Where is the button for zero star?! I have been their regular customer for past 7 years and visited usually during the weekdays. We had let go so many food hazards just because the staff were polite, cooperative and seemed regretful about it. I thought they were genuine mistakes but the frequency of finding hair in my food, getting my orders wrong, getting served smelly rotten chicken and sometimes even raw chicken in my food had increased. I brought these concerns to the staff/manager/chef's notice multiple times. I had also gotten sick multiple times after I had eaten from there. I never thought of their food being the culprit and usually brushed it off. Recently, since it is a work friendly cafe I thought of spending my Saturday there. I was in there for few hours and had ordered multiple food items and drinks as well. Not that I was sitting there without ordering anything. I was intending to even order more items. As it started to get busy and the crowd started coming in they literally asked me to LEAVE. I never saw that coming as I had always been a very loyal and non problematic customer. The lady staff who apparently seemed very polite earlier was now giving me cold stares. 2 elderly ladies who were sitting on the table next to mine witnessed all this and invited me to sit with them as they themselves saw how impolite, rude and wrong it was. It was so embarrassing that I paid and left immediately in fluster and I am surely never going back. I would suggest if you want to avoid food poisoning/diarrhoea to avoid visiting them. The dessert/ food items they have on display are usually stale, dry and 1 week old.

Work on your customer service skills if not anything else the very first thing you offer a customer who walks in is you offer water if you can't even serve that on time whats the point when you fail to make a first good impression . Food was average not worth the price paid. Hygeine issues flies flying on your food. Needs more cleanliness. Staff gets overwhelmed and confused when there is crowd, but I don't blame them. Coffee could have been better and so would have been bbq pizza. Ambience is nice but servers and staff really need to up their game. All the best team Olde Baileys.

A great place to hangout, relax, play games and spend time with your friends or family. There is a projector in which you can watch cricket or football matches. The ambience and the staff is great! The food and drinks are awesome. I would highly recommend people to go here have a coffee, burger, pizza or pasta!

Loved this cafe this was my first visit and I was impressed. This cafe is based on a busy street so easy to locate. Cafe is impressive the seating and ambiance is really pleasant. The staff is cooperative and friendly. Talking about food. We ordered cheese fries which was yum. The fries were crunchy and topped with melted cheese. Hen we had Mac n cheese omg the pasta was so delicious perfect seasoned and the sauce was thick and not too buttery, loved the pasta. Then we ordered club sandwich, sandwich was huge and we'll prepared taste was great not like usual sandwich. We had crispy fried chicken which was crispy from outside and tender inside. Finally it was my favorite chicken wings. The wings had different sauce options you can choose. We had it with cajuan sauce. The wings were slightly underdone. Spacious and comfortable place relocated at palm beach road seawoods. They serve good appetizers, pastries and some italian options. I specifically liked their pesto pasta. It was well-cooked, creamy and the pesto sauce had that subtle minty flavour.

The food is so so yummy ! Their burger is best .. you can also try Grilled chicken . Stuffs are cordial and clean dine out .

I loved this cafe because it has a beautiful cosy sitting area. The food is great. I loved the Alfredo Penne Pasta and Garlic Bread. The Brownie Brownie Frappe was too good.

Amazing place to hangout with friends.. Visited here with my friends, must say had a very good time.. The place is so cozy and comfortable. Coming to food we had ordered potato wedges the wedges were crispy and seasoned nicely, loved the taste of it. Next in the order was cheesy fries, it was mouth watering, the consistency of the cheese was good the fries were crispy, it is a must try for cheese lovers. Being the cheese lovers, we ordered Mac n cheese pasta, the taste was awesome, consistency awesome, truly loved it.. We had also ordered Nutella hot chocolate, the Nutella taste was dominant in the drink, this can be made more yummy. Next ordered was veg grilled sandwich, thought the quantity I felt was less as compared to the price. The veg bbq burger was a great disappointed, the fries served with the burger was stale, the burger Patty was also stale, the burger was a big dissatisfaction for all of us.. we had to cancel the order coz of the stale smell. I loved being here, but the burger disappointed us a big time..

A nice place to rest and relax with family. The menu is both veg and non veg with nice selection of finger food, sandwiches, pasta and pizza and choice of coffee and cold..

A cool place to hang out with friends, for couples and young ppl. Their frappe s are good - hazel nut blast and chocolate caramel burst. One can also try fried chicken and pastas. They follow covid protocols. Best part is there s a service road guiding to it, secondly parking on weekends is slightly an issue.. recommended for all.

Visited this cafe recently… it has deteriorated in food quality… their signature dish was fish and chips … quantity and quality both was bad fish was stinky and oily … pasta was so dry … in chicken cheese grilled sandwich chicken was not fresh . Overall not a good experience… and this is not the first time in last two / three visit the same thing happened. They have started cheap procurement..I think their ownership has changed..

We ordered a lot of different dishes and all tasted quite good. Plus the service was quick and servers were polite even when we were making a lot of noise and asked them to click a photo. It is a great place to hang out and always a good experience.

This is one of the best Pasta places in town. Its just off the palm beach road and is surrounded by many other eating joints. This place also serves great sandwiches. The interior is well done and spacious. We didn't enjoy the wings all that much.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the staff and ambiance otherwise the taste is very below average. The food isn't even aesthetically pleasing nor the taste is good also very overpriced. Wouldn't recommend at all.....if u want to spend just go to starbucks at least you won't regret spending.
