Good and affordable gym.. don't expect a personal trainer here.. u will get the teaching for couple of weeks.. but if you a keen for workout than the owner will not resist to train you .. its quite big and many equipment are present here.. many barbells and dumbbell are available.. during the evening time its get crowdy..

No trainer.. You should train yourself even though u r a beginner... The fees is less compared to other nearby gyms. Just go.. do whatever u feel like.. come out.. This is the routine
