As always the taste blows your mind off. the store was nice and clean. One thing to be noticed was that the store was a no smoking zone and that is something to be appreciated .

FAILED TO DELIVER 31%OFF ON THE 31ST OF THE MONTH, as its every customer's right as per BASKIN-ROBBINS INDIA. I spoke with the owner JAMES MARTINS who said the offer ended 10 years back which is a bit confusing.

Worst store of this franchise. Do not go here the lady serving the ice cream does not even check the weight of what is being served. When asked to check the weight 1 scoop of ice cream (90g) was 30g short I cream Cake Slice was hard as a rock and cut very thin (Served less than normal) . When asked for reciept she keeps saying the ice cream is new and not on the system. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE PLAGUE AND GO TO ANY OTHER BASKIN ROBINS STORE (Eg. COLVA OR VARCA)

Amazing place👌👌👌👌. I loved the interior design of the place👍😊. They are never out of my favorite flavours like cotton candy and praline and cream💓. I love the rum punch flavor.. 👌👍 But it's mostly out of stock. They also provide you with smoothies and frozen dessert like ice cream cake😍🍥👌... They serve in cup or cones as per your request . Sprinkles like candy, fizz and chocolate chips can be added as per requested. Recommend place.👌👍

I order for cotton candy shake I didn’t even liked it… at all more of milk and less of flavore being a mixologist I have a idea how the drink should be served the guy on the counter didn’t requested for sorry or atleast ask for replace or refund hardly took 1 sipe.. very bad experience baskin navelim

Bad taste, overpriced, and low management of goods (the ice cream there was hard as a rock, it was solid and they labelled it as fresh) never going here . Naturals ice cream is a wayy better option that this

Be aware it closes at 12.30 not at 2. Wrongly mentioned times

Great ice cream.Rs 50 Extra to convert regular scoops to sundae,shakes available. Good staff. They do not keep ice-cream cakes.
