Went there for the third time and may be going back when possible.Very nice Hotel. Went for a official meet. Hall was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious and full of variety. Washrooms were elegant & clean. Staff is very helpful. I am giving 4 star because approach road was very congested and full of autos it took us 20 minutes to enter MBP.

It's a good hotel, it has many banquets as well. Food was good & staff was supportive. The only downside is it's quite inside from the highway & the security of the gate doesn't seem to allow autos inside which may make you walk all the way.

Visited here for a corporate event, good place for events, located 2km from Ghansoli Railway station. It can occupy around 220-250 people. But the food served by the place having name of Ramada was the worst quality I ever had in such top class place. Yeah the starter's served during the event were good but the buffet was bad. Not a single dish served in buffet had good taste😣.

Its a very good Hotel with amazing rooms and the facilities available. To my surprise even room are equipped with washing machine, Iron Tray, Iron and all other necessary toiletries in washroom. This is not a 5 star hotel definitely! The hotel is mainly for wedding groups and the noise levels are extremely high because of the wedding functions which go on until 3 am! The rooms are poorly maintained with no hot water. The food is below average. I did not enjoy my stay here and would not visit again.

I recently booked 2 suites for my family vacation, and I was really happy to see the room. It was big with all necessary room amenities, a dining table, washing machine, microwave, massage chair, bathtub, etc. The room and bathroom were well maintained and had a nice ambiance with a luxurious feeling. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, and especially the swimming pool. My 2-year-old kid was too excited to get out of the kid's pool area :D The food was good and the breakfast buffet had a good variety and a live counter. The room service was fast and nice. All of them were helpful and polite and took extra care of my kid. The only thing that bothered me was the location at night time. There is nothing much around as it is inside MBP and the area is also not very well lit at night. Note: Carry nylon clothing if you want to use the swimming pool.

A wonderful stay which is was very clean and comfortable. The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and a wonderful view from the balcony. Great hospitality from the helpful staff. Room was nice and spacious. Nice view since it was on the 7th floor. It is located inside the MIDC area so gets a bit crowded outside. Once inside the hotel it is nice and quiet. They have two restaurants, and we ate in the coffee shop. Food was good and variety was also good. Breakfast was included with the room and it was buffet in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Did not use any specific service. I asked for a hard bed in advance which they could not provide, but the mattress was not too bad, and I was able to sleep properly. The switches were controlled by a central panel which was very complicated. I had to try a lot of different combinations before being able to get the lights that I wanted. There were icons on the switches to indicate their function, but they were too tiny to be visible even with spectables

I went to pool side reception of a friend. Place is well lit n has lot of air. Food was great too but too far... setup felt old.

Our stay at the Taj Mahal Lucknow was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the fabulous hospitality. The food was delicious and the breakfast had a very wide variety to choose from. I was particularly impressed by the generally happy atmosphere that seemed to prevail in the hotel. My company's staff and I have stayed at this hotel several times each year since it opened over a decade ago. This hotel continued to decline over the years in its service, infrastructure, and food quality. The rooms and amenities are old, requiring constant maintenance. Food quality is mediocre at best. There are number excellent restaurants in the area with food delivery service. On my recent stay, I arrived at 3 am (room was booked from previous day) - the staff had given my room away. I had to stay at a lower end hotel nearby. Hotel management was also very uncooperative. I had to get senior management involved to resolve billing issues. The only reason to stay at this hotel is that it is close to our office campus.

I stayed at Ramada for 2 nights, and had few bad experiences. My room had a shower section where water was not going down the drain. After showering for 2 mins, I was ankle deep in water. T My colleagues and I had dinner at the restaurant because we were initially told that it was part of our package. Then we were told it was not. After dinner we went back at 10pm to the rooms. At 11 pm, the restaurant called my room and asked me to sign for dinner. At 11 pm!!! I have never heard of such a thing. They could have either asked us to sign when we were at the restaurant for 3 hrs or the next day when we were checking out. It was very inconsiderate. I will not stay here, or recommend to any of my colleagues. The food and location was good though for my needs.

Occasionally, they host pool parties, which I can assure you are consistently fantastic. Here are some key points: 1. Parking: Given its location within a business park, there's an abundance of parking space available. 2. Accommodation: The rooms are generously proportioned, and the comfortable beds contribute to an outstanding stay. 3. Staff: The staff members are both skilled and courteously helpful, enhancing the overall pleasantness of visiting this establishment. 4. Dining: While the lunch and dinner buffets are satisfactory in terms of variety, they do fall short in terms of taste. However, the à la carte menu offers more flavorful food options.

Went for lunch at Awadh food festival. Very delicious Vegetarian food. Especially Subz Meloni Tarkari, Dal tadka and butter roties were awesome. Ambiance is decent and service was fast too. In the TTC MIDC near Mahape, only few good restaurants available with good ambiance. Ramada is one of them.

We had our office get together. Overall setup was good. ,nicely arranged. Ambience was good. Food taste & quality was ok ok.

There's one gate for entry and exit of Cars. I visited to attend MARRIAGE PARTY. THERE'S IS NO PROPER SYSTEM OF SERVING STARTERS AND YOU HAVE TO RUN AND CALL THEM TO TABLE OF GUESTS FRESHLY ARRIVED. THERE'S LOT OF SERVICE ISSUES OF STAFF OF THE HOTEL IN SERVING FOOD WHICH GETS EXHAUSTED. QUALITY OF FOOD WAS ACCEPTABLE BUT SERVICE NEED TO BE IMPROVED.

We went to attend one marriage function. But we were not satisfied with services n foods. Behaviour of the management people was also not satisfied. As a five star hotel this is not good sign. Directors n Head of the management team should look into this matter. N solve this problems. So in future same problem should not Aries with others . I m sorry if u r heart by my views.

Hotel is good, entrance is a bit confusing as it is inside another gated premises. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. All toiletries are provided. But restaurant and room service menu is very limited. Have seen many other getting food deliveries from outside.

Ramada by Wyndham is located in a quite & peaceful corner with a beautiful view of the hills from the higher floors. Their rooms are spacious, luxurious & excellently designed and maintained. The staff goes an extra mile to ensure that you have a good time. Their breakfast spread was huge and highly impressive. Kudos to Team Ramada by Wyndham.

Ramada All of my office events have been organised here. From casual parties to formal trainings we have most of our events happening here! Their training halls are very spacious and recommended for staff training programs. Their buffet lunch is also really good! Although Since the last year I have experienced a slight degrade in their food quality! Hoping they will improve on the same. Overall amazing hospitality and great place for gatherings

The basic protocol is not followed here. Apart from the current pandemic scenario they hardly follow covid protocol. The housekeeping will enter your room even if you have asked them not to. The sheer lack of professionalism reflects the hotel standards.

Hotel Ramada 's crew was so welcoming, they are too passionate in providing their service,they would love to hear us about our stay, they've been addressing us in few minutes if at all any issues. I must mention about the range of delicacies in their Menu, wide range and perfect for kid's palate as well.Both the dinings are occupied by well groomed staff. Rooms are ultra clean, each and every detail is monitored by house keeping staff. Entirely it's a wonderful experience with Ramada.

We tried Buffet dinner here. Due to location, it was relatively peaceful on a Saturday night. Dinner was good and spread of Veg food was nice. Taste was wonderful and deserts were nice. Must try if you are in the vicinity.

Had an excellent experience while visiting for a dinner. Very good ambience and highly courteous staff especially Rajeshwar has a warm and caring nature , he guided me through the buffet and suggested me some food it was yum and had a delightful experience Much better than browsing buffet endlessly !! Food quality and taste was superb. It all went on to add a five star in true sense. Excellent service was the final word. Look forward to next visit soon. Keep it up Ramada !!
