der
Preisnachlass
von
1,00
EUR
ist
aus
meiner
Sicht
zu
gering,
trotz
etwaiger
Fixkosten.
Als
wir
kamen
waren
nur
zwei
andere
Tische
mit
insgesamt
drei
Gästen
besetzt,
die
allesamt
bereits
mit
Getränken
und
Speisen
bedient
waren.
Eine
Bedienung
konnten
wir
die
ersten
10
min
zunächst
nicht
ausmachen.
Ein
kleiner
Besuch
im
Bahnhofsgebäude
machte
deutlich,
dass
diese
den
Außenbereich
nicht
einsehen
konnte,
was
auch
von
ihr
bekundet,
keine
Entschuldigung
darstellen
soll.
Die
Bedienung
(es
war
die
Einzige)
war
sodann
sofort
da,
begrüßte
uns
und
fragte
freundlich,
welche
Getränke
wir
den
haben
wollten.
Die
kühlenden
Getränke
kamen
auch
prompt.
Auf
die
Pfannkuchen
mussten
wir
ca.
15
min
warten,
was
aus
meiner
Sicht
angemessen
ist.
In
der
Zwischenzeit
waren
im
Außenbereich
ca.
20
weitere
Besucher
gekommen.
Die
Bedienung
hatte
sodann
gut
zu
tun
und
erledigte
ihren
Job
freundlich
und
zügig.
Die
Gäste
waren
merklich
entsptannt.
Wir
kommen
gerne
wieder!

We
were
here
on
the
occasion
of
a
vacation
at
the
Edersee.
The
restaurant,
a
former
train
station,
is
located
directly
on
the
Ederseebahn
cycle
path
and
invites
you
to
take
a
break
on
a
bike
tour.
There
was
a
small
playground
for
children.
The
outdoor
area
was
well
maintained.
Chairs
and
tables
were
clean.
The
tables
were
regularly
equipped
with
4
chairs,
there
were
umbrellas
for
shading.
We
could
park
the
bikes
directly
at
the
table.
The
menu
offered
-
following
the
name
of
the
restaurant
-
pancakes
in
savory
and
sweet
versions.
The
naming
is
done
with
terms
related
to
the
topic
of
railways.
The
pancakes
are
the
size
of
a
large
(28cm)
or
small
(20cm)
pizza.
The
pancakes
were
well
topped
and
visually
met
our
expectations.
Some
pancakes
have
a
dollop
of
sour
cream
added
to
them.
As
you
know,
tastes
differ.
It
tasted
very
good
to
us.
Regarding
the
price:
The
customer
must
be
aware
that
the
pancakes
are
the
sole
content
of
the
restaurant
business.
I
see
the
prices
of
the
savory
pancakes
around
11
to
13
euros
-
especially
at
the
present
time
-
as
just
okay.
Of
course
you
can
make
a
pancake
at
home
cheaper.
This
usually
applies
to
other
dishes
as
well.
It
applies
always
and
everywhere:
first
look
at
the
menu,
then
order.
Making
it
yourself
or
having
it
made
are
two
different
things.
What
I
no
longer
think
is
okay
are
the
prices
for
the
small
pancakes
with
a
circumference
of
20
cm.
In
my
opinion,
the
price
reduction
of
EUR
1.00
is
too
low,
despite
any
fixed
costs.
When
we
arrived
there
were
only
two
other
tables
with
a
total
of
three
guests,
all
of
whom
had
already
been
served
with
drinks
and
food.
We
couldn't
make
out
a
service
for
the
first
10
minutes.
A
small
visit
to
the
station
building
made
it
clear
that
she
could
not
see
the
outside
area,
which
she
also
stated
should
not
be
an
excuse.
The
waiter
(it
was
the
only
one)
was
there
immediately,
greeted
us
and
asked
in
a
friendly
manner
which
drinks
we
wanted.
The
cooling
drinks
came
promptly.
We
had
to
wait
about
15
minutes
for
the
pancakes,
which
I
think
is
reasonable.
In
the
meantime,
around
20
other
visitors
had
come
outside.
The
waiter
was
then
busy
and
did
her
job
in
a
friendly
and
efficient
manner.
The
guests
were
noticeably
relaxed.
We'd
love
to
come
back!
