I had a good first experience with this store. Loved the jewellery itself; simple yet tasteful. I found exactly what I was looking for. I bought earrings that I found had a small problem when I got home. Called the store and asked them to exchange it for a new pair. They ordered one for me, no questions asked. It did take a few extra days to arrive, but the staff made extra efforts to get it to me on time. They even got me doughnuts for my birthday when I came to exchange. They also helped make the re-billing simple. I truly appreciate the help from Shifa, Nishant, and Arafat. My only complaint was that there were no birthday offers for gold jewellery, only on diamonds, which I didn't want at the time. But all in all, good experience. I'll probably return if they have good offers.

It was a fantastic shopping experience for my daughter's engagement ceremony .The staff esp Priti and Shaistha were very helpful in delivering my order bang on time .Their service was friendly and they went out of their comfort zone to find solutions.Extremely superb assets to the organisation.
