The worst supermarket I ever visited is this. Staff are very arrogant and unhelpful. They insulted us as we are using their mobile phones to click the snap and the lady on the counter is so rude that she tells the customer to keep the brought products back as if it is out to to keep and why are the staffs kept there. No ac in this big store and staff keeps sitting near the counter and looks at the customers faces and starts insulting them. I hope ur staff will improve and stop insulting people. If ur staff is only unhelpful and unfriendly then how will the customers come for shopping there. Never gonna visit this store for such rudeness in this store and I would have insulted the staff who had insulted me simply for no reason but as there were customers there I didn't and one more thing to tell is that the staff keeps their coffee/tea cups on the ice cream fridge and i don't why they keep it there how will the customer open the fridge there and their keeping those cups as if it is their cafe there

We are purchasing from this store since last ywo years we dont have any complaint against them but today when my son went for shopping he accidentally calls a young owner Uncle due to this he made a issue like he was saying why dont you eat non veg you are living in Goa why dont you eat non veg as we are totally pure veg he was Humiliated my son badly Such a bad incident happened you cant humilate people like this .He is just 18 year old boy some time in your studies you forgot to address people but he only said uncle he neither abused nor told anything so this is just pure humiliation

The store is good as they keep a variety of products but apart from that , they have the worst customer service The staff is rude and they never have change, If you ask for change they'll make u buy chocolates and if you don't buy those they'll taunt you for not having change and then force you to gpay. This is not only the staff, even the owners speak to you the same way.

They call it supermarket, and when I took one water bottle, person from the counter started arguing, saying why you took the water bottle without asking, Instead of guiding, they attack

Big Supermarket but no Change to give BacK to customer and ontop rude to customer. This was the owner on the counter who was Issuing candies instead of change.

Very bad service. The staff there are helpless and doesn't allow students to buy their products. It's jus unfair way of running a supermarket.
