Irresponsible Staff. They sent me a wrong order. They sent me crispy veg and a small pack of French fries. I had ordered for 2 Chicken Whopper and 2 Veg Whopper. Attached the bills for reference

Burger King in India is very different from rest of the world. The burger images shown is too different from what they diliver. Also staff is less attentive in india. Even if you pay for extra large fries they give med on the tray. You have to recall them that we had upgraded fries and coke. I have tried Burger king in more than 5 countries I love the taste of Whooper burger in Dubai and middle East. But in India I think they are doing cost cutting. Also neglecting their customer for not providing what shown on menu and what have they delivered. Staff at Inorbit is not very attentive. Also took more than 15 minutes to make burgers that too were not hot. Our order was. Crispy chicken large combo. Chicken Makhani Burger medium Combo. Veg Tikki burger. Veg Makhani Burger. Also taste of Iced tea was not up to the mark and as per international standards. It was more diluted with water. Burger King India Please take this comment on positive note and improve your quality.

Ordering online through there App has become hectic experience and also service here is slow and very slow for online order. I was waiting for 15 min on counter for my order as I paid the money online i couldn't do anything for refund.

Last afternoon was out to taste some burgers with my daughter. Having it at the outlet is better than calling for it at home. The fries were were thick and longer in length. The milk shakes at 79/- were the show stealers as worth the cost. Even the whopper meals are decently priced and worth trying. Recommend the Royal Paneer for those who like something spicy but was very delicious. Chicken nuggets were very juicy and highly recommended for chicken lovers Parking space is a concern, but the place is highly recommended.

I often order from Burger King never went down the line but it was pathetic today, the chicken wings were not even half cooked the whole meat inside was just the raw flesh.

Staff is misleading customers.they told us we can only purchase meal and single burger/taco cannot be bought...I dnt understand why they are forcing people to buy fries and cold drinks... burger kings food tastes better than mc Donalds...but they need improvement in service

Pathetic service. Order was made very late. Pepsi I served with meal was on room temperature. When I asked to add ice, they didn't have ice (replied by a staff). They were even sorry about it, very rudely they replied ice nahi hai bola na aapko. Pathetic.

Nice place to have a quick meal. In 100 rupies you will get here Veg burger along with French fries and Soft drink also included in that. This is very nice and cheap combo you will get here for vegetarian. Food and taste is also good as this is brand. Service is also good, no more waiting here for this particular outlate. If you are going to watch movies which is on 3rd floor of this building you can eat here instead of inside the Inox. Recommended..!!

I couldn't help but feel that I could get a more enjoyable meal at other burger joints for a similar price point. In conclusion, my visit to Burger King Burger Shop was a lackluster experience.

Pathetic service provided by this team in vashi they are very slow and also they don't give the whole bill and lie that the small page is your bill where only the amount is written. I had to ask for whole bill and when i asked them to prepare my food as takeout they r like Pepsi parcel nai hoti and that too in a very rude tone. Burger King should change its vashi staff as because of them many customer r having prblm everyday it's a bad reflection on the company

It happened twice. I ordered whooper with extra cheese but both the time they skipped on extra cheese . When I try to call the restaurant from the app their number is switched off. The app says the manager will call you in 24 hrs. no response at all.

I ordered chicken whooper and it was pathetic in taste. They served me a chilled burger instead of a hot one. Also, ordered a double crispy chicken burger that was also not hot. They should shut it completely with this kinda food.
