I
had
dinner
in
the
South
coast
hotel
Nisarg
restaurant.
I
ordered
Surmai
fish
in
starter
and
had
Prawns
Manglorian
curry
with
Neer
Dosa.
I
also
ordered
Mousambi
juice.
They
had
first
given
to
us
Mousambi
juice
which
was
clearly
diltuted
with
hell
lot
of
water.
After
drinking
just
one
sip
I
asked
the
service
guy
that
it's
very
much
diluted.
They
said
no
one
ever
complaint
about
the
juice
we
have
put
the
ice
in
juice(even
though
there
was
no
ice
only
water,
neither
it
was
chilled
or
else
they
had
put
too
much
ice
at
least
hour
ago,
so
I
asked
to
return
the
juice.
They
had
taken
it
back
and
had
not
offered
fresh
juice
without
Ice.
Then
we
had
Surmai
fish
and
Prawns
curry
which
was
very
tasty.
But
when
we
asked
for
the
bill
they
had
added
the
juice
price
in
the
bill.
I
asked
the
service
guy
to
get
it
removed
they
said
we
can't
remove
it.
I
said
you
guys
had
not
offered
us
fresh
juice
when
I
returned
the
diluted
one
so
you
must
remove
it
but
they
were
in
no
mood
to
remove
it.
I
also
said
this
is
my
first
time
in
this
restaurant,
food
is
very
tasty
and
I
will
come
back
again
as
I
am
new
to
Navi
Mumbai
&
I
stay
in
nearby
area
or
else
you
will
lose
your
customer
permanently.
I
also
said
in
other
restaurant
when
we
return
any
dish
they
either
provide
you
new
dish
or
else
they
customise
your
dish.
Guys
obviously
they
can
have
offered
us
fresh
juice
without
Ice
which
they
didn't
do.
They
have
done
nothing.
They
said
you
have
to
pay
it
anyway.
Bill
amount
was
approx.
Rs.
2500,
juice
price
was
Rs.
180,
so
without
much
further
arguing
we
paid
the
bill
&
left.
They
have
permanently
lost
this
customer
not
due
to
food
quality
issue
but
due
to
bad
service.
