Right before my 7 day vacation to Navarre Beach I threw my back out. Day 2 I could barely move, so I made an appointment. They were able to get me in early the next morning - which was much appreciated! The staff was so nice and patient as I moved slowly, and the Dr was amazing. Even though they knew I wouldn’t be a long term patient because I lived so far away - it was one of the best chiropractic experiences I have ever had!! One week later and back home, I feel better, and I really attribute it to my visits here. 10/10 recommend!!!

This is the best chiropractic center in the country. I’ve been all around and none diagnose and actually TREAT my pain the way Dr. Likens does. He hasn’t prescribed a single thing. True chiro work here.

This is the absolute best chiropractic center in FL. The staff are very smart and friendly. The place is clean and relaxing. Dr. Likens does an amazing job adusting me which i know has to be a challenge since im 6'4 270 pds. I also recieved my first massage today and it will defintly be the first of many more.

Called to inquire about new patient info (non-insurance). They stated up to $205 for first visit and $70 on subsequent visits. C'mon man, that's absurd for 10 minutes work.

Scared of trying a new, while out of home State, chiropractor, I researched area and found Navarre Chiropractic & Joshua Pickett, DC. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Pickett went right to work on my problem areas. I am finding much needed relief and had a massage there. The massage therapist wss awesome. I will be using them throughout the next few months and every year after.

Dr Pickett is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for a better place.
