have
recently
joined
Dr.
Sangeeta
Sharma's
SStrength
Unplugged
and
my
experience
has
been
AMAZING.
Not
having
exercised
for
a
long
time
I
was
apprehensive
but
when
I
met
and
got
to
know
Dr.
Sangeeta
I
knew
that
she
was
the
perfect
coach
for
me.
She
is
professional
yet
kind,
patient
and
understanding.
I
already
feel
a
difference
in
my
fitness
journey
and
all
credit
goes
to
her.
Being
a
doctor
by
profession
and
certified
fitness
practioner,
she
comes
with
vast
knowledge
of
fitness
and
lifestyle
modifications
to
implement.
During
the
sessions,
she
explains
the
right
form
and
technique
and
motivates
to
do
better
and
helps
push
participant's
boundaries.
She
assesses
our
abilities
to
perform
with
each
session
and
structures
them
well
:
start
off
with
good
warm-up
,
focus
on
core
exercises
for
body
part
and
then
end
with
proper
stretch.
The
information
she
imparts
about
the
body
and
muscles
are
most
helpful
as
she
explains
what
the
exercises
were
accomplishing.
Really
appreciate
the
way
she
tailors
and
adjusts
the
exercises
to
accommodate
our
changing
abilities
to
perform
them
day
by
day.
Her
cheerful
and
"Yes,
You
CAN!!"
attitude
energizes
us
and
we
don't
realize
that
we
have
come
to
end
of
training
time.
She
is
truly
an
inspiration!
Studio:
The
studio
has
pleasant
atmosphere,
its
clean,
cozy
and
sleek
with
display
of
inspirational
quotes
and
photos.
It
has
adequate
variety
of
equipment's
for
daily
fitness
needs.
Its
a
“females
only”
which
makes
me
more
comfortable.
I
like
the
space
and
feel
comfortable
working
out
without
feeling
prejudiced
or
self-conscious.
The
music
played
uplifts
the
mood
and
sparks
energy
with
positive
emotions
.
Post
workouts
:
I
have
noticed
positive
changes
and
feel
energized
throughout
the
day.
Now
I
really
look
forward
to
attend
her
sessions.
I
would
highly
recommend
this
fitness
class
to
all
ladies
who
are
looking
out
to
have
a
positive
change
through
fitness.
