I LOVE Tropical Smoothie, LOVE THEM! Great healthy “fast food” alternative. I postponed commenting in hopes to see a change since others were sharing their experiences in recent comments. I hate to kick a dog when it’s down, especially as a small local business owner myself. But, this is hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been too. I’m so sad because it’s close to home. This evening, we walked in TS, something smelled horrific, no biggie stuff happens. 3 employees looked up at us & looked right back down. No greeting, no smile. Nada. Not. A. Single. Word!!! I’m baffled by this. Period. I know the past few years have made it challenging, but the I encourage the owner to either become more hands on or shut it down. I know that’s harsh, but it’s been too long. I preach be kind all the time, but if it’s that hard for you to be kind and say hello, even for a pay check, then you should probably find something else to do. There’s so much more I have to say, but I value my time. Hopefully no one wastes there’s anymore here.

Drive thru takes sooooo long. I went inside bc drive thru was taking so long. Inside was dirty. Dirty ceiling. Dirty floors. Dirty counters and tables. Girl making smoothies never washed hands. Using water from the dish washing sprayer for smoothies.! Male worker on staff seemed like he may be on drugs due to his behavior. Twitchy, fidgety, and spaced out acting. Kept walking around aimlessly and staring off into space randomly. I nearly asked for a refund and wanted to walk out but was very hungry so decided to wait. Both females on staff were friendly. Male was friendly too but I’m concerned about him serving/handling food if he’s on drugs…and concerned about tap water being used in expensive smoothies.

I've been a return customer to Tropical Smoothie Cafe in multiple locations. The Navarre location used to be my go-to. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill the past 18 months or so. I've given the dining area and drive-thru multiple chances and every time there is a myriad of excuses on why the staff is slow to provide service. I have sat in the drive-thru for upwards of 25 minutes twice in the last three visits and I had one vehicle in front of me and an empty dining area with no "Online Order" traffic (although that is a common excuse from the staff). Each time, I order a single smoothie and no additional food. So to say I'm asking a lot of the staff would be a lie. If there is not a significant change with some accountability provided to the management team, this location will be toppled by the new Smoothie King in a matter of months.

This is by far the WORST Tropical Smoothie location EVER!! It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. It deserves 0!! Every time you go there, they can not get anything right & they screw up your order. To make matters worse, they are not even the slightest bit helpful as far as solving the situation. They literally refuse to remake anything, meanwhile it is clearly their fault. Especially when they continuously put meat on something for someone who is a vegetarian that does not eat meat!! The management is AWFUL!! Save your money & don’t go here!! It is worth the while to drive to a different location. We never have any issues at any of the other locations. Honestly surprised this one is even still open!!

This tropical smoothie is the worst in the country. Every time I walk in or go through the drive through you can expect a 10 minute wait just to get acknowledged. When you are finally acknowledged you are prompted to wait even longer. This staff is by far one of the worst in Navarre. Owners and management have no pride in their business. My recommendation is to order online an hour before you're ready for your food. Don't expect help while you're there and don't ask any questions. Seems to upset staff.

11-2-2022: GOOD MORNING - just had best ever triple berry oat & pb banana fb! I think I can deal with the day now 🙌😁 7-20-22: smoothie time (but still out of blueberries- don’t know why they are so hard to get at this location) anyway subbed out for strawberries and a side flatbread peanut butter banana crunch wrap. 4-5-2022: for breakfast a peanut butter flat bread and all the goodness! 6-29-1022 - needed a good breakfast treat. 2-17-2022 Love my tropical smoothies - and they open up before most other fast food breakfast places as well. Better for me and taste great. I miss the old app though; I could order and pay for it before leaving home and it would be ready. So now I just wait in the drive thru (Marissa was very quick though) so it’s okay.

Went thru drive. Love their smoothies. Avacolada is my favorite. Service is fast if order on line. Don't like $.60 hike in price for smoothies so won't go as often.

Food was very appetizing especially the kale apple salad. Order was picked up and everything was correct!

We come here after beach days before we head home. We love the flatbreads and smoothies. Drive thru sometimes is a long wait but we know things are made to order and fresh!

Only reason I am sharing this is due to this young lady jumping g it all by herself due to coworker being late. She was popping walkinns, drive thru, on lines orders and rocking it swiftly. Kudos to you baby girl.

I never leave reviews but I’m super disappointed. We came in at 7:30 on a Wednesday when they close at 9. As soon as we walked in, the blonde girl with a blue hat and a red Nike sweatshirt looked back at her other coworker, Katie, she was sweeping, rolled her eyes, and said “I’ll be right with you” with a very rude attitude. Then Katie threw the broom down so dramatically we almost walked out right then. Then another family came in and the blonde cashier made the same smirk and attitude but this time let out a huge sigh, like it was an inconvenience to come in an hour and a half before closing time. She walks away from counting the drawer while money is spread out all over the counter and they start laughing and whispering in each others ears and then continue to make snobby looks and comments as others walked in the door to eat here. I feel like if y’all are going to hire young high schoolers, they need to at least be respectful and have better customer service. I’ll go to the other location from now on if that’s how they are gonna treat people.

My Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap was frozen in the middle, and when I asked for a fork, the server with the nose ring just simply said “we don’t have any” like it’s just a regular thing at a restaurant. Very poor service. I think maybe having an adult in the premises might help with better customer service

I work in the plaza and come in almost everyday for my lunch. The associates are always friendly and happy and prompt with my order and even go so far as to bring me my order if they’re not too busy. They do get pretty slammed and seem a little understaffed sometimes. Recently I’ve noticed the AC has not been working for some time.A few weeks. It is TOO WARM in there. One girl remade my smoothie out of the kindness of her heart for me just recently because it had melted before I could come and pick it up. Those kids work really hard making our food and deserve to be comfortable while doing so.

Great Customer Service, Amazing Food, and the environment was very friendly. Id recommend going for sure!

Usually this place is good but today seemed like all new workers got my order wrong overcooked my burrito & gave me old sweet potatoes that had mold in them.

Ordered a Thai Chicken Salad early in the morning to pick up and eat later at lunch time. When I opened the lid I noticed all the lettuce was turning and they put cheese whisps in replacement of wontons. Had they of just told me I would of ordered something else. I was pretty disappointed considering I usually love the navarre store. Previously they were out of bacon and an employee or manager; I can’t remember her name, called my cell phone to make me aware and offered substitutions. But today was not their greatest day.

We love tropical smoothie, however the line is always SO slow, there will be literally only be one car in front of you for the drive thru and will sit at the intercom with no type of welcoming or anything for 10-15 minutes almost every single time. The very least they could do is say we will be with you as soon as we can or something, but nothing. McDonald’s is directly across the way and can be SLAMMED and people will be still be out by 10 minutes max, not sitting just to hear someone say they’ll be with you eventually

If you like avocados, you definitely should try the Baja Chicken wrap! It's my 2nd favorite item on the menu, the 1st being their giant chocolate chip cookies. Staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful when I come in. Highly recommend.

Delivery is the only way I have ordered from this place. The chicken quesadilla is delicious and I will continue to order from them. I will eventually go there myself and order other things. Currently using Door Dash and that is very convenient for me. The sauce that comes with that is different than salsa and it is delicious also! A must try.

Consistently the worst tropical smoothie i have ever been too. Long wait times(even prior to Covid) missing items from orders, no one answers the phone, ect… beware of Thai location 2 stars only because the items can be decent when you actually get them.

It's okay. Nothing overly fantastic here. Food quality is passable, but they tend to ignore any specific requests, such as not adding a particular ingredient. If you always order your food in its default fashion then this location shouldn't be an issue for you.

Their name doesn’t do Justice. Had a good smoothie here. But they also have ALLOT more. They have 2 different pizzas. I had the Hawaiian. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Better than the other pizza places I’ve been to in Navarre. Highly recommended.

First & last time I go there. Breakfast wraps were still half frozen handed to me. Quesadillas looked like they were made blindfolded. Everything shoved in bag with chips at bottom & nothing came out appetizing.

My orders are consistently wrong. Not once, not twice, but more times than I can even recall. I don’t care if they had the only smoothies in town, I won’t be back. It isn’t worth the headache. The only reason I gave two stars rather than one is because at least they’re consistent with their nonsense.

Food was good, but service was awful. Went through the drive through and the girl at the door was texting on her phone. I personally do not care that workers check their phones, but when a customer is in front of you this is unacceptable. Was planning on leaving a tip even though there was a wait because the food was correct and I figured they were probably unstaffed. However, you may want to look into some of the people you hired and are putting at the window. This could be affecting the tips for other workers.
