Poor experience.. don’t ever rent a car from this company..

poor experience. though the quality of cars are decent but the service is very poor.

Was not able to rent. Tried 2 weeks to contact. Called many many times, no answer. Emailed many times, never replied back. FB message many many times. No reply.

Today I was Yatri Doctor video and I saw your comment there , and I totally agree with you . Renting a car doesn't mean to stay in it for 3-4 days as it was a suv not a camper van. Renting doesn't mean you can do whatever you like , you can't cause harm to someone property just because you rented it . Giving you a 5 star ⭐ because so many gave you 1 star without thinking from your side.

Well if u don't wanna see ur costumers sleeping in the car after paying for the services then u can say those things when handling the car to them. Hope u understand ❤️❤️❤️!!!!!

If you don't want your customers to stay/accommodation in your car then why you don't state in your Terms and Conditions?? They can do whatever with car until they damage it 😮‍💨
