Had a very bad experience at Peora , grand Central Sea woods. I won't even like to call it a customer service, it was a bad treatment with staff making faces all the time and passing comments in front of customers. I think leave about being good at customer service these people are even bad being humans. They judged people based on clothes which is unacceptable. I have had very good experience at Peora at Inorbit , vashi. When I told staff about their unprofessional behaviour they kept laughing at me which is the acceptable from a brand like Peora .

It's very good store. Especially Nagma, who helped me select the perfect product for my occasion. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face.

Disappointing Experience at Peora Fashions, Viviana Mall, Thane I recently had an unfortunate experience at Peora Fashions in Viviana Mall, Thane, which I feel compelled to share. On 18-11-23, I purchased an item for Rs. 6250, only to discover a significant discrepancy in the product's value. The quality and worth were far below expectations, more in line with a Rs. 900 item. Despite bringing this to their attention, the staff declined to acknowledge the overcharging issue and, more disappointingly, refused to refund the amount. This lack of accountability and customer service left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering shopping at Peora Fashions.

Okayish collection, as everything was almost sold out, but the staff was helpful, specially Reshma. Bought a nice ring.

Although Products are good, But if we gift one that particular jewellery is not going well to her personality, then in this case the staff is not trained to work well for costumer's benefit. They ar trained to see only company's benefit store benifit, all ready to fight with you making you feel you the culprit in their kingdom. If the store has good sale it's not due to the sales team it's the brand itself. If looking for good sales team don't visit Peora Seawoods mall store.

I'm one of the regular buyer from peora seawoods jewellery quality is awesome, and I have suggested about this store to almost my every relatives and friends. But the problem is 1) Most important there policies are keep changing every now and then.( I have faced many problem about that.) 2)there customer service is really worst, they should have hire some Experienced staff and need to work on how to talk and help clientele. Staff is so rude. And makes faces infront of customer. Because of the staff I'm not interested in purchasing anything from peora. Hope they work on these things.

Product quality is worst and it's polish washed off in 15 days. No daily use only office hour's. It's is told me it has happened due to sweat and as a human you are not supposed to sweat... Hahahahha Seawoods owner/manager is too rude to communicate. She is Chor.

I went to Peora Nexus Seawood mall in Navi Mumbai for my wedding jewellery shopping. Within half an hour, I found all the right kind of jewellery for my wedding, sangeet and reception. Reshma really helped me and showed exactly what I wanted which made my experience really easy. Would definitely recommend if you are going for your wedding shopping. Pro tip - take your dupatta or bouse piece to match with the jewellery to be able to decide well

Don't waste your money in this. I got a necklace 2 months before from Peora. They assured me that color won't fade, but after the very first use it started fading and looking very cheap. And also i took very good care like wrapping it in a soft cloth, but still it faded, better invest products from platform that will last longer than this...

I bought one silver ring. Bit costly. Will suggest every one that you can get same ring from local jewellers. At the end its silver and it will turn dark anyhow.

Decent collection...good for office wear, and formal..heavy jewellery doesn't like it.
