McDonalds has really stepped up their game with the recent renovation of this site. If you have little ones, they are going to love this place. Don't feel like standing in line? Use one of the self order screens. Very clean. Great customer service! Really pleased with this place. I'm going to give it 6 stars.

Our favorite indoor play area with a 3 level playplace. We've been coming here for 3-4 years and we always have a great time/experience. It's perfect for a rainy or cold day but the kids still need to get out some energy.

I agree with the last review. Went there last Saturday night at the drive-thru service. Not a lot customers only 2 cars but we waited for too long. As you can see on the photo, soda is not even full. While I was waiting for my shamrock shake. The guy making the order put too much whip cream on top instead of removing the extra cream using a spoon or paper towel. He use the bottom of the whip cream can to remove them. He kinda chop them off sideways. It's funny because we can see him preparing it but oblivious to his surrounding. It's unsanitary too. I was in shock but I don't want to let him know I don't want my food to be spit on if I report the incident. The lady who took the order was talking not on the next customer because the conversation is not about food and something else and because of this I was charged 2 mc chicken when I ordered only 1. Poor customer service I'm sorry but you have to train staff well. We hardly eat outside because money does not come by easy nowadays but that night we feel like going out and this is what we encountered. Will go somewhere else but never to this location again. This is the one closed to our house but don't mind the drive if we'll get clean fresh order.

Ryan was our cashier the other night and was absolutely kind and especially accommodating to my friend who just had her wisdom teeth removed! If everyone was like Ryan the world would be a much brighter place! (:

I go to this McDonald’s almost every day. I went there today on a lunch break, and the boy working the register did not even say hello handed me the bag of food. “I” had to ask him if that was it I drove away and realized two of my items were missing. I had to drive all the way back in the rain on a lunch break to get what I paid for. I never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s except today that boy is not a good worker.

The one McDonald’s that has consistently gotten our orders correct, milkshake machine always works, and the staff is positive every time. 10/10 I recommend this location.

This is a pretty neat location. It was very clean when we visited. The service was "eh".... but it's Mcdonald's so you don't expect much really- right? Anyway... the playroom was super cool! I wish I'd gotten more photos for y'all! The walls were painted with an underwater scene but with little Mickey D images hidden like an 'I Spy' book. The life-sized divers hanging from the ceiling and interactive light-up tables all made the service seem like nothing! It was a nice spot to stop, have a bite to eat, and relax for a bit.

The manager is always making sure food is fresh. The drive thru is busy but fast. Delivery, my food has always been correct.

The food is always cold! They can never get the order correct! All that is working is teenagers. The manager is a teenager at best. Tonight we ordered a double cheeseburger and they cooked the burger pattie with the seperation paper still on it and served it to us. This is what happens when you raise minimum wage. Lower minimum wage and make people earn a living.

The patty was smaller than 3/4 of the bun. Had to put both patties on half 2 pieces of bun to get decent coverage. Sure doesn't look anything like advertised... Very disappointed...

Took the kids to McDonalds. I had never seen such a beautiful place! Even the food was terrific!

The staff doesn't act happy to see you when you walk in and don't utter a word to you except yelling out the order number. They basically force you to use the kiosk to order whjch doesn't bother me per ssy however I had to watch an elderly lady stand and stand at the counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge her until I went up and asked her if she would like me to help her do her order on the kiosk. She had been there a good 7 minutes and even had a couple of them look her in the face, yet they still decided customers aren't worth their time. It is going to be interesting to see their reactions when one day soon they will call a meeting, letting them know half or more will be let go cause they're being replaced by the kiosk lol

Typical McDonald's... Decent food, usual atmosphere. I congratulate them for not making me wait 10 minutes for a burger...still this is fast food...they could pick up the pace a bit ... Too much employee standing around and chit chatting.

Great morning coffee and biscuit experience. The staff is kind, courteous and busy . They serve your food and check on you as you enjoy your breakfast. Good job McDonald's, way better climate than Starbucks and other coffee outlets were service us shoving overpriced coffee at you and get upset if it's made not to your liking... what are people thinking high price and no service coffee shops. McDonald's low cost affordable food and great coffees and free refills on most coffees ...thumbs up McDonald's

This McDonalds is great. The kids play area is beautiful, w/ an ocean theme.. climbing & a big slide. Flat screens that play Disney movies & touch screen built in tablets for games while they eat. The seating area outside of the play area is also nice & also has tablets built in for the kids. The food is always hot & fresh & the works are always polite.

absolutely terrible. would not recommend. the people sat there and stared at our vehicle while open and didn’t take our order or anything for 10 minutes. the girl with black hair that works there is very rude, worst vacation mcdonald’s, don’t waist your money👎🏾👎🏾 ZERO STARS‼️ BURGER KING ON TOP

The first drive-thru girl that was working clearly hates her job; there’s no reason to have so much attitude with a customer for using the app to order. After telling her my mobile order number, she asked me if I wanted to add anything, to which I said no and pulled forward. The order was already paid for. She then proceeds to complain because I didn’t wait for her to tell me to pull off. I had somewhere I needed to be and was astonished this girl was making a big deal out of it. I feel bad for the store manager.

The Manager/Owner of this location needs to do a better job of training and the shift supervisors need to do a better job at quality control! This is how my Big Mac was when I opened it. They put the middle bun on the bottom, sauce, lettuce, cheese, burger, onions, burger, bottom bun, sauce, then top bun. After I restacked it, it was very dry and the buns were stale. I know it’s fast food and here in the US most don’t take pride in their work but this is wholly unacceptable!

Love this McDonald's. Navarre really needs more in-door options for children. Two things, some of the staff up front need to slow down and read the ticket completely, and get the order out right the first time. Also, parents beware, some of your children are not very nice to others...

Friendly service, clean restaurant, extremely fast with food orders? Using McDonald's rewards I was able to get two Big Macs, a double cheeseburger, large fry, 6 chicken nuggets and two ice cream cones for under $12

I don’t think I’ve ever rated a McDonald’s before but I was very impressed. Such a clean place. Food came out fast and fresh. Great experience here, they know what they’re doing.

It has just undergone a remodel. It does look good but I am kind of disappointed in the ordering section. Only 2 stations with only 1 person taking orders. My Granddaughter loves the play land in there though so a big thumbs up there

The best McDonalds restaurant I have visited in a long time. Service and location was very nice. Wish my local McDonalds was this nice and with great service. Kudos to this one in Navarre Beach Florida.

My order had no meat on the buns & this was after we had to pull up and wait for 20 minutes. Something is wrong g with this picture. It's ashamed you have to check and double check your order before you leave drive thru.

The fries were aweful. Half hit the trash and 2.29 for a large coke is out of control. Better off eating convenience store food.

They removed the ONLY good thing about this McDonald's was their Custom basket of Fries... all of the food we received was half of what it should be. We ordered from the dollar menu and the amount of food we got for $16 was less than two full meals at Culver's next door. As locals we won't be going back. 1 McDouble 1 McChicken 2 vanilla cones 2 Fries $16 NOT RECOMENDED, poor quality and poor price to value. But.. they had a Clean restaurant..

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Wednesday I ordered a McMuffin and the muffin was burnt, the ham was rubbery and the egg was very runny. Today I ordered a McGriddle and the one pancake was so stale that I couldn't even bite into it, but the worst part was the sausage patty was so dry that it tasted 2 days old. I'll drive further away to get my breakfast from now on

This used to be a great McDonald's, the only one we have here in Navarre. But don't waste your $$ or time unless you want under done, cold, burgers & undercooked fries. Didn't eat here for 8 month thinking it would change. It didn't... if I could give a negative I would.
