It is a very cheap copy of Big Bazaar. Even though Big Bazaar went bankrupt and sold it to Reliance still the interiors were very shabby. Everything looked cheap and shabby. Even the deals weren't that great. Big Bazaar had a different class while this outlet just doesn't have that charm at all. The clothing section is a shame too.

Nice place to buy all goods and groceries in one place under one roof...but I notice that their low price policy is on week days and on week end prices of the goods is as per the regular market price which makes no difference of buying the goods and groceries either from local grocery shop or from Smart Bazaar...

It's very important for all the users. Pls don check the bill before leaving the counter. They show the offer at the product desk, but may be they will charge any amount. I purchased safola Oil. The MRP of the product was 140 & the offer price shown was 109 but the amount in my bill was 204. I checked this at home raised an complaint. After visiting the store. They refunded the amount. Pl check the Bill first. No body usually does this & they use this for their benefits.

The staff was and rude manager is not speaking with customer if they have any difficulty. They did not gave home delivery service by saying the area is not reachable and then they said will deliver but after 4 days. They wasted my one and half hour.
