Poor maintenance no basic facilities. Carelessness n poor Managing commitee. No benefits for the kids even basic aminities is mit maintened no cultural programecelebrated in the society. Had a very bad experience in this society. Tt table fell on My son had gone major surgery. Don't take home either on rent or buying. It has swimming pool but not working at any season.

Superb complex but the security is too tight. They won't allow you to enter till you make a pass and show your identity card at the gate itself......

Nice clean and peaceful area, I love Navi Mumbai compare to old Mumbai.
