Keep noticing that the ingredients are shrinking. Cheese is less, meats are now less, dough thickness is thinner, cheese crust pies have much less cheese in them now. But the prices are getting higher every week !!! Good for greedy owners, but bad for the customers !!! I'll be getting frozen pizza's from Sam's Club and Walmart and putting them in my toaster oven if prices go any higher !!!!! Need to fire the manager and get someone who knows business management. Pizza tastes good, workers doing excellent preparation. Just bad management. 😩💰👍🤡

This location started off awesome but has gradually gotten worse and worse. I usually do support them on Facebook posts because they had been one of the most consistent chain pizza spots in Navarre but they are rapidly declining. Today took nearly an hour for our pizza when the tracker said 25 minutes. When we got home and looked at the pizza, this is what we got! Hardly no pepperoni at all and 3” plus wide crust!! This is terrible and it’s a weekend so nobody cares.

Went to little Cesar's the other day and saw and met a really cool man named Trevor he is a good employee and I almost got hit by a car and he nurtured me with a medium cheese pizza with stuffed crust that I bought he hand fed me the warm baked pizza as i nibled at it slowly and gracefully,it was so good i devoured it so HARD.He is a great person and lifts my spirit. 👣 ❤

Hands down best "Fast-Food" for cheap, they literally have it hot and ready pretty sure it's $6.41/ea.! Their service is always fast and accurate for us and if they do get something wrong they typically offer a free one on them. Atmosphere, I can't complain highly recommend.

The night crew is very unorganized. The last 3 times I have visited. They do not have Hot and ready pizzas separate from Door dash orders. And if you order in lobby you have to wait 30 min or more. They should always have a fresh stock or Hot Hot and ready pizzas and if they do not the lobby guest should b served first before an online door dash order. Or have a max wait time for lobby guest before they get a coupon or free pizza (like dominoes). The night manager or front line manager also always looks like he hates his job and walks around with a scoul on his face talking to himself. I've been very disappointed with the overall customer service here lately.

Typical chain Pizza, take out I had no bad experience went in was promptly served employees were prompt and polite and out the door I went I purchased a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was good to my satisfaction no complaints here..

We have ordered here before and no issues but today....what is going on. Ordered pepperoni pizza, supposed to have 200 crispy pepperoni. There is maybe 20 on there. Crust is all messed up. Order came 30 min late. There was no reason to hurry. It's already 30 min late. Stop sacrificing quality for quantity.

I ordered on Friday night, a basic pepperoni pizza over the phone. Nothing special, I just wanted a quick bite. All I specified was that I wanted it made fresh to the young man over the phone, and he assured me that he’d take care of it personally. 15 minutes goes by and I get to the store immediately greeted by the guy who took my order(LOTS OF ENERGY). I guess he must’ve been the manager but he told me he made it himself so I took it home and ate it, and I must say Little Caesar’s has always been my go to place for pizza since I was a kid IT’S MY FAVORITE and this one blew them all away. To the man who made my pizza thank you!!!

As the cost of living keeps going up they make a good decent pizza and it is not overpriced. At any other fast food restaurants you can't drive away for less than $15 here you can get a meal for less than $8.00 Will continue buying

This used to be the best Little Caesars I have ever been to. Now, there is no more discount for military or first responders. Probably no more community involvement, and the quality has gone downhill. I miss the old management. I will take my money elsewhere or just make my own pizza at home. So sad. Update: They told me 15 to 20 minutes to pick up my two pies, and I told them pie cut my thin crust pies three times over the phone. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after the initial 15 to 20 minute estimate, and the thin crust pies were not pie cut. I asked for my $18 refund, and I will never return.

Something has changed. Hot and ready's are non existent. Orders take too long and the crusts are coming out under cooked. I don't ever have high expectations for Little Caesars but they came in below even those expectations.

For the second time in 2 months, my mobile order was given away to a random person apparently. When I asked the members at the counter how they gave my order to someone who didn't order it, I got nothing but a blank stare. Why is there no identification or payment method verification when you pick up an order??? When they get busy they seem to lose all common sense. I don't mind waiting if they're busy, to ensure everyone does their job accurately for the customer. I love Little Caesars pizza, and this store use to be a pleasure visiting, but the past 2 months has been a nightmare. I don't know what changed here, but PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

I used to love getting pizza from here. Unfortunately they have changed the way they cut their deep dish pizza. It is now a non-standard cut that is nothing like what’s advertised and actually CHEATS the customer of the amount of pizza they get. I would love to know why the change was made, and would love it if they returned to how a Little Caesar’s pizza is supposed to be!

Economical pizza with quick ordering / pick up time. Tastes like good pizza, serves Me well, and smells like pizza in the air...

We love the new pepperoni pizza w/ old world pep.. Little Caesars is a regular in my family rotation.

I've been getting little Caesars since 87 and it use to be really good and you got 2 pizzas for less than 10 but while the pizza is its does not taste as good as it use to be

Wife called in for a pick up. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive in 20 minutes and they tell me they’re working on it. 25 minutes later, no pizza. Kid at the counter has another lame excuse. There was a man ahead of me that ordered as I came in, got his fresh pizza after a short wait and left. Pitiful! Lesson learned

Two days in a row between 11-1 and the first day there was a 10-15 minute wait for the lunch combo. I had other things to do and could not wait. The next day it was a 45 minute wait for the same lunch combo that is supposed to be available during those hours with little to no wait. The girl at the counter could only apologize and say they have too many big orders to fill ahead of me.

Fresh pizza. Super busy on a Friday night though. Only 3 seats inside, so I had to wait outside. Not a real problem for me. Will go back.

I have found that Little Caesar’s of Navarre Florida offers very good products at a very fair price. To the person who called the owner “greedy”…open your own restaurant and sweat over the overhead costs then see what it feels like to attempt to stay in business. You seem very unaware of how many restaurants will have to close due to the rising costs of food and this never ending inflation. Sad comment on your end!

Ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni and they gave me a regular pizza with more pepperoni, which was disappointing. Especially seeing as it was more for the crust than the pepperoni. The other pizza was their 3-meat Detroit style pizza, which was great. Both were hot and fresh. Crazy bread was just ok.

Saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. The pizza was hot, fresh and tasty and the employees were friendly, quick and efficient. Looking forward to ordering again from this store in the near future.

Clean store and the staff is trained to treat the customer with respect. Had my pizza remade due to it not being what was ordered and they corrected it promptly. The employees did hang out at the front and gossip in clear view but, it wasn't anything crazy. They probably should avoid that in front of customers though.

It is what it is!!! He paid you that you pay $6 for a pizza you're going to get a $6pizza!! I've only been there a few times and you know I just went in and grabbed the pepperoni pizza and went on about my business so if you're just doing that and it's you don't want any specialty pizza then you're okay it's nice and clean in there the young kids that work there friendly so I'll go back if you get the wings you might want to tell him to run him through again and get him a little bit more crispy because mine were not cooked all the way through when I got him home

I had driven to Gulf Breeze for a drs. Appt. and was on my return to Panama City , and needed something to eat. I can always enjoy a meal at Little Caesars. So I stopped for a lunch pizza and drink. Since it was past lunch they were out, but the young man who greeted me said it would only take a few minutes I said ok and paid for my order. He was very helpful and concerned about my order. He was correct when he said it would only take a few minutes. I received my. Order in a flash and I was on my way home with a hot and wonderful little Caesars pizza. Thank you for the great meal and a wonderful experience.

Little Ceasars is our goto when we aren't wanting to spend much on take out. The quality is decent enough for what it is but the service here is wonderful which is reason for 5 stars. We have ordered from this location several times and always excellent service and ready when they say. We had a small issue with one of our pizzas and I called and spoke to the manager who was quick to correct the problem as well as offer a refund which was appreciated due to the issue. We have since ordered again and were satisfied.
