This company is not capable for one star also. they had hired me for an HR executive (A1 lobby 5th floor rbss) and treating like a street dog. After joining they informed that i have to be 100% on field with my own cost . Who the hell is hire HR for field work They will not give you the respect. mainly the Sr HR manager (Imran) he is worse i had ever seen he is shouting on the candidates also who are coming for interview if they are not comfortable to join immediately. Don't go there save your future. If you will join you will cry afterward. Hope so this feed back will open the eyes of the directors of reliable What things are happening on their back side. And whoever is giving 5 or 4 stars and commenting nice most are the internal employees

ER and HR staff is not helpful. My FNF is pending almost 6 month complete not one single call regarding FNF. Not provide UAN number in salary slip. Not provide any designation. And main part incentives they people are cheated on employee feelings. Bonanzo nhi diya he ab tak 9 mnth hue. Incentives release nhi krte.

Nice environment for work. Security do checks temperature and ID for every person. Backside of this building have hill view where you can see 🌄 sunrise and during rainy season full 🌈 rainbow has been seen many times.

Offices and work are good, salary comes on time but security staff are very disrespectful, security behave like they are the owner of q connect company specially in reliable plaza building third floor.

Reliable is not reliable because of their mismanagement. Entrance is far away because of barricades , need 10 - 12 minutes walk to reach empire tower then again swapping takes additional 5 -10 minutes. There are only 3 swapping at wing C. In the morning, there is a huge rush at swapping, and sometimes swapper doesn't allocate lift correctly . Allocated lift takes 5-10 minutes . The entrance card swapping machine most of the time shows the wrong lift number or lift number displayed was allocated to the other floor. The cafeteria area on the 7 floor is also not cleaned at all , with water shortage and tap leakage. Food quality is also poor and worse. It's one of the worst work campus at all. Management needs to better their campus facilities.

Have common canteen which serves a decent food for Breakfast, lunch and snacks, Not sure about dinner. Parking facility for outsiders is available. Two multi cuisine restaurants and one pure veg restaurant is available

Big IT Park. Facility for food but is little expensive. Beware of auto rik outside. They prefer sharing which means 4 ppl in 1 rik. Also, during rains they charge anything. Near to kalwa, digha and airoli stn. Get many riks for kalwasl stn. U can reach to thane in rs. 120+ depending upon distance. If you want to gb road...then easily around 200

There is no attention given for the maintenance of 2 wheeler parking. Internal roads are one way so to exit the premises, one has to take a big turn around unnecessarily. The security staff at the main entrance is sometimes rude with the new visitors and sometimes with existing employees as well. They look at you like you're a criminal and that look bothers you. Only 2-3 options are there for meals or snacks and they're not good in taste. Quantity & quality are not value for money. Buildings are well maintained, elevators are in a good working condition. 4 wheelers parking area is sorted.

Worst Management " ever came across this are whistleblowers sitting in formals " worst to worst is are you really working in safe place they don't have proper ,HR policies , They dnt have responsive , all proxy is used " Just have a look before you are really getting job into safe hand or not . Were management knows how to behave with clients. They block footpath, government roads, like reliable owns the government land.

Terrible security measures. They keep changing the entry and exit points without proper justification or reasoning. They don’t even bother to inform the companies or their employees about the changes. They also threaten and intimidate employees who work there.

The security asks for your AADHAR NUMBER for entering the building, otherwise you wouldn't be allowed in. Asking aadhar card number for entry at the gate is so concerning. Don't give it because it can lead to using your identities for crimes.

Very worth company they don't have any kind of facilities. My husband working there they have no water purify canteen also is very bad in condition.

A business centre/commercial complex with offices of many well known brands. Conditional parking facilities are available. Present canteen has enough seating space but the food served here is not good enough... To have some food/snacks/tea one must depend on other options outside the complex.

Pathetic parking facility, they don't have proper parking management for two wheelers & unnecessary security precautions like they don't allow you to click photos in the premises.

Worst experience ever if visiting here need to visit atleast 1 hour prior because at entrance they have 90s system of manual entry it is like buying train ticket and also the staff present at entrace is very rude

So the place is clean and basically a commercial area wherein multiple known businesses have established their offices. They have a proper security system. You can reach there by an auto (shared) that shouldn't charge more than 15 rs.
