We had to crash just for a night. So selected this hotel. Our experience was not very pleasant. We had booked one double bed + one single bed room and on first floor. But we were given a bigger room with 2 double beds and on the ground floor. We didn't ask for the bigger room, but it was given to us and we were made to pay for the same. The room was good. The staff was polite but was't accommodating. The rooms badly needs maintenance - with taps and pipes leaking all over the bathroom.

Location is good, most importantly away from the main road so much quieter! There are a couple of food shops nearby, try the chicken kottu, it’s good! The beach is ok to swim but it’s a fishing beach so lots of bots, some trash, and a huge shore based net every afternoon. The beach is also pretty busy with fisherman, not a place to let kids wander too freely. The manager of this hotel and his assistant are great, really friendly guy and can help sorting out places to go or food to eat. Really nice man. The room was clean and recently renovated, the AC was cold, it felt safe and had a place to park the car. I would stay here again. Great value for money.

Location is good with nice surroundings. Good service with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is taste and quality. There are few things to be improved but overall resort is good.

Ours was a lovely stay. The place is peaceful and Mr. Vimal is the most helpful person in charge. He made every problem easy, found solutions, organized some delicious food when we needed it. Our room was comfortable and has the most beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is large and perfect for morenjng meditations or working upstairs. All amenities are provided in the community kitchen and it made our stay that much more convenient. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

All rooms are having mentioned facilities. New rooms. Comfortable. The hotel is targeting foreigners hence they have shared kitchen refrigerator for guests. That is free of charge. We did not use as we spent one night. No car park (under construction )Park on the narrow road in front of hotel. During the reservation they did not tell me that they do not have car park though I asked specifically. Except that all other services went well. Thanks.

A nice hotel to stay very close to the Beach,also can have a bath on the beach and safe.Can buy there fresh fish too.Kind staff and their service was good.Close to the town and Masjid.We can hire a cook and we can give the menu to cook what we want for all 3 times. Have a huge parking place.All floors have shared kitchen and have a beautiful roof top view.

I recently stayed at a resort, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. As a regular traveller in Trinco I have tried several locations in the area to stay.  This is the only place I go repeatedly as it provides me the comfort needed after a hectic work day.  Clean and comfortable rooms,friendly and supportive staff, a terrace with a nice view and delicious food all together will make your stay a good one.

Good hotel and service by Wimal. Wimal has very high energy and is really keen to help with anything. We had great time chatting with him. Late checkout was no problem, so that was great. The room was nice, but we missed a mosquito net and you need to insert the room key for electricity, which we found a little inconvenient. The room was very clean and we had an extra bed to put our luggage on so more than enough space. Bathroom was good and clean. Location is a 30min walk or 5min tuktuk ride from the tourist centre and really close to the beach, but not really the bathing area of the beach, more the fisherman's area. They were building a pool while we were there and they also have a rooftop terrace which we didn't use. So must only be getting better in the future!

Location is quite far from shops/restaurants, Not able to walk trough. People were friendly in some way, but above normal price we discussed for room , add additional costs of 7,000 and we don't know for what. Cause we already payed the food directly when we get the dinner they give the bill to pay ... Room was also very bad ,and also the bathroom no warm water available, and showe don't works well, and everything was really nasty and dirty , even the bed sheets are with holes and blood spots covered. No. I don't recommend this hotel at all .

I am a Doctor stayed with my family. The administration was very friendly with providing all facilities.... 👍👍👍it was a satisfactory experience and i can recommend....

We pre booked 2 rooms for 9000 LKR each. After emptying our luggages, the manager told us he made a mistake with the price and the expected cost would be 11k LKR for one room. The bedsheets were stained, had holes and the room was full of ants. The bathroom’s ceiling is covered in stalagmites, due to the lack of aeration, not to mention the smell. As as a big group of travellers, we paid for a laundry to be done 2500LKR for 10kg. Our clothes came back with bleach stains. The manager tried to tell us it was discolouration from our driver’s clothes ( our black clothes now have pinkish streaks and stains). The damaged clothes are worth about 230€ ( 80 000 LKR) . We complained about this to the manager who then told us there is nothing he can do, and if we do not pay for the room, his boss will take the balance out of his salary (36 000 LKR for the room, salary 40 000 LKR). I would not recommend staying in this hotel unless you are willing to fund modern slavery. This situation summarises the overall mindset we came accustomed in Sri Lanka where it’s all about the money and no one takes ownership / is held accountable of their mistakes.

Recently i stayed in this hotel its very niz and price affordable.staffs are very friendly and very nice atmosphere to enjoy and stay calm. Foods are very delicious. Highly recommend ❤️💭

We felt that the we are not in a hotel it was just like our home such an amazing place with view,front beach to hotel,Rooms were very highenic and neat also the others each every stuffs were great also they have Hot water bath for each and every rooms No any faults i saw,Specially manager was super friendly,helpful and also the staff were too well professional If u wanna try to come a place like this u will never ignore it next time!

I initially thought of giving 3 stars. But because of the kindness of the owner decide to make it 4. According to him new manager is not much aware of hospitality. I n my wife stayed one night. Checked in late 7.45 pm. Power cut was there. Room did not had any soap or towel or toilet papers. I asked for tissues or toilet paper and he said not available. I complained to owner using whatsapp. Later I was given one towel n toilet paper. Next day morning I asked why I was not given. He said if I came via booking.com I could have got those. I said I could have come. But if there is a difference between how you treat by which platform you book, please mention at the booking. Owner, please fix the bathroom door of room 101 and also put a thick curtain to the window as the outside light was very visible through curtain all night after power cut over. 5 stars for the owner. Cheers.

It was an excellent stay, our whole family had a fantastic time. Vimal and Devi both were awesome, their customer service Was excellent. I will be dreaming about fish curry when I get back to USA, great food. Recommended for anyone who wants a great experience!

Best of the best place in trincomalee area. Me and my family was been this place 3 days and since 1st day that hospitality, service and facilities are perfect, and manager mr "Wimal" has a good human qualities.... i cant explain his kindness. *Good internet wifi connection, *Quality clean rooms, *Clean beds and Bathrooms. *Clean and tidy kitchen seperately we can use free of charge. *Very Friendly staff. *Good secured parking. *Eazy access to the Beach and fishing boat area. Walking distance about 100 meters. *Shops and all facilities are near by. Finally i would likes to say highly recommended. Very worth for paid money .....

Rooms weren't the best. The bathroom was a mess and the room was untidy. Our room had an A/C machine and a TV too. 1st floor kitchen was also a mess but I think the one on the 2nd or 3rd floor was better. The view from the terrace was beautiful at night. It was really calm I enjoyed it the most

An amazing place to stay at a very reasonable price. The rooms, washrooms have been well maintained! Mr Vimal - the Manager is such a friendly person who kept checking on us and helped us in every way possible. The resort is located at a convenient place and the terrace was my most favorite with a great view! Kudos to Mr Vimal and his team. Will definitely come back again and I highly recommend this place.

Had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was good and the manager Wimal was awesome. They tried their best to make our vacation comfortable. It’s good to put an air freshener in the bathroom as it doesn’t smell good. The staff forgot to give us towels and soap but they gave as soon as asked. Food was tasty and served on time. Thanks 🙏
