Great atmosphere! Best place in Nauru to host a party or to take your date. Food and Spirits are great too. They have cocktails and ice creams too.

Basic rooms, but AC is a big plus. Room service is slow to non-existent. Linens changed once or twice a week. Often no cleaning done by housekeeping. Kettle here but no mugs of tea/cofee etc. Cannot cook in room.

This review is for the restaurant only, as it is the only part I have visited. Friendly staff and reasonably quick service. The restaurant serves typical Nauruan fast food; Chinese food cooked the way the Chinese like it (ie: not westernised). The food is ample, and quite reasonable for the price. The Salty Chicken and the Sashimi get my vote.

Well I've never booked into this hotel before but the look of it, it's always alot of people around both day and night. It have it's own casino, bar, pool table and a convenient place for the guests. A walking distance to the supermarket, bank, post office, tattersall, degicel and it's own restaurant. This is a recommend hotel according to some of my foreign friends.

As of March 2015, e-mail reservation worked well. Hotel staff were quite lazy and shy at a first glance, but later turned out to be talkative and kind. The room had good electricity. No hot water from shower. But this happens quite often in developing countries. Besides, Nauru has quite a hot weather so it's ok. During my stay there were 2 blackout events, which resumed quickly, and no water shortage. No Wi-Fi virtually, as it was slow and only works at the time they turn the rooter switch on. I recommend using the Internet spot nearby at the community center. Restaurant was good though expensive. You can have conversations with refugees.

Trying to find way to make reservation ... NO emails are answered. NO telephone #s are valid. An on-line booking form that was to be answered is NOT being answered about a booking in April for 10 days and two rooms. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM with this privately owned "hotel"? A bit distressing. Is this hotel closed?" If not, can someone give an email address besides the published @yahoo email address? Thanks for any information. Harlee
