    I recently joined Strength Unplugged, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Sangeeta , the owner and trainer, has truly made my first experience with strength training enjoyable. Her expertise is evident, and what sets her apart is the personal attention she gives to everyone. The individualized guidance has not only boosted my confidence but also ensured that I'm getting the most out of every session. If you're new to strength training or looking for a supportive environment, Dr. Sangita and Strength Unplugged are the perfect fit. Highly recommended!

    On the eve of 2023 year end, I got the best gift of my life in the form of Dr. Sangeeta Madam and her “Strength unplugged” studio. Till now, I have never undergone Strength Training, but since last one month I am taking Strength Training. Madam’s positivity and her studio’s vibes inspire me to go to studio everyday enthusiastically. Her knowledge about health coupled with her love for each student, her appreciating and caring attitude encourages every student, which is difficult to express in words. I have lower lumbar spondylitis due to which she takes extra care of me during training and also encourages me which increases my confidence and motivates me. Women of all age groups with or without any physical ailment come for training in her studio. Considering the level of physical fitness, every student is accorded top notch training which keeps one full of energy throughout the day. This is my personal experience. Thankyou Dr. Sangeeta Madam. Highly recommended.

My trainer Dr Sangeeta has been a key factor in my positive experience. Supportive, understanding, and attentive, she constantly encourages us to stay committed to our exercises. Each day, I eagerly anticipate my workout sessions, and the feeling of accomplishment afterward is truly fulfilling.     Best fitness center for ladies for maintaining good health, achieve fitness goals and build strength. I would highly recommend women who are looking to achieve fitness goals to visit SStrength Unplugged studio by Dr. Sangeeta Sharma in sector-4 Nerul. The classes are well managed, has positive environment and the plan for each class is different from the previous. Therefore I look forward to attend the next gym session. Dr. Sangeeta Sharma is very warm, supportive and friendly. She manages each member and gives special attention to everyone. Her knowledge and constant motivation has made my gym experience fulfilling.

    I personally know Dr Ssangeeta from last 10 years. Her knowledge and passion in the field of health and fitness is immense. The quality of training with personal attention is what most of her clients like about her. She also works on children fitness which is a very unique as at a young age they start knowing the importance of their health. I highly recommend her training and guidance if you are looking for a healthy and fit body for yourself.

    This is my first gym experience and am truly glad I made the right choice by joining 'SStrength Unplugged', it has been a wonderful, motivating & encouraging experience (would also like to thank my friend who recommended this place). My main focus was on increasing core strength and muscle building and under the superb guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Sharma I am confident that I am on the right path of achieving my goal. Would highly recommend this place to women keen on starting/ continuing with their fitness journey.

    One month ago I started exercising with Dr Sangeeta as my trainer. Not having done strength training for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met I knew that she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional yet very patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start with this strength training. Despite having a very busy schedule I look forward for my sessions with her. After one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.

    Dr Sangeeta has changed my outlook for gym. I have enrolled myself into gym and crossfit couple of time but never been so regular. She makes fitness fun as well as make us understand and how a body part is worked up. The key is that this is “females only” class which makes me comfortable, she also gives personal attention which is key in any training. I would recommend the class to all females as Sangeeta is a dedicated trainer.

    This Gym has Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere: Generally, Women appreciate gyms that provide a supportive and inclusive environment. They value a space where they feel comfortable working out without feeling judged or self-conscious. This gym has all of it. It's refreshing to workout in an environment where I feel comfortable and motivated to push myself. I appreciate dedication and commitment of my mentor Sangeeta Sharma who is helping me achieve optimal results. You are the besst❤️😊👍🏻

    I highly recommend this gym for all the ladies as the female trainer Dr.sangeeta Sharma is very very good at her work. I am under her training these days and I never had such a personal trainer in my life. She is the best trainer. Gym have all maintained machines too.

    Its been almost a month since I joined the gym and I feel my body's Strength increasing with every session. Dr. Sangeeta Ma'am gives personalized guidance to every memeber and teaches a combination of exercises that differs everyday. Each day's workout impacts one specified area of the body and it never gets boring. When the workouts get seemingly hard Ma'am encourages and assists us in completing the exercise properly. Along with the training that happens in the gym every individual is suggested a diet plan that suits their cuisine, provides the required nutrition and keeps them active. And when one adheres to the diet, step count and regular training the results work their way out! I am a person who gets discouraged easily but I'm really content and happy with how I'm progressing here because my experience with the gym, the trainer and others has been really motivating and I can feel myself changing physically and mentally for the good.

    I have recently joined Dr. Sangeeta Sharma's SStrength Unplugged and my experience has been AMAZING. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Dr. Sangeeta I knew that she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. I already feel a difference in my fitness journey and all credit goes to her. Being a doctor by profession and certified fitness practioner, she comes with vast knowledge of fitness and lifestyle modifications to implement. During the sessions, she explains the right form and technique and motivates to do better and helps push participant's boundaries. She assesses our abilities to perform with each session and structures them well : start off with good warm-up , focus on core exercises for body part and then end with proper stretch. The information she imparts about the body and muscles are most helpful as she explains what the exercises were accomplishing. Really appreciate the way she tailors and adjusts the exercises to accommodate our changing abilities to perform them day by day. Her cheerful and "Yes, You CAN!!" attitude energizes us and we don't realize that we have come to end of training time. She is truly an inspiration! Studio: The studio has pleasant atmosphere, its clean, cozy and sleek with display of inspirational quotes and photos. It has adequate variety of equipment's for daily fitness needs. Its a “females only” which makes me more comfortable. I like the space and feel comfortable working out without feeling prejudiced or self-conscious. The music played uplifts the mood and sparks energy with positive emotions . Post workouts : I have noticed positive changes and feel energized throughout the day. Now I really look forward to attend her sessions. I would highly recommend this fitness class to all ladies who are looking out to have a positive change through fitness.

    Best fitness studio in sector 4,nerul! Its a compact studio with an amazing vibe. The workout sessions with Sangeeta are knowledgeable, full of energy and fun! Totally recommended for personal level of attention. On a personal note, I always feel rejuvenated after the workout and definitely have stepped up my strength game.

The kind of attention she gives to each person, their form, correct stretching, personal diaries of exercise for each trainee is commendable. Being doctor by profession she not only indulges her time in fitness and strength training but also on the appropriate diet plan.     Dr. Sangeeta ma’am is incredibly helpful and provides proper guidance and training during all sessions with each workout! She closely monitors our progress as well. I joined the gym two months back and the regular sessions have helped me increase my stamina and strength, and I feel much more energised and healthy! It’s also especially comfortable because the workouts are in small groups so everyone gets individual attention!

    I have joined this fitness center one month ago, & would highly recommend this place to womens & girls who are willing active & fit in their life. Coach/Trainer Dr. Sangeeta Sharma is very cool, supportive and friendly in nature. Her training batches consists of maximum 4-5 people in each session, due to which she gives special attention to each & every individual. The best part of the studio is, it is specifically designed for girls & women. Her constant motivation is a booster to attend the gym on regular basis.

    I recently joined SStrength Unplugged under the trainer Dr. Sangeeta. The fact that this is an all ladies gym is just one of the many perks. She so enthusiastically teaches us different exercises every day to make our work out fun. Very supportive, motivating and attentive to our needs and concerns. I can feel a drastic change is my overall fitness since I started my journey a month ago. The classes are well planned spanning over a week.

    It's been a month into the fitness journey with Sstrength Unplugged. Dr. Sangeeta personally attends everyone and has created a space wherein women from all age groups feel comfortable to explore strength training. She is a highly motivating coach and educates about the process which definitely helps in getting better insight on training. The best part is before hoping onto the machines we're trained completely on our body weight, personally i believe this has helped me feel lighter and build more strength. When it comes to training, you're given new sets of workout every session, which makes it challenging yet interesting to push yourself, Dr. Sangeeta guides throughout the session which is a major plus point. From my experience, I would 10/10 recommend every women out there to join Sstrength Unplugged and invest in yourselves.
